After hitting my first deer with my car i called the number on my Proof of Insurance because there were a lot of unknowns. I was readily helped by the Road Side Insurance attached to my policy, faster than the time they quoted me over the phone. I had my car towed to my mechanic where he said he didnt do body work and suggested a different shop and Insurance moved it for me at no charge. My agent was in constant contact with me through this whole process making me not have to worry about what to do next. He stayed on top of the situation to get me in contact with the Claims people and basically take all the pressure off of me. I thought calling my insurance would be more of a hassle but not with these guys.
