Edit: Holli did an excellent job with my fade yesterday! Shes took her time to make sure the haircut looked great. I have had other do my haircut there and they all have done a great job! Special shout-out to Crystal for an excellent service. Definitely worth every dollar you spend here.

This is my favorite spot to take my boys....we absolutely love Crystal she does all of my kids hair at various ages and we have never been disappointed with her work.....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I am a long term customer with Judes, but was new to the Chesire location. I work close by so I decided to check it out. Crystal was amazing! Not only did she provide a great experience, but she is very talented. She cut and styled my hair in ways that I had never seen before! I am very happy! This is coming from a person who doesnt usually enjoy having to get his hair cut.

Ive been bouncing between two of your Judes establishments for a couple of years now. Judes on Alpine and Judes on Plainfield. Both have provided outstanding service from all of your stylists. That being said, Maddie in your Plainfield shop has provided the all-around best service for me and my family. Shes very attentive, a great conservationist, and knows exactly what I like! Outstanding Employee!!!

Judes is the only place that I will let touch my hair. I have been going to Judes for almost 15 years. Never had a bad haircut from there!

I love this place. 4 years ago I decided to specifically request 1 hair stylist and stick with her every single time. Since then, Stephanie has been my go to gal for my hair appointments. Having moved across town there are closer and more convenient places to get my haircut, but I will go out of my way to the Plainfield location. I hold her personally responsible for stepping up not just my hair, but my whole look.Aside from the high quality service, I find it incredibly convenient that I can now book hair appointments directly from Google. The Judes website is a bit of a mess, and its a nightmare to try and navigate it on your phone. Plus, as soon as you book using Google, it automatically adds the event to your calendar. Technology!

Excellent barbers will be going to them from now on. I own a business and they definitely made me look the part.

Ive been going to Stephanie for 6 or 7 years now. Shes amazing and the only person i trust with my hair. Ill wait weeks just so i can have her cut it. If you want an amazing person, definitely check her out. You wont be disappointed i promise.

Honestly one of the best places to get your haircut. Ive been going to Crystal since August 2017 and she does a fantastic job every single time (I recommend her!) I get a zero fade, high and tight. She nails it EVERY TIME. As of April 2018, she moved from the Cascade location to this one (Plainfield) and I just go there now! Her obvious passion for her job makes the haircut experience amazing every time, 5 out 5 stars!!!

Stephanie is always on her game with my haircuts, and I dont just get my haircut by anybody. I get my haircut twice a month, and everytime is it crispy and on point. She is definitely my go to for an amazing haircut.Also, the app comes in very handy. As I already have my next three haircuts scheduled.

Best place in town to get a hair cut. Laura is the best! I try to book her every time. My only suggestion would be to have a reminder email or text go out the day of the visit. I usually book a week in advance and one time I forgot.

There were 3 ladies on staff when i got to my appointment 20 minutes early. After 5 minutes of waiting with my 2 yr old, they all started gabbing with each each other, and very slowly cleaning up. There was absolutely no urgency to get my cut going early. I would think that with 2 EXTRA staff, they would have offered to get me started a bit early. I finally spoke up and stated that i didnt really care who cuts my hair, but Id like to get it going. The urgency did not improve. I did recieve a quality haircut, but the workers could really use some basic skills in customer service and time management. I will be going to a different location for my next cut.

Moved to the area and decided to give this Judes a shot because its close and I wont go anywhere else. I always get the haircut I want and it always turns out great. The experience is always great and I rarely have a long wait. All the girls that work there are super cool and easy to talk to. Ive had my fair share of super awkward haircuts at other barbershops, you wont have that here! I usually request Stephanie if she has an opening but if not, the other stylists are very good as well!

Been going to Judes Barbershop on Plainfield for years, love the service and love the haicuts. Crystal does an AMAZING JOB every time! She does such a great job Ive started taking my 3 year old son to see Crystal and she is absolutely amazing with kids! Highly recommed Judes and even more i would recommend Crystal (but anyone there is going to take excellent care of you).

I went to Judes to get a haircut and left before it even began. Upon arrival I was not greeted by either stylist there, so I sat down to wait to be helped. Neither of them acknowledged me at any point. After about 10 minutes another gentleman walked in and was greeted by 1 of the 2 stylists. At this point, my frustration with the complete lack of customer service took over and I left. I would not come back to this location and I would also not recommended anyone else to this location.

My boyfriend goes here and always gets done the way he likes it, and appreciates he never has to wait.

Usually my experience at Judes is to fast and mediocre at best, but this is the first time Ive been to the Plainfield location and Steph gave me the best haircut Ive had in years. Very happy with my visit

Judes always does a nice job and the Plainfield location is no different. There is nothing better than a crisp, clean hair cut with a hot towel, shampoo and shoulder massage...especially in the middle of a cold Michigan winter.

Always a great haircut

Ive been to barbershops all over the country and all over Michigan, especially West Michigan and Judes is by far the best. This location in particular is far better than the others as they never seem to be busy and they always take their time with the Judes haircut. Sadly I changed jobs and it is no longer convenient to go to this location.

Ive been there three times in the past 2 months and the first two haircuts were fair at best. I was in a pinch and went back again thinking third times the charm BIG mistake. Absolutely the worst haircut Ive ever had. The gir) who cut my hair said she worked there 2 years. I would have guessed 2 days.Never going back again!!!

Watch out for cookie cutter responses to bad reviews.Really poor service. Extremely difficult to schedule both on the phone and with the app. I have had multiple appointments lost over the last few months. Stylists dont get along with each other and turnover means that the newer stylists lack the skills to do a good job.

The ladies who work here are super fun and great at their jobs. They always have me in and out looking like a million bucks.

Walked in at 8:11 and close at 9 an was told booked up for night as she was sweeping and no one in there except her obviously boyfriend waiting for her. Never AGAIN. lesson learned.

I didn’t realize they took their slogan so seriously until one of the workers told me she doesn’t cut women’s hair, even though mine was shorter than the guy waiting to have his cut.
