Very disappointed. I went to Legacy because of the stars and positive reviews. Im new in town and didnt have any recommendations to go off of but I needed to have my nails done for my first day at my new job. I made an appointment and went.Despite my appointment and being on time, I waited over 15 minutes to be taken by a tech.My nail tech dont seem particularly friendly which is fine. Everyone has their days. But the service I received was mediocre.My pedicure was well done, if rushed and did not contain all the elements of the service I requested. However my manicure was lacking. I loved the design of the way my dip nails turned out. But my tech did absolutely no trimming and no cuticle care. Handling was again rushed. I didnt get a manicure at all, despite that being part of the service Id asked for.And now, barely over a week later, of nothing but normal use and office work, over half of my nails are cracked or broken.I didnt pay almost $90 to be this disappointed and I will not be returning.I do not recommend this nail salon.

Mindy is amazing she helped me figure out how I would do my nails since the design I wanted was for longer nails. She was amazing and its clean and odor free!! THANK YOU MINDY I WILL BE COMING BACK!

They where so nice it was super busy and they all kept a professional fast pace to get all the customers done and satisfied, I absolutely loved my nails she did such an amazing job and she was so nice really made us feel welcome! Definitely my new nail place!

Legacy nails was very clean and quick and very welcoming for someone to walk in. The man that helped me was very sweet, patient, and did a beautiful job especially with me being 9 months pregnant it was nice to have some do my nails for me. Only reason I dont give them five stars is they forgot a toe besides that everything was perfect.UPDATE: So I had originally given them 4 stars because I thought they had forgotten a toe but in actuality they hadnt forgotten a toe the gel polish is just falling off in one big piece. I now have 3 toes with no polish in less then 12 hours. I spent almost $65 on this and the front desk lady guaranteed me it would last a really long time. The gentleman was very kind doing my nails but it is honestly not worth the $$$.

Just remember people tend to be more motivated to write negative reviews than positive ones! I’ve been going here for manicures since I moved to Great Falls and have never had a negative experience. They seem to always be busy (a testament to their quality), but always find space for me and the quality of service doesn’t suffer because of it; these folks work SO hard. The manager really cares about the business and takes time to know her customers, referring to regulars by name when they walk in. I definitely recommend!

Legacy Nails is by far the best place in Great Falls to get pampered. The staff is always so kind and accommodating. They do a great job and take pride in their work. They care about their clients, new and old! I have done walk-in several times and they always fit me in with very minimal wait time. I would recommend Legacy Nails to anyone!

My old lady got her nails done at this place they messed up the first time they tried to do them they said that they would fix them after they were done fixing them they were still messed up they told her they didnt have anymore time to fix her nails that she needed to come back later . Which in my opinion is ridiculous she paid for a service and they couldnt provide what they were selling and were incapable of making it right so she left I called when she got home and I seen them and they were horrible in my opinion the manager refused to make an appointment to fix them when I call . I would highly recommend people to stay away from this pit of a place and find a nail place that actually provides quality services and is a able to admit mistakes and fix them without putting the blame on the customer...... so baffled that she paid for nothing 😡

Every time I go in I am greeted by a friendly face and welcoming environment. The employees are professional, efficient and focused on helping me feel comfortable. The manicures and pedicures are good quality and the equipment and facility are clean and well maintained. I have brought my daughter in with me several times and she is always treated with the same kindness and respect as everyone else is. I feel very comfortable while Im there and atmosphere that is created by the owners and staff is unbeatable.

I love this place! No matter how busy they are, they always have time. The staff are friendly and talented. My nails and toenails ALWAYS look great! I love coming here and from the looks of things, so do many others. There are dividers between you and your nail tech, so safety is there. I have been coming here for a couple years and will continue to do so. 💅

I always go to legacy nails to get SNS nails and pedicures. Mindy is really great and always does an excellent job. All the staff are welcoming and do an amazing job with any service you may need. Highly recommend!

Great people and can do nights or weekends This works with my out of town traveling schedule. Price is great also. Nails last nearly 4 wks which is fabulous. Three different individuals and perfection each time. thank u very much.

Okay the nails look great but the people. So rude and aggressive. The man who did mine was very mean and did not understand I was nervous for at the time it was my first nail appointment and he got VERY VERY irritated when I had to move. Im not impressed at all. Do better with the people. If u want good nails but be left in a bad mood all day come here. Find better employees please and thank you😁.

I went to get my nails done here, they made two of my fingers bleed using the drimmel messed them up the first time, were asked to redo them and messed them up the second time as well. When confronted about it, I was told I could come back to get them fixed but they didnt have time to do them right then. Terrible customer service, was over charged for the experience as well as the quality of work produced. Will not ever be going back

Cut my cuticle really deep. It was bleeding so bad she had to superglue it. There is a big chunk missing. Left nail polish all over my toes and fingers.

They were rude and pushy. They rushed my hand into the drier which tore the nail polish off and then yelled at me to be more careful. Then when I went to pay the lady was tapping her fingers impatiently and snatched my money with no thanks or anything. Don’t recommend this place they’re only nice if you pay them a lot of money consistently from what I’ve observed from how they treat customers they know by name. They have also made multiple of my fingers bleed and told me it’s my fault and flailed my hands around because they “don’t like the way my hands are shaped”. They were just overall disrespectful.

Pedicures here are great but when I got my acrylic nails I had fungus grow under my nail which has never happened before. I lost 3 nails in a week (never happened to me) and the man who did my nails was very rude

I went in to get a new set of acrylic nails & a pedicure. As soon as the owner (Myndi?) approached me & asked what I would like done today I explained to her I needed a new fresh set & she then proceeded to mock my current nails & repeatedly say that she didn’t like them & as she’s laughing asking where I had gotten them done. Once in the chair a gentleman started on my pedi, two other gentlemen walk in while Myndi is trying to take off my current set, she’s using the drill and drilled to far on my pointer finger, they are speaking there language to eachother, and at some point the gentleman must make an observation that’s she doing my nails & I hear her say to him in English where I had gotten them done & proceed to laugh, it’s so extremely painful what she did to my nail, when I asked the gentleman who finished my mail set if that was okay or if I should just not get the nails today he in a very rude way sats to me “iv been doing nails for years I know what I’m doing!” Not once answering my question. To add insult to injury they hurt my nails, & I caught her blatantly talking and laughing about my nails right in front of me! I was almost to the point of tears I couldn’t wait to get out of there.Overall extremely unprofessional & I will definitely not be back. & I will never recommend this business.

This is my go to place for anything nail related. They do amazing work, are professional and inviting. Even on a busy day they are very accommodating letting you know how long it will be and if they can by offering same day appointments. I can not reccomend them enough! They also offer parifin wax treatment and it leaves the skin so soft as well as being relaxing 😌. They also have an amazing ventilation system so its not dusty and does not smell of nail polish and other fumes. They also have a wide selection of nail polish and offer beautiful nail art. The music is soft and gentle creating an inviting and relaxing environment. Getting my nails done was truly a great experience. They also have an ATM on site so you can tip or pay in cash.

I live out of town. Getting Nails for Special Occasion purposely went in face to face asked about my design told yes we can, come back in an HR. I did when I arrived I was Scolded on how my design cant be done made to choose other and then simply not listened to that I need toes to match I felt so uncomfortable I was forced to refuse service and leave to find another Professional Place to Do What you couldnt and ITS SO SIMPLE of a design. I WASTED MORE THEN AN HR OF MY TIME THANKS ALOT WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR BE BACK. 1ST IMPRESSION WAS HORRIBLE!!! I will be Very Vocal About this Im very upset and embarrassed.

Im changing my review since the lady who did my nails this last time filed not one, not two, but 8 of my cuticles so bad I was bleeding and without even asking if she could, she super glued one of the cuts. They hurt so bad I have almost no words

Not impressed. The first time I cam out with scabs from my skin getting cut up on my fingers and the 2nd time my entire natural nail wasnt covered with the acrylic or gel paint.

Would absolutely not recommend due to a variety of things including scam for atm money and that they lie to you about it.Pedicure was rushed and of pure quality.But most importantly they constantly run a racket.They refuse card payments, yes ladies and gents even during a pandemic. They LIE wirh will and intent you that you have to use their atm. In the store...yes there is an atm so that they also pocket your atm fee that they set as owners of the atm.They also want tips in cash only.Assumptions made: cash laundering business? Not claiming tips?who knows but it is definitely a lie that their machine doesnt work. They simply want you to use their atm to up profits.And yes I did actually have a rushed and of bad quality pedicure. Id never go back and if youre looking for a spot to treat yourself, dont use this place.

8 nail techs - 4 weren’t wearing masks, including the man greeting all customers. Been here twice and both times I was pressured to get a new set. I’ve worn acrylics for 20+ years and have never regularly gotten a new set. The tips make breaks much more common. I’m new to GF and won’t be back. The mask thing was the real kicker.

They did great had an appointment at 430 got there about 4 got right in there where so many colors to pick from and Natalie did an amazing job will go back

Set an appointment to MAKE SURE we got our nails done on time and waited for over an hour after our appointment. They did this to six others with appointments after us.

We had to wait 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment. they made us pay more than the nails were even worth. they took walk-ins before the appointments.

Very clean and efficient. It was my mother-in-law’s first time getting her nails done, they guided her through the whole process and they turned out flawlessly.

Not impressed with my manicure at all. I will say, they were on time for my apt. And they did a good job on my pedicure, but my manicure came out looking like a 4 year old did it. The paint job was so bad, I wanted to have them fix it it, but the lady was in a huge rush I could tell.

I cannot express how awesome my experience was! I made an appointment and when I arrived I was greeted immediately and offered a beverage. I have never been offered a beverage before! It was a wonderful treat! The entire atmosphere was calm and relaxing, very quiet. I cant wait to go back! Ask for DANNY, he was the best!!!!

I’ve been to almost all the walk in nail salons in great falls, and this is by far the best place. I’ve had dip powder done at other places and it chips right away and the process is not done correctly. This is the only nail salon I will go to from now on. Great customer service and you leave with beautiful nails!

I’ve been here a couple times for a pedicure and I LOVE it! The nail techs all do such an amazing job, they’re thorough, and well worth the money! I’ve tried a few different pedicures they have to offer, and they’ve all been great. Definitely recommend them!

I was impressed with my visit here. The staff were friendly, made sure I was pleased with the service that I received, and were also happy to make suggestions. The salon is clean and they use liners in the pedicure tub, which I was beyond thrilled about as I havent seen this at other places. The prices are comparable to others in town. Most importantly, their customer service was great, which is not something that I have seen at other nail salons in the area.

I had such a great experience here! I’m not a girl who gets regular pedicures, so I decided to splurge on the “Heavenly Pedicure”. It left my callused feet super smooth and yummy smelling. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I was able to walk in at a very busy time and get my pedicure started within 5mins. Highly recommend!

First time getting my pedicure done. Great service and my toes look great.

So I’m new to town for a few months and decided to go get my nails done. Their customer service here is spot on I have to say. They greet you as soon as you walk in and they are very very very sweet, unfortunately my nails were horrible. I went with a basic set of acrylic, square shaped nails. I didn’t do shellac, I decided to go with the powder dip. I’ve gotten my nails done many many times. When they were gluing the tips on my nails, something just didn’t feel right to me. They didn’t feel secure or strong enough but I went with it. When it came to dipping my nails, it looked horrible. It was lumpy, it didn’t even cover my full nails on the side. This service cost me $55. The next day I was going my makeup and noticed one nail was broken and my thumb nail was cracked. This is the next day and I didn’t do any vigorous activity. I got them fixed and guess what happened the next day, broken again. I ended up going back to get them removed and they came off easily but I was rushed off for the next customer so I still had cotton ball residue all over my cuticles. I won’t be returning.

The place is clean and modern, but the customer service is top notch!!I have gotten my dip (sns) nails and pedicures done multiple times through the past couple months since they’ve opened and I have left happy each and every time.When I chipped a nail, they got me in right away to fix it and didn’t even charge me— I’m super grateful for that, but I would definitely have paid ;)I have referred a lot of friends and family and each one has been pleased with their services.Definitely a 5 star from me!

I brought in 4 people doing both acrylics and gel manicures and they loved it! The nails are beautiful and they got us all done in under an hour. The service was amazing and I would definitely go back!

I was suppose to have a marble nail and the tech that had done my nails did not know how to do the marble. They turned out awful.

I went there for a pedicure after she completed it she went around and showed other customers my skin shavings off of my feet. I did not think it was anything major but she found it amusing I did not appreciate that at all how humiliating. I will not be going back there ever again.6/16/ 19. I have sent you an email on this per your request with no response. This was not a misunderstanding, I was there with a friend who is a frequent customer and she did not see it as a misunderstanding either. This will be the last comment I leave on this but you should truly discuss this with your tech before she runs off more business.

This place is not good at all. EVERY time I come in they change the prices on me. One week it was 40 dollars for color change and fill. Then the next time I went in it was 60. They make my nails way to thin and my gel chips off because they barely put any on. You guys will not be receiving any more business from me.. I also will continue to tell people about how many times you’ve screwed my nails up.
