Wow I’ve never been to a dentistry like this one. SmileEasy offers great service and exceptional customer service. My two favorite employees are Jessica and Elena. They’re so friendly and professional. I’m not one to leave reviews on places but when a place does as good of a job as this place does, I take time out of my day to leave a review. If I could, I would leave 6 stars if possible, but for now, 5 stars will do.Again, great place with friendly and skilled staff and a very welcoming environment.

Awesome service, they took care of my cavity and cleaned my teeth all under an hour just a fabulous job and a great service. Customer friendly the ladies at the front made sure I was seen on time and didn’t have to waited filled out my paperwork for me. I recommend this to everyone!

My experience with Smile Easy was honestly the best!! From the minute I walked and was greeted by Jessica and Maria calmed my nerves. Smileasy dental office staff in the Grand Prairie office, are very professional and caring. My son and I have been receiving excellent treatment for many years. They are willing to accommodate with care and attention every worry or anxiety I might feel when getting my teeth worked on. The front office staff, Maria and Jesse are always checking up on me to make sure that I am completely satisfied. They send reminders of when we need to arrive for our next appointment. They are genuinely attentive to my needs and set up appointments accordingly. Dr. Sekhon has given me the best recommendations on how to better my dental hygiene. She is careful and takes her time when working on any treatment I may need. She is patient and helps me feel more at ease when working on my teeth. I would say the whole staff has gone over and beyond to make my son and I as comfortable as possible.

I almost canceled my appointment because the dentist is inside a Walmart and I didnt want to be around all the people but I changed my mind and kept my appointment and Im glad I did the dentist was awesome and the people in the office were very attentive to me they seemed to know what they were doing so I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is interested it was a good experience

I know I missed some appointments because of illness. Then when I needed a Saturday appointment the person at the checkout area told me she Would Not give me a Saturday appointment not asking me why I missed not going to say what was going on with me. But there were good reasons and all she had to do is tell me nicely not be rude and asked for a doctor care letter I could have done that. I even went to an appointment and they did not call or text to tell me they changed times and of course the same person basically said I was lying. I even told her look at my phone she said she knew they called or text. But of course doing that to me was ok. But to me it wasn’t ok. I even tried to tell them and it was personal but they didn’t care but of course when they did this appointment time to me. My time is just as important to me. Plus I kept telling the dentist the teeth were to big and they would not listen kept saying I have to get use to it. When in for adjustment and told the dentist again the top teeth were to big for me she should have listened to me. dentist told me that to sand the upper teeth it would be ugly. What she should be doing is make a new set upper teeth even with the smaller teeth I try wearing them and they are so big my mouth has to stay opened up. I have tried the the grip teeth it dosent work. I still can not eat or drink or hardly breath with my teeth in and no talk at all. Well that is all for now. So upset and disappointed I have a medical issue that I need them fixed but it looks like nothing will be done

Been there 4 times and every time I show up, I’ve been met with kindness and care from every staff members. The place stays clean and even when I’m scared of needles, they find a way to comfort me.

I’ve been here a total of 3 times since Feb and everyone here has bent over backwards for me. Fixing broken teeth and doing fillings. I’ll be bringing my kids next week. 10/10 I love the entire staff and they have worked with me financially for every visit.

Everyone in this office is so nice. Vanessa at the front desk is always so sweet and explained the plan/payments in detail to me when I first started my ortho journey. Rosanna is the best when it comes to assisting Dr. Chen. Dr. Chen is the orthodontist at the office, he’s very nice and actually carries on a conversation with you every appointment, making sure to inform you of the progress.Before even getting braces, Smileasy was already my dental office. I have been going to this location since it opened but have been a patient for many years, so believe me when I say their dental work is outstanding and they are the best.

I was very pleasantly pleased with my visit here. The fact it was my birthday kinda already made them start with a negative for the day but the tooth needed to be pulled. Smiley Dental and Orthodontics is one of the best dental offices in Grand Prairie. My overall experience was amazing from the time I checked in. Sonia is the best front desk receptionist. She checked me in a timely manner and Dr. Le is very detailed in explaining everything and making sure you are comfortable and relaxed. I had a great dental experience!!!! I would recommend them to my family and friends!!! And Vanessa is very knowledgeable about all the services and she helps with third-party financing to where your out-of-cost is low and affordable. 5 stars all around!!! :-)

Love the patient care there. Dr. Sarabjeet Grewal is the kindest doctor. She also listens to your concerns and provide the correct care and prescriptions. The office Manager Monica Reyes is very helpful and informative. The dental assistant Andrew Ortono was very nice and gentle. Love this office and they are the only place I trust with my dental care.
