I cannot say enough great things about Grit Life! The trainers are exceptional they motivate, encourage, push and hold you accountable! Since joining, I’ve lost weight and have gotten stronger and more confident. You can’t find this in a Big Box gym!

Grit Life is an amazing place that combines fitness and community. The workouts are designed to push you outside of your comfort zone while also providing modifications for anyone just starting out or dealing with an injury. Coach Craig has created a space that brings like minded people together in an environment that is uplifting and encouraging. It’s somewhere that is sure to help you meet and exceed your fitness goals!

For more than 3 years Ive tried to get back into shape on my own. After being mindful about my own knowledge and limitations I decided it was time to ask for some help in my training. It was at this time I met Craig Duncan, GRIT Lifes owner.Craig took the time to get to know me, my limitations and my strengths. Together we have set realistic goals and designed a plan that I can stick to.Working with Craig has changed my life and Im happy to say Im working hard to be a living example of GRIT Lifes pillars, Train, Fuel, Recover and Reflect.If youre considering a trainer or a community that will be supportive, inspiring and give you a chance to be your best self I highly recommend GRIT Life and Craig. Down 30 pounds and feeling like Im making a lifelong change. Great variety of classes (boxing, circuits and even obstacle course race training) and welcoming to all fitness levels and ability.

I first attended Grit Life in October of 2017. I had been working out from home and was looking for a way to increase my fitness level and be challenged and of course have fun doing it! I was inspired by Craig and all the others to even run and compete in my first Spartan Race in the summer of 2018! Thanks Grit Life! 👏👏👏

GRIT Life is not just a gym, but a meeting place for people who want to be inspired, motivated, empowered and supported in their fitness journey. The workouts are great for any fitness level and are taught by trainers who are educated and invested in what they do. Coach Craig has been my trainer for nearly 2 years and has helped me create and work towards my nutrition and fitness goals while inspiring me to step outside my comfort zone and get gritty every once in a while. The community and comradery that comes along with GRIT life are irreplaceable. Give it a try, you won’t regret it!

Craig is the MOST AMAZING COACH EVER!!! Invested, thoughtful, fun, genuine, creates community and promotes accountability!GRIT LIFE is more than a gym. It’s a lifestyle. And it’s not only for people who want to do obstacle racing. In fact, I’m NOT one of those people. I need to have both of my knees replaced so I’m not able to jump or run. Craig creates modifications for me so that I can still participate and feel part of the pack. I love the circuits classes, boxing and the opportunities to do things as a team.GRIT LIFE ROCKS!! ❤️❤️❤️

GRIT is so much more than a gym. The community that Coach Craig has built there has given me a new outlook on fitness. Though I’ve been a member of one gym or another my entire adult life, it wasn’t until I met Coach Craig that I began to make progress towards my goals. I look forward to my workouts as I never have before because in addition to being challenging and FUN, I really enjoy the people I work out with. I am setting and achieving fitness goals I never thought possible, met my 25 pound weight loss goal, and am looking forward to crushing new goals in 2018. You owe it to yourself to check this gym out, whether you’re an athlete training for your next race or someone who needs to shake up your fitness routine.

I’ve never been a gym guy. I’ve never wanted to pay for a membership. I always said I could work out whenever I wanted. I would start, go crazy for a few weeks, injure myself and take six months off. This place is different. This is about relationships, accountability, and a lifestyle. From the crazy fit athletes that train here, to the regular guy looking for something better, this place has something different. It’s about the people and enjoying the common goal of being a little better every day. Do yourself a favor and try it out for awhile!

By far my favorite gym! This place has it all. Coaches are personable, fun, and challenging. Workouts are always changing and find new ways for me to push myself. And you will be surrounded by encouraging teammates!!

Craig is great! He really works with you to help you meet your goals! And the rest of the GRITY members really seem like a big family. I live about an hour away but still feel like I’m getting more than my money’s worth from my training.
