Horrible customer service and phone skills. I called left a voicemail asking for a call back so that I can book an appointment. I work in sales, so I specifically stated my name and number clearly and that I was looking to book an appointment. Got a call back from someone saying I received a call from this number again, I said yes, I was calling to schedule an appointment. The attitude I got was so rude. Being in any kind of business with a saturated market, you have to make sure youre a little better than the rest. This was the WORST service I have ever gotten, and if this is how a phone call asking to book a time is handled, Ill go elsewhere for my teeth whitening.
