I have previously had a great experience here. However, this time was not good. My mother and I went to get pedicures. My mother felt rushed through her pedicure, calluses were not even taken off. It was a very rough experience. She was just left to sit there and no one came back to even check on her. I got gel pedicure and they were very poor quality. Within the first week to came off completely and by week to all came off. Very disappointed with the service we received. We were left to sit in our chairs until I got up and just walk to the register.

OMGosh!!!! Absolutely LOVE coming here to get my nails done!! Kevin, (the owner), is A-MAZ-ING!!! He is so good at what he does, plus hes funny and very much focused on good customer service and everyone having a good experience when they come. Kevin is great, and my daughter, (amongst others we have talked to), love Tiffany too!!! If Kevin isnt available though, I get Jake to do my nails. Jake is awesome! Jake did my nails today, and thats what this is a picture of. Great bunch of people working there. Kelly is great too, and such a hoot. Always have a great time talking to her. Shes hilarious!!! I would highly recommend going there. Give them a shot.... after that, youll never want to go anywhere else again!!!!

I called sunday afternoon, saying that I had some trouble with a few nails after having been there on wednesday. I was told to come in at 5. When I came in (10min too early) I was immediatley seated and helped. She fixed all the nails that needed it (only minor things but still), replaced a rhinestone that I had allready lost and gave me a new top coat on all nails! And all that for free! She also advised me on how we will fix said issues at my next appointment and how to avaoid them. Thats what I call customer service!!

I paid for the deluxe pedicure that was anything but deluxe. I picked out an orangie red sparkle color. The person doing my pedicure never communicated with me that she was going to use a red base coat. It totally changed the color of my pedicure. She did not coat the tips of my nails. While my daughter was offered a design, I was not. Ive had many pedicures and this was definitely not worth the price. I would not go back.

I have only been here two times so far but I won’t go anywhere else. They are always accommodating if you call. Some people are prima donnas and think they should be before everyone else if they just show up. I’m sure they would get you in if they could. They are very kind people. I had Ken do my nails today and he was very fast( took less than an hour) and did a great job and he’s so fun to talk to as well!!!

I specifically booked an appointment to get a pedicure with a cute design on one nail per foot. During the pedicure, I was told that they couldn’t do a design because they were too busy today and to pick something simpler like one color. I can do one color on my nails at home. I will not becoming back and I urge others to use another business in town.

I went in for a spa pedicure and gel manicure based on a friends recommendation. During the pedicure the girl was so aggressive with the tools that I kept having to pull my foot away and tell her it hurt.. And I dont have sensitive feet. She was so aggressive while using the cuticle tool on my big toe that it bled. And she scrubbed my legs and feet so hard they stung well after I got home. In the end the pedicure was a good job, it was just so so painful (so much for the relaxation I went in for).They manicure started and again, she continued to jab into my cuticles with the tool! The pic shows one of two cuticles on my hands that she caused to bleed.THEN, halfway thru the manicure she asked if she could take a break. I said..sure. she motioned to a customer in the waiting area and the two of them went into one of the back rooms. I said there for the next 20 minutes wondering what happened to MY appt? Finally I got up, with buffed and rough, unfinished fingernails, and went to the front to pay for the pedicure. I had run out of time to finish the manicure and with my girl nowhere in site, I didnt know how much longer it would be. I mean, she stopped in the middle of my appt to take another customer and just left me sitting there!?The guy at the front looked confused when he turned to my girl to confirm what I was paying for. He looked back at me and I told him what happened. He said hed go find her but I told him Id run out of time. He told me to just pay for the pedicure and dont worry about the manicure ...well...yeah!?I have an important event to go to tomorrow and I have rough, unfinished fingernails, many sore cuticles and skin on my feet and legs that were left red and burning from agressive scrubbing. Im not even sure I can wear the shoes Id planned because several hours later my skin still hurts.Needless to say Im spreading the word on my treatment there and the actual pain I was put thru. Im not very picky and have gotten pedicures for decades and this is probably the unhappiest Ive been. I didnt get the name of the girl who they put me with so maybe the others do a better job but I wont be back to find out.

Fashion nails and spa (usually is) WAS my absolute favorite Salon to go to until here recently. The reason this was/is my favorite salon was/is enjoyed, am/was happily satisfied, & fully delighted every time, with how well my pedicures & nails are/were so beautifully done.Sadly, however, every time I am put with one of the gentlemen nail techs, (especially the elder ones), I always end{ed} up with scratches that arent noticable until about 15 - 20 minutes after leaving the Salon.The skin around my nails, & cuticles, due to the emory boards, or the Dremel files slipping, I get tiny cuts that hurt & even bleed at times.(Im diabetic, thats bad for me. Gives me a risk of catching an infection.)When placed with a lady tech Im generally treated much more gently so I dont usually suffer from being nicked or cut.(There is one Elder lady that does though. Im sure she has never liked me. LOL.)Another change that has taken place since I started using this Salon, I am now being charged $10.00 for getting my nails shaped.This is new. I believed that shaping the nails was part of the service provided no matter how the customer would like it done.(I prefer razor stilettos, active length, gel polish. Ive never changed my preference.)My acrilics were $45 For the entire job. Now Im charged $55-$65 depending on who has been set to be my nail tech.With a few exceptions, (super long, extra thick, overly damaged, highly calloused &/or wrong paint,) the price should be the same with all the techs. (So why am I now paying more to certain techs?)Another Issue I am currently having, (when I first started using this salon was not an issue at all), is getting a same day appointment.Lately, Im always told that they are full for acrilics and to try again the next day. I call the next day late morning (around 11am) for an early evening appointment (around 5-6pm) guess what, they are full for acrilics for the day. (For 6 months calling to book an appointment has been useless.)If I dont do a straight walk in, these days, I do not get my nails done, WHY?When I call as soon as I say name, whoever answers, their whole demeanor changes immediately from friendly & kind to somber and indifferent.Im not sure if they prefer not to have me as a customer any longer for some reason, or If I did something to offend the techs, In which I need to apologize for doing so.What ever it is I would like someone to honestly be up front with me and inform me of what I may have done.Even if it something such as, my untraditional life style, my unusual looks, or sailors mouth, that is problematic.The Salon is owned & operated by Asian Americans. A very modest, rule abiding, & tradition fallowing cultural people.I do know that traditional Asian cultures may look at my lifestyle choices, attitude, personality quirks, & wardrobe, as inappropriate, disgraceful, irresponsible & undignified.In turn, creating negative output on my part on the Salon staff. I just doing who I am, could be unsettling for them.If thats the case, let me know, I will seek out a new Salon or we can figure out how to get past the negativity.As a long term, repeat, customer ( 2+ years) I believe I had earned enough respect by now, that one of the heads of the Salon could kindly take me aside or when I call in, explain exactly what the problem(s) are to me.That way I can pay for it, apologize for it, or look for a new Salon to start going to. Instead of being dodged, fibbed to, &/or made to feel unwelcome, unwanted, & unappreciated.Thank you for your time and consideration.Elma Jones. Aka: Ellie Jones 🤨🤔😕

Went in for Acrylics and a pedi and it was wonderful! Very relaxing and they made me feel very comfortable. The location is great. It will be my go to place from now on. Also the interior of of their building is beautiful. Go!

They were so nice and did such an amazing job with my nails. I went to another nail salon before Christmas and they just looked awful. I went New Years Day and they did amazing job with shaping and the color. I also had my 4 month old who was getting fussy and tired. They were very nice to try and entertain him while my nails finished drying. Price was not bad either for Great Falls. Paid $35 for a fill with gel color.

Last year we loved going here. now every time I go here they are too busy because they dont have very many techs now so i get turned away everytime and told to come back later. it shouldnt be a walk in place if you dont have the staff or ability for walk ins. also, I have gone twice in the last two days to get my eye brows waxed and was turned away because they dont have a waxer working....then why offer the service? you should work around your customers not the other way around. I dont have time to check in 3 days in a row to fit you in. I will take my service elsewhere.

Hands down best nail salon I have ever been to. It is a long one but all information you need to know !I am originally from AZ and have tried a lot of places there and have never been completely satisfied or have felt truly comfortable. I tried one other place here in MT and was super uncomfortable, felt out of place, felt rushed, like I was just another person to get money from regardless if I was pleased or not and I end up hating my nails. I stuck it out until I needed my next fill finding more and more wrong and thought my nails were just going to fall off before I could get them done again. Yesterday I called Fashion nails to see if they had time for a walk in for the next hour or two and he told me to come in around 2 and put me in the books to make sure I would be seen (it was an 1.5hours after my call so within the time frame I requested.) I showed him all the issues with my current nails and he fixed them as did EXACTLY as I requested. You would have never been able to tell that my nails looked the way they did. I felt totally comfortable and welcomed! Greeted me as soon as I came in asked what I wanted and told me he would be with me shortly, continuously checked on me while I waited to make sure I wasnt forgotten about, ( I arrived 15 min early and he started my nails at my scheduled time.) it wasnt an awkward silence as he did my nails he held a conversation and didnt make me fill out of place, very down to earth and funny. the atmosphere was calming and inviting not making you feel as if you didnt belong, mind you I was scrubbed out in my sweat and baggy Tshirt and had a bunch of pink overspray from spray paint on my arms from demolishen derby .Also he had a station right next to the counter where you enter so as you arrived you were noticed right away. As I was getting my nails done there were 2 to 3 different gals that arrived that he had added last minute to the schedule and still saw all of them in a timely manner! My nails look amazing and I have one difficult nail due to the tip of my finger being chopped off as a toddler it curves down and isnt always easy to work with to make straight again, I can proudly say I am 100% satisficed! I would not let the few negative remarks steer you away from this salon it was the most amazing experience I have ever had and I already made my appt. to have my next fill done there and will be taking my daughters to get their nails done too!

Worst nail salon Ive ever been to. The nail itself is splotchy, I can see the base of the nail. Very pushy and impatient, hidden fees at the end.will NOT be coming back.
