Thrilled! Stumbled across Show Tyme on Google and gave them a try. My 2010 Subaru and 2013 Journey now look like new inside. Very reasonable prices for thorough interior detail and carpet shampoo. My cars were gross inside, and now they are showroom ready!

Met the fine folks at Prime Tyme today and instantly decided they will be a Detail Shop of choice. Great service attention to details and all with a fair price. The later is hard to fine in Grand Rapids for some unknown reason but at any price Id use Prime Tyme first, they are worth their weight in wax!

Very impressed. Car was very dirty when I took it in. Construction worker that has a very long commute to work. Picked it up and was spotless. They even took the seats out of my car. I would recommend to anyone!

I work in a car shop and have young children. My interior is light tan... carpet was stained with oil and everything was covered with sticky surprises. This crew did the unthinkable and got my car looking like new! I am very pleased with the above and beyond service! Check them out!

Great service and great attention to detail. We have 2 dogs and they were able to get all the hair out. Our truck looked like new!

Very bad service & bad management. I’d fire the guy who does tires who I believe manages the place immediately - He takes big pride in giving the utmost worst service.

I went there to get a car wash today and was not pleased with the service. You shouldn’t have to tell the worker to redo anything (windows) or wipe down the inside I don’t care how bad the vehicle might be when you bring the vehicle in. Than when you try to explain the issue the manager get upset. Very rude, just try fixing the problem and making it right rather than making it worst. Than gone say “Guess watt bro I’m to good doing car” rude when you was not even the one that did the suv your coworker. If y’all want a rush job this is a place to go. I’m good on rushing service when I can go next door from them.
