Very caring insurance company.. they are always good and nice.. they take care of your needs..

CONSUMER BEWARE!I suffered through these people for 5 years. I have given them chance after chance after chance because I’m a nice forgiving person.They charged me with plpd for 2 years for next to no coverage. When I had them look around again Nicole admits to “over looking” that I could have had comprehensive for $3 more a month. 😡Then when I bought my home these people misguided me with my homeowners insurance and I was DROPPED as a customer because of more negligence. Finally after a Grueling and stressful battle with Nicole and her aunt Paula. I was able to guide them to do their job. Yet I forgave them again.I have had several issues where I needed their assistance and Nicole isn’t normally in the office. She has the same family member dying multiple times. She decides she doesn’t wanna go to work and doesn’t. I can show anyone proof of all of this. I have photos of our conversations!This last time was when my insurance dramatically change by $250 a month. (Nothing wrong on my end, no claims, no accidents, no tickets, over 25 and a safe driver that doesn’t go far!) when I contacted Nicole she told me she knew all about it but WOULDNT talk to me about it until NEXT WEEK TUESDAY (8days away from when I contacted her.) she is so negligent she wouldn’t even contact me about my options.Nicole doesn’t like to work and does everything in her power to not be able to help customers.Paula lives in a constant confused state of mind and isn’t any help. Her favorite answer is “I don’t know”Do yourselves a favor and avoid these guys! Yikes!
