To early to tell, to be honest. my first time! so far so good. i dont like the dentures, they told me to wear. they did not in any way fit. seems like a nice group.

Was along time stretched out in the reclined chair. A break from the chair would have helped; a little more dialog with me as to what you were doing in my mouth would have been ++. But an update every ten or so minutes would have been appreciated.

I was blown away by this incredible dentist. everyone was great and the service was excellent. The best part was the affordable prices. Will recommend to everyone!!!!!!

Dr Shirley, her hygienist and staff are all wonderful people who have done an excellent job at thoroughly informing and caring for me as a patient. Ive learned much and appreciated the efforts everyone has taken to help me through each visit from evaluation, procedures, finances, and scheduling.Best dentist facility Ive been to and will certainly continue as a patient.

It took them over 2 YEARS to refund me the money they overcharged! Seriously inept

The worst visit & service; EVER!!! It has taken me over 5 months to give a review; therefore, I have had time to think and speak with my insurance company twice concerning 360, most recently on 12/16/2020.Prior to going to any medical/dental appointment, they ask for your insurance information to obtain a prior authorization, our appointment (Daughter & I) was scheduled 3 months in advance of the appointment date (6/8/2020), but on the day of my arrival, they stated my insurance (FEDERAL) is out of network. But under federal guidelines, United Concordia cannot be out of network because there is a dental rider policy on my medical (GEHA) insurance.Again, prior to going to any medical/dental appointments, they ask for your insurance information; but 360 will preform procedures that are not covered by ones insurance and it was not stated we would be receiving 2D/3D x-rays which are NOT being covered by insurance. Which leads me to the billing practices of this dental service. On 8/3/2020 I received a bill for $30, but there was no itemization of the charges. On 11/30/2020 I received a bill for $418, there were itemized items on 2 pages.I nor my daughter received the usual complementary toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss. You may think not a big deal, but as I was sitting in the waiting area a white gentleman walked in and went straight to the back, came out in about 20 minutes with the little goody bag. But when we walked out, nothing.I chose the office because I thought the Dentist looked like me, but everyone your color,...!

Dr. Shirley is amazing. Her staff has excellent Covid protocols.

The doctors and staff are the nicest people I have met in a clinic. Check- in and check- out times are quick and easy, I felt welcomed and comfortable thanks to the staff! Everyone was very knowledgeable regarding dental health and price as well giving options for payment. Highly recommend this dental clinic!

I was always struggling with high levels of anxiety when going to the dentist office. In this place, I feel like home. Customer service is amazing!!! Everyone is very nice and they make sure you feel comfortable. Prices are reasonable and they accept a lot of different insurances. They always recommend useful things for taking care of my teeth but dont try just to sell things. I really like this place and will definitely recommend it.

My daughter and I both had appointments this morning. It was our first time at 360 Smile and was a good experience! They were friendly very informative and explained any out of pocket cost before any work was done! I have been looking for a regular dentist to consistently visit! I think I have found one!

I’m a patient of Dr. Shirley’s, and have been for close to a year when she took over the practice. Dr. Shirley is not only a brilliant dentist, her “bedside manner “ is probably the best I’ve ever experienced. She takes the time to really get to know her patients and is clearly driven by her faith. She truly cares for her patients and in a short time develops a sense of trust and mutual respect. I have and will continue to sing her praises and refer her to everyone.

Dr. Shirley and her Staff are the most professional group Ive come across in a long time. Not only did they get us in immediately to help my husband with his concerns; they were compassionate, friendly and we were treated like family instead of patients. Due to the length of time my husbands procedure took they were also to work me in for a cleaning. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!

So this was my first time here cause of my wifes recommendation. And tell you the truth it almost felt like I was seeing old friends. They made me fell so comfortable and went over everything very thoroughly and I understood it all, lol. My other dentist I was seeing made me fell kinda unimportant and almost like a ATM. But here they made me fell way different and like I said I think I found my Dentist.

Doctor and staff are very knowledgeable and understanding. Outstanding visit, 5 star service!

I don’t really like going to the dentist, but they make it a lot easier. I always feel taken care of. My teeth aren’t the best, but they work with me and my budget.
