When we first bought our home our inspector missed significant water damage in the basement. We were in the midst of a rainy season and there had been flooding elsewhere so it was extremely difficult to get anyone to help at the time. There was mold and rot everywhere and I cannot express how anxiety inducing that was. The owner of this company really came to our rescue. They dried everything out and sprayed the mold, cleaned all of the damaged areas. It has been 3 years and we haven’t had a single issue since!

Great company to work with. I had them clean and sanitize the floors of my basement before moving (disgusting from the previous owner), and they did a great job so a few months later I had them clean my ducts. Both jobs were done exceptionally well.

Got our ducts cleaned out and they did an amazing job! Very thorough! Kept me updated as he went along to different ducts. Spent extra time to make sure everything was very clean knowing my son has dust allergies! Very happy with our service! Would definitely use this company again!

I had called Guarantee System about cleaning my ducts and they wanted to send somebody out to quote the job and I thought I could count all of the vents myself so I did and they gave me a price over the phone. Once they got out to my home, there was actually way more vents than I had counted.... Even though it was my mistake, they honored the price that they said over the phone and they did a wonderful job cleaning my vents. They wore bootys on their feet and even cleaned the place up better than it was when they arrived. I was impressed with the service, they did a great job.

Gilbert Gonzalez was your tech that went to my house during a bathroom toilet leak and was very professional and quick to respond. He also was great with my kids any entertained my pet Bichon Fries. Overall very impressed. See you back out here within the next day or two. Thanks!

I hired this company when my basement had a water problem on June, 2017. Since I felt a sense of urgency, I used this company without checking references. Do not sign anything with this companys service and product before you get the written estimations.If you sign the paper (they explain deceptively and not fully), this company will take out money from your insurance company without your knowledge. The worst part was I had no idea how much they have taken out. When I found out the amount of money they claimed, I was shivered and shocked.According to the testimony provided by the previous employee (J. L), she stated that Guarantee System cheats and lies to customers. She posted her employment experiences in this section not too long ago. She even considered the employees of this company are liars and thieves. I strongly feel that my experience is extremely consistent with her statements particularly related to individuals in the management level. However, I highly respect and admire two entry level employees who actually worked at my house ( they were brothers).BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Eventually this company was expelled from my insurance company due to the greed and unethical business practices. I have A LOT TO SAY but this statement is the best way to describe my experience. I am impelled to post the review so that no one should go through what I have dealt with.

I experienced what most homeowners consider a significant loss in February 2017 and Guarantee System finished my project in November 2017. For a small home of less than 700 square feet, that is not a reasonable timeline by anyone’s standards. As a result of the delays, my family and I were unable to enjoy our home for an entire Spring, Summer, and Fall. I often wonder if any of the employees of Guarantee System would like being displaced from their home for three seasons for a project they said would only take two weeks. Would they be okay not being able to go home for 9 months without explanation as to why it was taking so long?They have terrible project managers, who lack common courtesy and basic communication skills. I reached out to the project manager repeatedly to get status updates. Every time I talked to him, my job was “next”, but no work was being done. When they finally did start my project, they seemed completely unprepared on what information they needed and in what order. I had to do a lot of the legwork in terms of finding the cabinets and flooring I needed even though I sent them the description and QR codes for the materials I wanted.Guarantee System did not turn my crisis into calm. To make matters worse, here I am almost a full year later and some of their work is falling apart. I reached out to them in May 2018, sent photos of the issues, and asked if the work can be redone because it should still be under warranty. I have heard NOTHING back from them. Not even a phone call to say, “You’re not covered…” Nothing. I have called, texted, and emailed. It’s not okay to treat customers like this. The money they were paid was good and on time. I was responsive to their questions and very accommodating even after I couldn’t live in my house for 9 months. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY. If your insurance company refers them, please ask for another company.

Actually, I give them a Zero. Horrible in every way. Our insurance company used this contractor to totally replace our custom oak flooring after water damage. Many delays due to scheduling, wrong materials, etc. The project took SIX MONTHS to complete. Now, 90 days later the floor planks are beginning to lift and curl. They are not returning phone calls even though they supposedly have a 3 year warranty on their flooring work. I dont think theyve ever replaced a wood floor because they sure didnt know what they were doing. There are 3 names for this company: Guarantee Systems, Vericlaim and First Choice Repair. Out of Jacksonville, Fla. Beware!!!

They were very quick to show up and do some of their work and bill me for services that were not yet complete. Several items were also broken by their workers and since I paid for the service they have gone silent and havent returned any of my calls. Will never be calling this company again. $13,000 paid for out of pocket repairs and they dont even acknowledge me as a customer.

Referred by a company that did excellent work with tree removal. Initial contact was wonderful and professional. That was nearly 11 months ago. Since then Ive had nothing but terrible customer service, lazy work ethic, unprofessional quality of work, low priority, unwillingness to fix mistakes, poor scheduling, no attention to detail, poor problem solving skills, horrible worksite clean up, excuses to try and cover up shoddy workmanship, and non existent follow through. I tried numerous times to give them the benefit of the doubt but I am now saddled with fixing something I hired a professional to do. If I could give them negative stars I would. Stay away from this contractor at all costs.

Due to straight line winds we suffered serious damage to our home, Guarantee System was quick to respond, very detailed when explaining the process and Matt and Tara were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend using Guarantee System and thank them for a job well done!!

Guarantee system is by far one of the worst companies I’ve had to deal with. They were hired by the buyer of my home after a tree limb fell on the house. For the first week it was just excuses of why they couldn’t be there after saying they would be. The first crew showed up on a day that it was suppose to rain, they got the tear off done before the rain started. They only had one tarp so most of the house was covered but none of the garage was covered so all of the packed boxes and other household items that were in the garage for the move got very wet. They made no attempt to pick anything up and left all the trash and nails all over the driveway and yard. They were so inexperienced that when they covered the house with a tarp they put it over the chimney vent without cutting around it so there was no where for the carbon monoxide to go. The roof was finally done a week later ( this was not a big house and a simple roof) and does not look anywhere close to a quality job. I will never recommend them to anyone or use them in the future.

Unfortunately this company has absolutely horrible customer service. 4 months after a house fire they finally did the job that they were hired to do. The customer service not only had poor communication with us as the client but horrible communication within the office itself. Our case and file will left abandoned for weeks at a time without anyone being responsible. Well the people they subcontracted did a good job, I will never recommend guarantee systems to anyone.

I was working at this office, trying to repair and fix some minor things. I found a leak coming from the mens bathroom. The pipes were leaking so bad that after I repaired it, the hallway was drenched in water. They were available right.

If I could give a 6 star rating, I would. I read all of the reviews after I hired this company to take care of a sewage backup in my basement. I was concerned. Not going to lie. I had a pipe actively shooting poop into my basement so I called a plumber who advised me to call homeowners insurance, who then told me to call mitigation. I called the 2nd number I found at about 1pm the date of my loss. By 4 pm they had a team at my house who worked non stop until all of the water (and poo) was cleaned up every single wet item had been cleared from my home. Over the course of the next week Dave was in my house tearing down, cleaning, moving and hauling all of the damages out. Tammy, who was on the buisness end, handed all of the insurance issue, going through all of my lisses(the number of items were in the thousands) and handling every issue I had both during and after buisness hours. My calls were never turned away. Dave had left my house one night and traveled to his home, nearly an hour away when I called because my furnaces went out as a result of the flooding . He turned around, no questions asked and brought me heaters. Dave, Tammy and this company in general can only be explained as better than Ativan no joke. I could not have gotten through this without them. The process was handled in a timely matter with nothing but compassion. It did take several weeks to get the money from insurance, but with the loss being so large thats to be expected. As far as what they charged my ins. Company, I could care less. It was worth every single penny for my peace of mind. Thats why you pay for insurance.

There is nothing guaranteed about this Guarantee System business.Had a rug dyed because of fading, and the outcome wasnt any better than when we dropped it off.There was no communication that the process was not working on the rug.We were also quoted a price and when we picked the rug up it was double the price!Very disappointed, and now we have a rug that we cannot use, but certainly over paid for.

Refered by my insurance company. They didnt give me a complete estimate. I called and asked repeatedly. I was told that the needed to start the work on the deck portion before I could get an estimate on everything. Why? Poor communication, poor follow through. Dont waste your time.
