Subpar. Rushed. Sloppy work. I usually tip, but did not today. He kept pushing my cuticles back with his nail really hard. I’ve been here before and have had a great experience with wonderful results, but today I had a different tech. Jay did my nails a couple of times before with such attention to detail. I will just have to request him next time.

DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE! Worst Customer Support I have ever received. Very unprofessional. They young lady who provided me service over charged me by $10, was very rough and man handled my feet and hands. She had attitude and very rude for no reason. I told the manager about it and he did absolutely nothing even after he said he saw what was going on. She pushed and snatched things out of my hand and balled up my receipt and threw it at me. Do not go here for service take your money elsewhere!

Very busy place my daughters nails was very unprofessional telling her to stay still while he was doing her nails like she wasnt moving at all learn how to have patience snails are the price we paid it was almost $200 he asked me if I wanted nail art on my nail and charged an extra $20 dont think Ill be going back anytime soon

They did a decent job but didn’t really do what i asked. i have been here before and it was amazing last time i think i just got a new technician this time because i asked for coffin shape and they did square. i asked for dip nails because anytime i have ever gotten acrylic they fall off within a week and dip is healthier too and he said my nails were “too small for dip” and didn’t even ask if i wanted acrylic instead he just did it. my nails are not too small for dip because i have gotten it done other times before and they never complained or said anything about it. they also didn’t do the color i wanted and they filed my nails cooked so the tops are all slanted. the nails are cute and good quality but definitely not what i asked for.

If you want a manicure and pedicure in a time crunch Daniel is amazing! Quick yet very nice work he did for me! Would definitely go again when in Great Falls!

There was a lot of hype about this salon when I went. After listening to multiple recommendations I decided to try it out myself. They did a decent job, but were extremely pushy about buying the more expensive polishes. I told them I wanted a fill and a bit of creative color, but they only agreed to do it if I got shellac. The quality of their work was good but nothing to write home about.The salon itself was big and they offered me candy when I walked in (a big plus) but overall too expensive and pushy technicians for my taste. I did not go back.

These people are amazing! I have been going to Tammy and Luke for years, even before they started their own business. They are hard working and always friendly. They usually have drinks and little candies available and sometimes even other snacks, as well as TVs to watch while you are being pampered. They also do amazing nail art! The SNS dip and pedicures are my favorite.

One of the best nail salons Ive been to over the years.

Showed that this is the look I wanted ( Google gold-nail-polish-design). However, they went too far down with the large gold specks and not enough with the smaller gold polish. So not exactly what I asked for and they didnt take time to really evaluate the picture of what I wanted. I was a little disappointed in that carelessness.However, for the price I paid ($20 manicure, $5 ombre nail polish), I would go again; just not for higher technical designs. Good manicure and a great value and its still beautiful how it turned out. I might try this look myself with the careful attention to detail.

Lovely environment and atmosphere, and I appreciate the extra steps they are taking to protect themselves AND clients from covid-19. I met a friend there for pedicures, their massage chairs were wonderful. I will definitely be returning.

Nails usually turn out good but they rarely have the ability to do designs and I tend to feel rushed.

Th Nail Club saved me! After having to walk out of another nail place, mid appointment, I called this place. Even though it was 10 minutes til they closed, they still were able to get me in and do an amazing job. Amber was so kind and gentle and took her time to do a good job. What a great experience after a not so great experience elsewhere.

So relaxing the ladies were professional and I never felt rushed. I will be back.

It was my first time here and the staff is so nice and welcoming... fantastic service. I asked a ton of questions and everyone was so patient. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and had the pleasure of working with Danny... highly recommend him; I’ll definitely be back.

One of the best nail experiences Ive ever had. They took their time and were gentle and thorough with everything. We were there for a long time but it was worth it! So relaxing and our nails looked beautiful and actually lasted!

They do beautiful nails and the chairs for the pedis are WONDERFUL. I gave 4 stars because some of the staff does not speak English very well. But they are all kind and courteous.

The Nail Club is beautiful inside from crystal lights to comfy pedicure chairs! Technician Luke used the dipping nail process made with calcium & vitamins. My nails have never looked better. This salon offers free water & sofas & 3 large screen televisions! Best salon around!!😎👌🏼👏🏻🎉

I get a pedicure here, now and again. My wife always gets her mani/pedis here. Good, friendly customer service, attention to detail, and I like the snacks and multiple TVs with the game on.

It was peaceful.

Went to get nailed filled and nails are uneven. The colored tips I got do not even cover the tip of my real nail. Everyone was nice but once I got home and was looking at them noticed the normal nail tip showing 😑

Usually have good service, a little pricy but there aren’t many options around. This time though I spent a few minutes selecting a nail color and then sat waiting for 15 minutes and didn’t even get acknowledged, not even looked at.

Took my friend in for a mani/pedi and it was very a very nice experience. Sanitary liners for foot tubs, great lotions potions and scrubs. They have little candies, snacks and beverages on the house while youre being pampered. They try very hard to communicate with you and understand our language, which is the main reason for unwanted results. They definitely have fair and competitive prices

Poor customer service! My friend and I walked in there and stood there for about 2 or 3 minutes and no one even acknowledged us or even said, “we’ll be right with you.” We waited for a minimum of 3 minutes and ended up at Magic Nails and the second we walked in the door, even though everyone was busy, they greeted us and asked what services we wanted. I’m new to Montana and was looking for a nail spa based off of reviews, but customer service will either get you no where or a long way

Went to have my acrylics removed and get a basic manicure. They didn’t even fully remove my acrylic nails, barely filed my nails and didn’t even trim my cuticles and it was obvious because the polish came out bumpy.

Terrifically great experience with my nail tech! Will definitely go there again!

The last 2 times I went in to get my nails done, a nail tech made me bleed. The first time I chalked it up to an accident. This last time it was the same guy and he sliced open my nail while trying to get the old acrylic off. I had to ask him to put antibiotic ointment on. Then he charged me full price for it. Can’t go back to that place and chancing getting that same guy again. Horrible experience!

These guys and gals are great and do an amazing job.

Waited 35 min for a basic manicure that I never recieved. 2 women who showed up after me, for pedis, were taken before me (one of which was 25 min late for her appointment) since they had 6 pedi techs and only 2 nail techs, on a saturday, at 4pm... This isnt this first time Ive sat waiting and ended up leaving. Not worth the waste of time.

Best place in Great Falls in my opinion. Its considered the mom and pop nail shop here.

I made an appointment at noon so I could be back to work by one, there was no rhyme or reason to how they took their customers, they just kept seating more and more people and not doing anything with me except the acetone soak. I sat there for 40 MINUTES with the acetone soak and no one would even glance my way. I ended having to just leave, didnt get my nails done AND didnt get to eat lunch. Complete waste of my time! I will NEVER be back!
