I am happy with the Lamborne Agency. They have always been extremely responsive. However, I DO NOT RECOMMEND using Farm Bureau Roadside Assistance. Flat tire last night along 96 west bound. Called for assistance and they said it would be about 45 minutes. Well, okay it was a busy time of the day. After 47 minutes they called me back and said they were sorry but the truck got called out for another call and it would be 60 minutes before another company could get there. They use some rinky dink national service that maybe has two vehicles in the area. WOW. I also carry roadside assistance thru AAA and guess what. Grand Rapids Towing was there in about 20 minutes. Great service and great tech.

Have been a customer for 10 years, never had a claim. Never missed payment on policy’s. The experience with agent at our home previously was not impressive. Received a letter recently that our coverage was ended not due to any claims, not due to lack of payment. Moved auto policy to progressive previously & was a great move. Home owners now as well. Would give the agency a zero if I could.

Terrible customer service. We had the Lamborne Agency quote our insurance for our new home. The quote sounded great so we went with them. 2 months down the road they say they mixed up and our premium more than tripled. Trying to communicate is terrible. Different people every time. Days and sometimes a week without callbacks. Needless to say we switched. Our premium is 1/3 what the Lamborne agency was with great communication and better coverage!

I have had all my insurance needs with the Lamborne Agency for several years. Service is always prompt and hassle free. Questions are answered accurately and the staff is helpful and friendly. After being with the agency this long calling there is like calling family.

Extremely poor service. Both my wife and I had separate policies that they could never get correct. After being fed up with the lack of service we were receiving we started shopping for new insurance. To our surprise we ended saving almost $800 a year switching to a different insurance company (apples to apples). We would have been content over paying had they actually provided even the most basic of service....providing us the insurance we requested. I cant in good faith recommend them to anyone.

Had an issue with someone backing into my back bumper in a parking lot. Have been working with Jason Sailor. Submitted a claim January 3, 2017 for the replacement of the back bumper. Here we are, over two months later, and several phone calls, with the same bumper. Several of the times I called there are no records for any sort of claim. The individuals I spoke with pulled up a claim for a dog I hit last November. How could my claim be lost? The last call I placed was last week Wednesday, March 15. I spoke with Jason and he told me that he was not getting anywhere with the person who hit mes insurance and that it would be best if I became my own advocate and began calling them to see if I had any luck with them. I reminded him that this was what I paid him to do. At this point, he began stumbling around his words and said it would still be best for me to call the other persons insurance company and work through that avenue. Thats fine. Thats ok. You guys just lost another customer. Very very disappointed. This is just the tip of the iceberg as far as problems I have had here in the short two years Ive been with the Farm.

Worked with Jason Sailor at the Lamborne Agency and had a great experience. First, the quote was the same day and saved me $200 on my auto insurance. Then when I actually purchased the insurance it was even cheaper than he quoted me. I combined my homeowners and auto and got a multi-policy discount. Jason was able to find additional discounts for me like a GVSU alumni discount too. Would highly recommend these guys. I used to have my insurance with an independent agent and he shopped my insurance and could not compete with Jasons quote. Five stars!!

Rotten customer service! Jake VanDenBrink is incredibly unprofessional. He doesnt update you on the status of a policy, he doesnt call you back, he waits two weeks to reply to his emails. this insurance agency should NOT be used by anyone that wants to be protected.

When I needed help with my claim, Jeff came through for me. I talked to Jason and Jennifer in his office and they helped me get the most for my claim that I could on my totaled vehicle. I am recommending them to all of my friends and family!Thank you Lamborne Agency!

Horrible communication, no call backs, we cancelled our policy on the 21st of Nov with confirmed documents. 12/27 we get notice of payment for 3 vehicles with new insurance slips, 1 of which we dont even own? Horrible organization.

Jeff is very knowledgeable of the Farm Bureau insurance products. He and his staff are very responsive to the needs of their clients.

I just called Jeffs office at 5 today on a Friday and his friendly staff answered the phone. I explained what I needed and someone waited for me to stop to pick it up. Very cool!!I also agree with Jennifer who commented on the post about Kevin Clark. Anyone who does not know Jeff and his office with think that Kevin in a part of Jeffs office and he is not. You really to be a ignoramus to just post all willie nillie on others websites about things you know nothing about.

Save yourself the trouble I had a property that had no insurance on it for a year because the third party he went threw couldnt get a hold of me Jeffreys office got the same letter to and made no effort to contact me via email phone or mail. I had to ride them like a rented mule to get anything done so finally i started pulling my insurance out of his office one by one except my house insurance which i was gonna keep because i had a clam he immediately canceled me saying i had a agressive dog he never even seen the dog it was barking thru the garage door it was chocolate lab. Then to kick me in the teeth one more time he canceld my new insurance i had got thru a different agency because they both used great lakes insurance i will give it to him he is a marketing god with all his videos and now he is try to build his sister up the same way cant fool me twice jeff

I have been with this insurance agent for a long time and have many policies with them. Recently I have felt like I am a nobody because I have been trying to reach Jason and have not recieved a call back. I have been trying to reach him for 3 weeks now, and have had no response and no call back always get told by the ladies that answer the phone that he is busy and will call me back. After three weeks of the same I called and told them if I do not recieve a call back today I will be searching for a new insurance agent. Still no call back the customer service from Jason has been horrible and I will no longer doing buisness with them. Still no call back rediculous, if I was his boss and seen he was costing me buisness he would not have a job very long.
