I LOVE this place!! I have taken my jeep here for a yearly Buff N Shine since 2010. They have always done a fantastic job! Someone has always done a last minute inspection with me when I get there to be sure its been done to my satisfaction. I splurged last week and got the Detail job done. I am SO HAPPY that I did!! Josh and Ryan did a wonderful job....NOTHING was left untouched!! I will DEFINITELY have them clean it again for me. They even got all of the sand out of it from the sand dunes, and thats a JOB!!!These guys are always so polite and fun to talk to. I wont go anywhere else....you shouldnt either!!!

The detail job was not good. The worst part was when I picked up the vehicle after hours they didnt put the floor mats back in it. The following day I had to call them three times before they were able to find them. I requested that they deliver them to me about three miles away. They refused and said they didnt have time to. They said they would give me $2.50 to come pick them up for gas money. They refused to give me a discount for my inconvenience to fix their mistake. I told them I paid them to detail the car and put the floor mats back in it. They never apologized or tired to make it right. Do not go here.

Tamara did a great job putting my fears of a poor job to rest. The Rhino Liner looked perfect! They were recommended by my local dealer and now I see why. I will defiantly use and recommend them in the future.

What a waste of money. I purchased a $600+ cleaning package (7) deal when I bought my car. He spent no more than 30 minutes. He left a bunch of crumbs on the backseat floor. Sand was left around the front floor mat, which was barely any cleaner than when he started. How stupid of me not to read right on the coupon, There will be a precleaning charge in the event you car is not COMPLETELY CLEAN and free of bugs, tar and grime. What did I bring my care there for if it was already clean?! There was no tar or grime but a little road dust and a spattered bug or two. They charged an extra $15 for car wash. And all this was inspected by his supervisor so I figured I was good to go..til I got home and took a closer look. I would never, ever recommend them. My car dealership will hear about this rip off as well for recommending Auto Appearance. I gave them one star only to post my experience.

Dropped off my truck for a simple rust undercoating, got it back with a dent in the hood and now a new rattle in the drivers door. They gave a $150 discount for the dent, but claim they do not repair dents... go figure right? If youre looking for a decent deal and dont care about the rest of your car, this is the place for you.

Gave this place a call to ask a simple question if they did tinting on cars, and felt like they could care less about my question. I asked if they new any place in town that did, and instead of saying “you might want to try this other place “ they said nope and hung up the phone before I could get another word in.

The detail job was decent, but there was dust and particles on the dash, passenger seat, and center console. That’s not the main reason they got one star.I dropped off my wife’s car while she was out of town for work to surprise her when she got home. To do this, I got an Uber ride home and another Uber ride back to the shop the day after the car was done... no big deal. The morning afger the car was done, I got there at 7:55 am (they open at 8:00) because I had to go directy to work from there. I had no problem waiting outside until they opened... but that was the problem. No one was there until 8:30 after I was assured the afternoon before that I’d be able to pick the car up first thing in the morning. I stood outside in the wind and snow for 35 minutes until an employee finally strolled in and unlocked the door. Long story short, I was late for work and people were waiting on me to arrive. Nothing was offered to me, not even an apology! I was just told that somebody should have been there at 8:00, to which I replied, “yeah I know”. Since I was late for work I didn’t have time to look everything over, so what I mentioned above is just what I noticed in the drive back to my house. Won’t be going back.

There is a reason that some places charge $200 for interior detailing and some places charge $85. Its partially my fault for expecting that for $85, they would do a thorough and quality job, on par with some of the higher end places. They took care of a lot of the major things that i pointed out needed work, but werent very detailed with much of anything else. And this is a car that, while it wasnt spotless by any means, wasnt absolutely trashed or filthy inside. Im not expecting a miracle, but If i can lick my finger and rub off visible marks and scuffs in numerous places around the interior, then it stands to reason that they didnt pay much attention or put much elbow grease into cleaning it. Again, i dont expect much for $85, but what i got was marginally better than if i had bought cleaner and Armor All and gone around the interior and spot cleaned, when i was recommended this place and they themselves told me that they pride themselves on doing showroom quality cleaning. It also rubs me the wrong way that there were little pieces of what looks like food or something all over the floor in the backseat. I had to take a shop vac and clean this up. I dont know how you manage to shampoo the carpets without vacuuming up things like this. Next time im shelling out the extra cash for Crystal Clean or another local place that takes more pride in their work. Not to mention that despite the fact that i had the car thoroughly inspected by a very trustworthy mechanic who is an old family friend days before, who said the car was mechanically sound... when i picked the car up i was informed that it wouldnt shift into gear and that id need to replace a part in order to avoid having to shove a screwdriver into the gear shift to manually unlock it each time i want to drive the car. I realize that things happen but this didn;t help my impression at all.

I work for Kool Chevrolet and send A TON of my clients to Auto Appearance for their Package A, and Bed liners. I would recommend them to ANYONE! They do a spectacular job! They handwash the vehicle before the initial Paint Protection and then give you 7 buff and shine coupons to get the protectant re-applied every year for the next 7 years. It keeps your car looking brand new forever. They give you the option to get a full-detail carwash (by hand) everytime you get a buff and shine for only $15!! Thats a deal! Not only do they do a great job, theyre the nicest ever and their customer service is amazing! Again, I will recommend them to everyone and continue to work with them as long as theyre there! I purchased a brand new Chevy Silverado from a local dealer. Upon closing the deal they up-sold the rust, paint, fabric and sound protection by Auto Appearance Center of GR. After having the truck for 2 days I drop it off at the dealer for these added services. The truck was delivered to AAC the next morning. Nearing the completion of the services we get a phone call stating the passenger side rear fender got scuffed while pulling in or out of a bay. OK, I understand accidents happen. I was not happy about it, but they claimed to taking car of it. AAC takes the truck to a different Chevy dealer to buffed. Only to find out that the fender needs to be repainted. 4 days later the truck is returned to AAC from this second Chevy dealer to have the paint protection redone. This is the point where my frustration really begins. They spend less than hour respraying and buffing the fender. Paying NO attention to the overs-pray elsewhere on the truck. They return the truck to the original Chevy dealer and to me. Upon pick up, I notice a rough surface on the rear passenger door, cab corner and behind the handles. It to took the dealers detail guy nearly an hour with a clay bar to remove the over-spray.If this was my company and I knew I screwed up a customers $47,000 pickup I personally would have inspected it to make sure it was close to perfect before returning it. I am now concerned about doing any of the follow-up buffing required to maintain the paint warranty.It appears that attention to DETAIL is not AACs calling.
