I used to love this place, they always did a good job and had a good color selection. Although the last two times I’ve been, it was a terrible experience. Once I went with a wedding party and my nail tech must have told me over twenty times that tip is not included with the wedding package (which we were told when we bought the package, when we arrived for our appointments, and then multiple times throughout the appointment) it just seemed rude and off putting that they would assume we wouldn’t tip (especially since I had been there before and always tipped well) But I went again thinking service would be better if I was alone, nope. They filed my nails completely sideways and when I said something, the tech THREW her nail file at me and told me to do it myself. I was completely shocked and left without having them finish. It was awful, and I will never go back!

Booked acrylic came in and showed picture it was literally a clear to black ombre not that difficult they acted as if it was way too difficult to do Eric suggested dip and I said I did not like dip but if they could make it look like the picture then I was fine with it got sent to Ann I hated the fade of the dip and the shape looked awful the fade it mismatched on my thumbs I have glue stuck under my nails from the tips and bumps from the dip being uneven honestly this reconfirms why i dont get my nails done

I went there on a Friday at about 6:40pm and they closed at 8, they greeted me as soon as I got there and got me in in like 5-10 min because I called ahead of time. I got normal acrylics which looked great at the time, however she did them in about 20 min and sent me to go dry my nails and as soon as I sat down at the dryer she left. It wasn’t even close to 8 it was probably 7:15. I DO NOT recommend this place. It is 4 days later and my nails are completely off but 3. I was in the shower rinsing my hair and I felt a snap and bam 4 of them fell off. This has never happened to me before. My nails normally last me 2-3 weeks. I’m very disappointed I wasted my money here.

Henry did a great job with my pedicure. He was efficient and my toes look and feel great! I liked the warm lotion and hot towel. I would recommend this place if you are in the area!

We came here on the recommendation of a friend and it was awful. We had an appointment at 5. We got to the end of the pedicure and I realized that he had never pushed my cuticles back and so it looked like the polish had already grown out for a week. Some of the nails also had polish missing in places. I brought it to his attention and he grumbled under his breath. He just kept painting over the nail polish so it got really thick and jagged looking in places. By this time, it was almost 6 and they were closing. He kept grumbling as I was trying to get him to fix it. They basically pushed us out the door after that, with my nails looking a mess. I would NEVER go here again and I’m definitely telling all of my friends. If you want an amateur pedicure with awful results, this is your place to go.

I had a not so nice experience. The young lady doing my pedicure was rude and did not pay close attention to detail. She did not get the roughness off my heels and believe me my feet are not at all bad. I will never go back! Every other person there got a bottle of water or asked if they would like some wine. I was told when I got in the chair, your nails are too short so she barely even filed them. This was the first and last time I will ever enter their shop.

As a previous stylist, I am finicky. These guys are top notch. Customer Service is above and beyond. Its the first salon that I have continuously gone to as opposed to just doing them myself. Its nice to finally find a clean salon, without worrying about cleanliness or the results where I can be pampered.in

I love Eric and the ladies at La Nail. Very friendly take their time to make sure your nails are beautiful and well done my daughter loves Lucy to do her nails.

She kept walking away during pedicure and was also very rough with me and rude, i do not recommend.I ruined the paint in my thumb and she tapped on my shoulder harshly and got mad.Also she made me pay before she painted my nails.

I have been going to LA Nails for a little over 3 years now. I had lived in Kentwood previously and moved to Rockford and needed a new nail salon. I went to a few over on Northland drive however I kept coming back to LA Nails. The owners are wonderful and the cleanliness is awesome....and my nails look great! Great people! Great service! Cant wait until my next visit! :)

Best Pedicure Massage ever! First time at this place, took my husband and daughter. My husband works in the dirt for a living and his hands showed it. They did an excellent job on him and I will definitely be going back for a pedicure. :)

The service is great and prices are reasonable! I have not gotten the best pedicures/ toe polish. Lucy does an amazing job on my shellac manicures!!!!!

If I could give them a negative rating I would. We asked if they could do designs, they said they could.....THEY CANT!!!!!!. The paint job was horrible dripped and spotty!! Worse then a do it yourself job. They acknowledged they job was bad said they would repaint.We said no we want a refund.They said they could give $10 back for the designs. ARE YOU KIDDING ME WHY WOULD WE LET YOU DO IT AGAIN WAS SAW YOUR WORK. And they knew their work was crap. We were headed on vacation and wanted our nails done.Our regular lady Jenni at diamond nails on alpine( who can really do design work)was out of town .So we called around. Trying to find someone else who could do design work.(disney themed for our vacation)now we have to pay to have the crap work La Nail Spa did, fixed.Obviously anyone who has had their nails done here and gave a 4 star rating never has, had their nails done by someone who really knows how.DONT EVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡

Ive been a customer at LA Nails for several years. Services are reasonably priced and always done with attention to detail. Im a perfectionist and have not had a bad experience here!

I was really looking forward to coming here. It was recommended and it had good reviews, sadly, that was not my experience. The two people who helped me could not communicate in English, not even very basic things, so I was not able to get the manicure I wanted. They couldve asked a coworker to translate but they chose not to, so after getting puzzled looks from them for 10 minutes, I gave up on the manicure I wanted.Secondly, midway through the job another person came in and took over so I had to explain how long I wanted my nails, which took another 10 minutes.Thirdly, I got the most basic mani, which is advertised as something along the lines of; our super fast manicure for clients who are in a rush...except, I was there for an hour!!! If that is their jiffy manicure, I cant imagine how long I would have been there for the others.

Sometimes theres a wait- but theyre my go-to spa for a good experience at an affordable price.

Im 32yrs young... been getting full sets since I was 17... this was the WORST place Ive ever been for a full set! I was sooooo disappointed! Id give them zero stars if I could. The guy who did my nails made them 3+ times thicker than a normal nail and so I had to ask him over and over and over and over again to make them thinner so I didnt look like I had huge talons! No joke. He went through and thinned them all at the tip and at the cuticle even tho I continually asked him to thin the middle... He went through four times and theyre still thick! Ehhh... Then a different girl painted them and they are horrible. The tips arent painted well. My cuticles are a mess. And when I was telling her I wasnt happy with it, she proceeded to tell me she does this all day long and theyll look fine when shes done. Ive never had such bad service before. I finally told them they needed to clean up this polish... they wanted to look at it... when I approached them (while they were with another customer) the other customer sitting there was shocked by how they looked and said, they definitely need to be re painted! Ill never ever ever go back. :(

I just went to get some gel nail polish removed since I dont have the stuff to do it at home. I left with gauged nails in some places and gel still on in others. It seemed like I was an inconvenience to staff (despite there being only 1 other customer) since I wasnt getting mine repainted as well. Not a pleasant experience.

The people need to learn to speak English to their clients they spoke back and forth to each other and Vietnamese which is very rude and I dont know that I would go back Sheila polish on my toes and everything else I had to go home and clean it Im not very happy and I wouldnt recommend this to anybody else
