Amazing nail spa! I havent had any issues so far. Love my nails every time! Chloe & Thi are both amazing! Love love love it here!

I was pretty disappointed with my nails. I asked for almond shaped dip nails and they came out pretty bad. I asked the lady to fix them but she said that she couldn’t do much else because thats how dip sits on a fake tip. I like the color but the shape it terrible- they are not almond and are very bumpy. One of the nails looks like it’s lifted up. I’m going to go somewhere else and get them fixed.

Always super professional and I get *exactly* what I’m envisioning every time. Affordable too!

Amazing staff. SHAWN is awesome and did exactly what I hoped for. My last set with Shawn lasted for almost a month until I could go back (image of orange nails). They didn’t break nor chip and I am not careful with my hands! They are also very well priced. Thanks guys. See you soon!

I am super picky about my nails, I started going here in March-ish and met Damon . He is amazing from the shaping to designs ! He takes pride in his work and it shows . The atmosphere is great everyone else is nice and willing to answer questions to get you what you want. My last set on the right and another I had awhile ago .

Cant for next set of nails very pleased. Very comfortable place. Good vibe. They have cat eye polish. All different kind of colors pick from!

THE BEST nail salon I’ve ever gone to, the attention to detail and quality all while being gentle keeps me coming back. Damon kills it every time I come to him with a new design and Chloe is an angel.

Seems like after the pandemic they’ve forgotten what good customer service is. I came in Thursday for a dip set with chrome, I asked the man if it was shellac stated no (for some crazy reason I get an allergic reaction to shellac) Friday and Saturday to fix what they could not get right, I politely asked for a refund for the inconvenience of having to drive 20 minutes there 3 days in a row and for the bad job each time. I took pictures and videos. I paid 200+ Tip and asked for $40. They refused rather lose a loyal customer.

I dont want to say poor quality because the overall experience was great. Ut was clean, efficient, and amazing customer service but my nails look awful. I spent $110 anx there are bubbles all in the polish.

She took her time on our nails and did them to her fullest extent even as closing time approached, not rushed at all. Very relaxing. (Our artist was chole.)

The owner Damian at serenity nail spa, Has talk to my wife and Daughter with disrespect 😤 not a perfect example of a business owner he has a lot to learn you do not treat women with disrespect or your paying customers!!! Not sure if this is a cultural thing but not something that should be done in your business. Strongly do not recommend you to take your child too very rude and unprofessional.

Believe the hype about this nail place! It is seriously amazing. I’ve been to so many salons over the years and this one is the cleanest spot I have ever been to. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and they take their time on your nails and always put in quality work. The prices are fair and maybe even a bit lower than they should be. This place takes care of you as a client and can take any nail art picture And make it a reality. They have sanitary, thorough pedicures that are truly pampering. They really go the extra mile to make their customers happy. Also, my shellac lasts 3 weeks and I work with my hands constantly. This place is a hidden gem in the Grand Rapids area.

I went here with my daughter and best friend and we were so pleased with everything!!! We all got pedicures and were so relaxed by the end it was awesome! :) I would recommend this spa any day. You will love it here!

Shawn did an amazing job on my nails they are not to thick polish is perfect and took good care of me . My husband got a pedicure by another worker and she did a wonderful job he is really ticklish.

The nails themselves are decent, however the polish is bubbling and it looks like I have black dots all over my nails. I went 2 days ago. I Google it and it said there could have been alcohol left on my nails or something with the drying process.It could be possible because the nail tech was falling asleep as he was doing my nails. Very unsatisfied with the service and the fact that I paid $55 for these.

I had Damon do my manicure and he was so gentle and took his time! He’s also really sweet and I’m obsessed with how my nails turned out! 10000/10 recommend!

Pretty sure I was there first customer and I’ll definitely keep returning!! Not only is the place beautiful the staff are very friendly and attentive andDAMON always gets it right every time so happy with my service!!!

SERVICE: To begin the massage chairs are amazing (clean and like new). The workers are nice and my nails turned out great. I got the pearl pedicure and they took their time with the scrubs, mask, and hot towels but focused on my legs and not my feet 99% of the time.COVID: They did make you sign in and take your temperature upon arrival however no social distancing at the pedicure chairs so you sat 2 ft away from people you didn’t come with and the person doing your service was closer than 6 ft and didn’t have a shield in front of them between us. When another customer spoke up about us not social distancing, they acted confused and didn’t make any changes.CONCLUSION: Would go again but not until after the pandemic or they enforce better practices regarding it.

If you’re going to be open until 5 PM then why would you not allow somebody to walk in at 4;30 and get their nails done? The only reason she said I couldn’t get my nails done was because they close at five when I know damn well it doesn’t take that long to fill my nails and paint them a different color. If you guys are closed at 4:30 put it on the damn sign

Damon is by far the most talented nail tech Ive ever visited. He educated me on better care for my nails, and was honest with me about how everything would look with what I was asking for. Ive never left a nail salon happier than that visit. I got a fill and and Shellac pedicure and Im extremely happy with both. I will be going back and asking for him every time.

Serenity Nails is my new favorite place to get my nails done. They stay very busy, so I recommend making an appointment.

This was our first time and we made an appointment for 2pm. We waited 20 minutes and we still waited. No staff to greet us just some lady sitting at a table doing nails. We Wont Go Back!We called Posh while waiting and took our name off the list . We were greated and got a fabulous manicure and we treated the best at Posh.

This was a refreshing experience for a nail salon. Atmosphere is classy & relaxing. Staff is very friendly. Their massage pedicure chairs are amazing (I have been to many different salons over the years and these are by far the BEST pedicure chairs). Pedicure was done nicely; reasonably priced. Accommodated my needs of taking acrylics off. Shellac manicure was lovely; nail tech paid lots of attention to detail. They use quality products, use sanitary tools and make sure that the nail techs are trained & perform to their individual strengths. Only flaw I would note is their scheduling...could end up waiting (without the wait being communicated to you).**Salon participates in a rewards program/app which is definitely a nice incentive.** Would definitely recommend trying this nail salon.Updated from 5 to 4: color on hands changed after a day (color in photo only lasted for 24 hrs) & was not a match to my feet *they said they have matches for all shellac/regular polishes. Shellac only lasted 1 week.

I never experience any curve nails . Or any place that will constantly stop every 5 mins because she’s the only one that know fully English to book appointments . They did the most horrible job I’ve ever been to . My sister walked out of there with her hands looking like bear claws !!! Never again . Next time I’ll just wait til the next day to get my set when my nail tech is open . Acrylic is beyond thick . Shaping is horrible . Don’t let them fool you !!

Paid 47$ for a fill and got gel polish and polish was chipping after first 2 days. went back to get fixed twice and still chipping. went back to get polish changed and fixed and charged me even after i already had to go back twice. won’t be going back

I really want to like this place, its so nice and clean and the staff is was great. While the pedicure was amazing, my shellac mani only lasted a week. At other places, my shellac lasts 2 weeks or longer.

Beautiful inside. Friendly staff. Chloe, the owner, is very attentive to guest satisfaction. Cindy gives best, most relaxing pedicures. I normally get the basic but it’s totally worth getting an enhanced option vs basic. I recommend an appointment, word is catching on about this salon but they do take walk ins. If you have to wait...it’s worth it. They take their time with each client.

I loved the vibes there, when I walked in it was fast service. The staff are very kind and the woman who did my nails did a great job on my nails like best quality I have ever had in nails. They have many options for color or style and I loved that it wasn’t the cheapest Nails I paid around 60$ but it was definitely worth the spend never going anywhere else.🥰🥰

I love this salon! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a wide selection of services. I have only have my nails dipped here. My nails always look great when done. The dip is always even and the perfect thickness. They also offer a large selection of colors for ombre or marbling. The prices they charge are great for the quality. If you download the Clover App, you can earn points towards a gift card for a future service. They salon itself is very trendy and beautiful, with music playing at the perfect volume.

Second time here. Damon has been my nail tech both times and he does a fantastic job! He’s one of the most thorough and efficient nail techs I’ve met. All of the staff here are very friendly, too. I highly recommend this salon.

Best shellac manicure I’ve had in a long time. Danny took his time and did an excellent job shaping and just making them perfect. The girl who greets you when you enter isn’t the nicest and makes you feel unimportant, but when you get past her it’s a good experience.

BUT they are all great from what I see.Perfectionists, they take their time with every customer. I love the pampering feeling I get when I go there!!! The staff is always so friendly. They have complimentary drinks as well. Lots of choices in nail colors. Always investing in more colors as well. That is huge for me. The decor is so classy and always decorated nicely.The best pedicures I have ever received, have come from Serenity.No complaints and will continue being a loyal customer. Love the app they use as well, to earn points and rewards.Every single tech I have had there, has taken their time and not rushed through like most salons do.I’ve never had an issue with my nails, aside from one time this past time. A nail broke a few days after I got the fill. I went back the next business day, and Chloe fixed it. Two stars because they were friendly, got me in immediately, prices are more than reasonable, and its incredibly clean inside. However, an hour for a shellac polish change. And 4 days after, my nails are already chipping when I normally go 2.5-3 weeks without them chipping. Pretty disappointed.

Went opening day and enjoyed the service. I had a milk and honey pedicure and dipped manicure. I was there almost 3 hours bc she took her time and did an amazing job. So glad a nicer nail salon opened up here.

I absolutely love this place. I go here exclusively now. Everywhere else is, by far, sub par. I recommend making an appointment to ensure they are able to take you. I am so thankful this place has opened.

I love this place! Me and my friend walk in for a pedicure even though they were super busy with the grand opening promotion but still manage to fit us in. Everyone is super nice and our pedicure looks great!

It looks beautiful on the inside but don’t be fooled. They are over priced and it took over two hours just to get a pedi done. I had made an appointment for 3 people to get pedis in the early morning for 4 o’clock in the afternoon that day. They didn’t see us until 4:55. Once we were in the chairs we waited another 35 mins for them to get started on our pedis. We didn’t leave there until 6:15pm. I got an infection in one of my toes from them not cleaning their supplies correctly. If you are looking for a new nail/spa place I would highly suggest not going there!! I will never go back to this place and I will tell all of my friends and family to steer clear!

Love this place. The staff are so funny and do a great job. My favorite pedicure is the peppermint pedi - so good! Thi and Daniel are so good at shellac manicures and the hand massage is heavenly!

I went there for their Grand Opening and they were promiting 1/2 off req.prices . Initially the service was fast, I had the Shellac done . Well, after only a couple days color started to come off and my nails started breaking . This was the end of May and my nails are just starting to grow back . When I went to my usual salon I go to I was told that wasnt a shellac .
