A few years ago we got a huge oriental carpet that was free. It had been used in a busy office and was filthy and the fringe was hanging off. Nate Koets has taught many classes around the nation and filled his students brains with lots of knowledge on how best to clean rugs from around the world. He also takes on some of the most difficult challenges for cleaning and gotten amazing results along with repairing any damage that has occurred on the rug. I took an old family heirloom Chinese made rug in, and they did an excellent job inspecting it, cleaning, sanitizing and adding fabric protector to it. My wife and I are exceptionally happy with how it turned out.
