Its a good place to go and get a pretty good job friendly people

The Granite City, Illinois branch doesnt answer their telephone. I also had to hound, persue, and threaten involving the Department of Labor to get them to pay me my final two paychecks.

I must say, some of the reviews made this place sound a bit awful but I’m happy to say I did not let that steer me away. Its not located in the “best” side of town but I went here first before going to any other temp agency. Glad to say I did NOT have to go to another temp agency because the facility helped me find a career. it was not the best job assignment but I pushed through for 3 months. Now I’m hired on fully With the company they matched me with and have steady climbed up, its been a year now!!! I will say at the beginning of receiving my Job assignment the workers failed to provide me with the correct information so I missed my first day. With great communication between prologistix workers, Job assignment Hr, and myself, it was all resolved and did not effect me. After that it was a smooth sailing.

They have great jobs opportunities but NEVER answer their phone at any time of the day

Offered my fiance a job and then promptly told him that because he didnt pass his physical, they couldnt work with him for a year.

By far one of the best staffing agencies in the area. Very straightforward with their clients and employees. They do a fantastic job at placing job seekers in positions that best suit them. And all of their staff is amazing.

Been here since 9:45am waiting for 10am interview. Its now 10:53am and still waiting. Just asked whats up they said they thought I left........ still waiting.UPDATE: The job I was offered is exactly what I was looking for. Very happy now. Ill update again after 90 days.

They really treat you exactly like you need them here, no respect for employees who are already over worked. The owner of this agency needs to really see who they have working for them. You are talked to any kind of way and because they can have another worker in the snap of a finger, it’s their way or the highway which is sad. This place needs some integrity. Prologistix sent me on assignment as a deep reach operator, the day I start, the company told me that Ill be picking to get me knowing the parts ( RED FLAG ) I shouldve stopped their, but I needed work so I picked for three days . Management was extremely pleased on how fast and accurate my picks were this department was very short on workers especially ones who could pick accurately . I knew Id be stuck their permanently. I went back to Prologistix to tell them what has happened, they told me it is what it is and do or go home . I felt like it was wrong Prologistix didnt have to lie . I didnt know how to deal with such abuse of character so I turned in my badge and left. If you ever work for Proligistix in Granite City dont let them do you like they did me

The people that work for ProLogistix arent bad employees. I work for them in the past. Was placed on a do not use list. Went in to try to get a job a couple years later and had to retake the computer test. Which I failed. They told me to come back in 6 months. I would like to add that I was brutally honest on the questionnaire. I guess some people look to hire a different type of person. A broken system thats needs to be fixed.

If I could give no start I would my fiance has been working for 3 weeks without pay!! When asked what was up they said his money should be on his card this friday it us now Saturday and he still HASNT BEEN PAID IN 3 WEEKS!!!! We are beyond frustrated was really relying on that money to make ends meet and provide for our son. All I know for sure is if we dont get whats owed to him on monday we are lawyering up no one should have to go 3 weeks without being paid then not have it fixed immediately. Not to mention hes not the only one they have done this to.

Never answers the phones for real. But when they do. Its a good spirit and vibe i can feel. Get you to work guaranteed at least 35hrs if not 40. But i dont like the fact that when you call no one picks up and tells you to hold on or wait pne minute. And Ive called literally 37 times in the past hour and still no pick up. So this branch needs better communication to keep people WANTING to come back. Any job with lack of communication skills is mot so good but thats really my only complaint. Employers are professional and kind

I summited all my w2 paper work, passed the assessment test an passed the drug screen an still have not been placed anywhere. Very poor prioritizing on the staffs behalf they do not contact you in regards to placement its always a robotic voice over. Highly dissapointing an very time wasting.

They get you to work fast. Ive had 3 checks so far and theyre all extremely short. I had at least 20 hours on this last check and my pay was 105.22.

Always find me work even if I have been out for a while. A Medical condition gets me down but Prologistix always understands and places me in open opportunity facilities so I have room to grow. I recommend and refer people to Prologistix all the time.

So Ive been on and off with this company for quite sometime now more than a few years.. The company as a whole is ok to say the least.. When it comes to the payroll the job has been great.. I had a pay card issue that was fixed in minutes... Which was great. Now when it comes to the job placement thats another issue entirely. As of late I was sent to a place. Got there and rang for all of 10 minutes and was not let in walked to my car to call and let them know. The lady on the phone called no answer senr and email.... I went back to ring still no answer only be told 30 minutes later that.. I wasnt there on time which was a lie.. Roll back the tape. I was told to return on friday but i had been put in ICU shortly after returning home. And right now til this day i still have not been placed anywhere. At this point I dont know what to say about this company. As I have been with them for so long off and on.

Cool People But They Really Need Connect With More Warehouses !

Love this temp they can get you a job with no problem!!

Started out OK, but when the company they sent me to doubled the expected rates without warning they laid off a bunch of the temps with out warning. We were promised they would do what they could to find us new positions, but after 2 months Ive yet to hear from them and calling gets you redirected to a call center in India instead of the local office.

Offers great employment with FedEx great people to work with very pleased with ProLogistix great staff

Called Friday and was told to come in for an interview today Tuesday. Paid someone to drive me there only to find these people lack communication skills. Noone put me down dor an interview. I cannot work for a place that is this conciderate of my time. I can only imagine other issues this location has.

Went in a month ago to apply for a job did all my paperwork was assigned a job but told I had to wait until someone was lay off to start work and they would be calling me then It’s a month later and I still haven’t received a call now I’m being told I was suppose to download a app and keep updated in order to start a job and since it’s been a month I have to go through the whole paperwork and drug test process they don’t have the jobs available they protest online it was a waste of time for me

Horrible WORST PLACE I EVER WORKED IN 30 years, only pay 9 dollar an hour n want you to do 20 dollar an hour work, the staff are very rude, they cheat you out your money etc, it’s horrible, they cuss at you n everything, please save yourself some time n NEVER GO !!!!!
