Well Ill start by saying Im kicking myself for not taking before and after photos! Next time... and there will absolutely be a next time. Nick, the owner, is a kind, prompt, professional, and thorough communicator. They were super busy when I initially reached out so I had to schedule a few weeks out, but it was more than worth the wait.My technician was Eli and he was great. Arrived a few minutes early, ready to go. His attention to detail was great, and my car has never smelled so good! He made sure he had gotten everything and waited patiently while I checked it out afterwards before he left. My car was DIRTY before he started. Like a little embarrassingly so, and he was super chill about it and just jumped in and worked really hard.Couldnt recommend Mobile Auto Detailing more. Quality job, great value, reliable folks. (And I know its not required, but yall - tip your technician! I was a little floored to hear only about half of their clients do so.)

Nick is awesome to work with. Very flexible and explains all the options! Carter did a great job detailing our older boat. Hadn’t been washed, let alone detailed, in a few years so I wasn’t really expecting him to get it SO clean and shiny and smooth! Had Nick come out to the lakeshore to polish and wax my boat with some difficult access. Met Nick on time, reviewed the boat and he set up expectations on what to expect due to some heavier oxidation and discoloring. Nick did a fantastic job under the circumstances...very good experience, would recommend his services to anyone.

I couldnt be more impressed with the service provided by Mobile Auto Detailing. The business usually beings their service TO you, which is great, but due to the weather forecast for the day of my appointment, Jesse reached out to see if I had a garage they could work in. I did not have one available, so Jesse had me bring my vehicle to their garage, which was eat off the floor clean. He had also suggested waiting on doing the exterior detailing, as the forecasted heavy rains would just wash away the wax. What honesty and integrity.I picked up my buggy a few hours later and was blown away by how clean it was. My vehicle hadnt been really cleaned in an embarrassingly long time and had impacted sand, dirt and dog hair all over the backseats and floor. Its like a new ride. Smells clean - not fake spray to cover something dead up- just clean.This is not a drive up and drop your car off set up. You definitely need an appointment, and it is well worth it. I will use them again, and plan on gifting their car cleaning services to others.THANK YOU, JESSE!!

I had a great experience and am very pleased with the awesome and friendly service. I especially appreciate them being able to come out to my home during a weekend. The interior of my car went from looking 5 years old to looking a month old! Unfortunately, I had some ( heavy) break dust on one of my wheels and I recently noticed the aluminum wheel is scratched pretty bad from the attempt to remove the dust during the exterior detail so although everything else was great, Im quite disappointed in that part of the process.

I had Jesse come out and clean the interior of my truck today. I am looking to sell it and did not want to spend a day trying to clean it. He was very personable and professional. It looks amazing! He did a very good job and it looks like a different vehicle now. I called to set up an appointment and Nick was very friendly and easy to work with. Jesse detailed my 2015 Acura MDX and its like new again. He did fantastic work on the interior and exterior, removing stains, salt deposits, polishing leather/vinyl, washing/waxing etc etc etc. He was prompt, courteous and professional. I think he will work very hard to ensure that youre 100% satisfied as well. The fact that he came to my home was a huge benefit because it saved me travel time and also allowed me to be productive (while he did all the hard work). I liked his work so much that Im now considering their winterizing package for later this year. Regardless, Ill be a repeat customer soon enough.

Nick was amazing! I scheduled an interior detailing of my husbands truck as a surprise for Valentines day. He arrived on time and worked in the cold to get his truck clean. It looks like brand new! I am so happy that I found Nick to detail the interior of my Toyota 4Runner. I adopted a German Shepherd a few months ago .... mud and dog hair = messy car. Nick was very flexible with scheduling and did an AMAZING job, my car looks just as good (if not better) than when I first purchased it! Jesse came out and did an outstanding job on the stains that were inside the vehicle; he spent almost an hour with some stains that did absolutely nothing when I tried a local upholstery cleaner that I picked up at Meijer. His equipment and professionalism really stood out to me, and as a retired military man I thank the owners for hiring a dedicated veteran like Jesse who needs no direction or initiative. He is a one man wrecking crew that this world needs more of. I highly recommend Jesse and his company to anybody that has any issues with their vehicle interior.

Saw these amazing reviews, gave it shot and was extremely disappointed that barely half the job was done. When I confronted them about it they just paid me off and did not want to do the work they were asked to do. Highly disappointed in the customer service.

Nick was early to the appointment, professional, and thorough! After detailing the interior of my filthy (full of mud, stained, and covered in dog hair) Equinox, Nick only charged me $120 for the 2 hours and 45 mins he spent on it. My SUV looks better than I have ever seen it. The only problem is that I’m now afraid to get into it because I’ll make a mess of all of Nicks work. I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks Nick!

Nick, the owner of this business, was spectacular to work with! We bought an Acadia that had a bit of smoke smell left in it. We wanted to have the seats and carpet steam cleaned to extract the smell and gunk hoping it would help....and it did! Nick was willing to work with us and fit us into his busy schedule, which we appreciated very much! Talk about a caring business owner who provides great customer service! To top it off, it was snowing and cold outside when he came to detail our vehicle, and he still was willing to work in the cold even though we offered our garage space to work in! Not to mention he is very affordable. We were very impressed with him and will be contacting him again for our auto detailing needs!
