He was always prompt with email responses and answered all of my questions in a timely fashion.On top of that, they installed a fantastic roof in only one day. They even came back two days later and took the old satellite dish off the new roof.Once again, I would recommend these folks for any work, as they are professional, courteous, and wont leave you waiting for a call back!

Melvin Belk replaced outr roof 3 years ago. It was a complete tear off. Now we have shingles lifting. Called them out to take a look. They came and said they would respond with a quote. Nothing has been provided. Called them several times. They say they will follow up but nothing. It should be covered under warranty. Three other roofing contractors have said Melvin Belk did not replace the flashing and there multiple nail holes in the flashing which has caused the issue.

We had a roof that needed to be completely replaced due to hail damage. I called Melvin Belk and a representative came to my house to assess the damage that very week.I then contacted my insurance company. The insurance company was very familiar with Melvin Belk and I was given the OK to set up the roof replacement.The crew from Melvin Belk showed on a Friday around noon. They were very courteous, and were very easy to work around. The crew finished the roof on Saturday.It was after dark when the crew finished, so I went out expecting to have to do a lot of cleaning up of roof trash around the house. I found that the crew had done a great job of picking up.The dumpster of trash was removed by Monday morning. Another representative from Melvin Belk came later that week with a magnet to find as many nails as they could in the yard.Overall, Melvin Belk did a wonderful job!! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof replaced.

Melvin Belk was EXCELLENT!!! They came to the house in a timely manner, gave a very fair estimate ($1,200.00 less than our highest quote), and completed the job w/i 2 days. We had an additonal skylight issue that the gentleman addressed/fixed with no extra charge.

We had new siding, gutters, and gutter protection installed. We are very happy with the results-the crew took their time with the siding, and it shows. My husband has experience in construction, and he said they did a “fantastic “ job. Very high praise coming from him!

A neighbor during covid had a ceiling leak due to poor roofing job by another roofer. Belk company came early spring to find problem and were able to fix in timely way and in couple days for ranch house. Very nice to deal with and cleanup was like nothing had ever been messy! May be a little more expensive but you can trust them to do a good job and do what they say!

Of about 4 or 5 quotes, Belks was substantially the lowest. They replaced my roof about 5 months ago. I did not feel like I was hearing a sales pitch at any time. They made an extra trip to my residence to clean up after the original job as well. I have no complaints.
