Very happy with my nail experience. Customer care and service was excellent and very nice.

Brought my daughter in for her first pedicure while on vacation. The pedicure was rushed and my old nail color was not fully removed, The nail shape is crooked, and my feet do not feel as soft as they did before getting the pedicure. I feel that it was way overpriced for what I got and definitely will not go back.

This is my go to in Great Falls. The couple that run it try very hard to accommodate those who walk in and they are both skilled nail techs. The price is most reasonable too!I go for the pedicures and I am never disappointed!

3 stars only because I came as a walk in at the end of the day and my lady seemed very ready for the day to end. Me gels were a little sloppy for both my pedi and mani. They have started to lift on the first day. But I loved the inside and everyone was very nice. The chairs were new and clean. I will be back for a second chance and will update my review if the quality is better!

My pedicure was rushed and the environment was not relaxing. I don’t treat myself to pedicures often (1 or 2 a year) and was really looking forward to a good experience. Unfortunately I did not find that here and will not be back.

Love love love this nail salon. My nails last for 4 weeks or better every time I come here. The couple that owns this shop is fabulous. They are both every nice and great at every design that I bring them to do.

Clean, nice, excellent pedicure. Ty and Julie are so friendly and they do their best to get you in same day for appointments. I recommend the deluxe pedicure, worth every penny.

They have never clipped to close and make you bleed and have a massive variety of colors and affordable.

I absolutely LOVE going here!! My nails always turn out perfect and everytime I’ve broken a nail they fix it quickly and don’t charge me. I don’t want to go anywhere else.And to the people complaining that they sometimes don’t speak English, grow up. Seriously.

I have long nails and I always break one. They fix my broken nails perfectly and do great nail art. I always recommend this salon to my friends, the manicurists are friendly and always remember me.

I loved everything about this place I walked in and asked for a fill on my acrylics and they asked me what I wanted for the color I looked at them and said do whatever you wish I will love them no matter what. Thank you I will be coming back.

I asked for ombre nails and she painted them white and slapped some glitter on. I decided to give them another chance and chose a different color, then a man took over and began painting over the white instead of taking off the white polish. I was so upset I had to demand that the white polish be taken off and I left the salon with bare nails. I will never go back. Very poor customer service and quality.

First time going today and was really happy with my nails! Thai and Thao did mine and my sister’s nails and were pretty quick yet still did a good job.

Love this place!!! They always do an amazing job and are so friendly. They always ask how Im doing and remember our past conversations. Alot of people that go in there arent very nice Ive noticed. But I always treat them with the utmost respect and they do the same to me.

Reasonable pricing but I cant stand the employees that dont speak English. Especially when my wife is getting work done and they talk to each other you always feel like theyre talking about you. Do what we didnt find someone local to do them for you that actually cares.

Ive been before and had a great experience. This time my massage chair kept rattling and seemed dilapidated. The gentleman was very nice but cut my toe and made it bleed. They did not use a salt scrub on my legs, just lotion and charged me $45 which I thought was high considering.

I have been going every 2 weeks for about 6 months now. I am very pleased with their work. Have had a variety of acrylic nails done by them and they always do a great job my recent favorite is the glitter ombre they are a little pricey but as far as walk in salons they are hands down the best. Always offer you extra too which i appreciate. They are always smiling and make you feel very welcome. And they dont get mad when you change your mind which i do a lot so thankful for that.

The owner is very friendly, he asks & remembers everyones names. He converses with customers, even the rude ones. His wife is also very friendly. They do speak another language to each other about colors & their children but thats because his wife isnt fluent in english, which isnt a problem if you are understanding that not everyone speaks english as a first language.The only walk in place I will go to in town.

Brought my daughter for her birthday to get our nails done. I felt rushed the whole time, the guy did hers then seemed upset that I was getting mine done as well. He rushed the whole thing, after getting done my,nails werent even the same length and the side he had filed down are splintering ....i had to file them down myself. He didnt talk the whole time and even getting done dropped my hands, said your done and then tried to put somwone in my seat before I even had a chance to grab my purse....or my daughter. Ill take my business elsewhere next time where hopefully they will take there time to do it right.

Love this place would not go anywhere else they did a awesome job putting my girls colors and numbers on my nails.

I cannot be more displeased with the way they treated their customers. when I had asked about different options of their service, they turned me away and serviced another customer inplace of me, they were, impatiently rude and half heartedly worked on my nails, got me out there quicker than other customers that went before me, then overly priced me when I explicitly told them the price I was willing to pay. initially, I told them I just want to get the acrylics, which is $30, later on towards the end, they charged me $45. I couldve gone elsewhere for that price. On top of that they accused me to be confused, not exactly the service Id expected, Im not going back there again!

Not very happy with my nails. She told me my old nails HAD to be taken off which I didnt think they did and she charged me $50 for a new set. She cut my finger really bad because she kept looking out the window when she was using the still file. Then she filed my natural nails down so much they actually were painful. I wanted the coffin or ballerina shape like my original set was but she proceeded to tell me that shape was no good it was ugly. So I asked for rounded square because I dont like plain square. They looked like fricken boxes. I had to file them when I got home. To make it even better she didnt put the acrylic on evenly so parts of my nails on the tips have a small chunks missing and most have a goofy dent in the middle. Then the top coat is very bumpy and every nail has nasy bubbles. I will not go back nor do I recommend this place to anyone. $50 was way over priced for not getting anything I wanted. I shouldnt have even paid for such crap.

My expirenced sucked. It started oFf really good the gal made me feel welcome. The man not so much. He never talked to me and made me feel uncomfortable. He has 5 of my nails crooked and my thumb is messed up. I told my ring finger on my right hand was crooked and he just shrurggedEvery time I show someone it digs into my middle finger. I was told a full set with all fingers with a design was 40 for would have had to pay 45

The person who did my nails was rude, felt like she was shoving my cuticles into next Wednesday. And when she was painting the gel on she got it all over the outside of my nail, so the tips of both thumbs have black gel polish around the nail. Just sloppy. She wasnt polite let alone talk to me when I cashed out and she asked see you next time? Sorry but probably not

I just went to the Fancy nails since they have the new managerment. The store have been improve alot, its very cleaner and people so nicer, matter fact they were more faster then before and they done so beatiful jobs .So I send all my friend over there .I recomment people come to see new Fancy Nail

This is the WORST nail shop I have ever been to!!The lady burned me with her drill, left me mid appointment with just the nail tips glued on with no one to finish the job so I just ended up with gel polish on my regular nails that peeled right off.Not to mention the infection I got in my toe from the pedicure.This place is not worth the money, very poor quality and customer service!!

Had a S&S French manicure & a pedicure & was very pleased.

Its been a while since Ive been in,, $60.00 for a fill, yeah thats getting up there. My issue is,, if Im paying that much for a fill I shouldnt see colors from prior polish/acrylic.... Little disappointed... They also need to use Liners in the Pidicure Tubs. Thats unsanitary......
