Its said that every year you should shop different insurance companies. We have done it a few times, but always go back to Lighthouse. Their quotes are always the lowest. Most of them by a large amount. We have never had any issues with the parent company not covering losses. They are always, always helpful with any questions or needs that we have.I dont see us changing companies any time soon.

As a victim of one of their insured, I was treated rude and not given enough to fix my car. They say go where ever you want to get your car fixed but will not give you what the estimate is to repair your car. BEWARE they tell you to have the repair shop ask for a subsidy and they will pay....its a joke and a scam, who does business like that, your stuck with the bill and cant get your car back unless you pay the difference between what they give you and the estimate.

Aside from great pricing, its the service that keeps us with Lighthouse. Service seems to be a thing of the past in a lot of industries, but the staff at Lighthouse does what they say when they say they will. We really appreciate that!

I have been a customer for 5 years and have never spoken to anyone polite. I recently called to have my 22 year old son taken off my policy to start his own. They quoted me 4,000.00 a year And we’re very rude about it. If he stayed on mine it would stay at 1,000.00 a year. I switched to farmers and received a 1,700.00 a year quote for my 22 year old to be on his own policy. I don’t know how it can vary so much for the same exact coverage. My home owners also dropped 300 a year with lower deductibles. Just a reminder to shop around!

The staff members at Lighthouse Group are always responsive to all emails I send, no matter the topic. They are fast and always on top of things. I have sent two families their way to get quotes because they have been so great to work with.

Additionally, my account manager was very helpful at filing all of the necessary paperwork when I was rear ended in the fall.
