So glad I made the switch from Picasso Dental Mansfield. Instantly the customer service was 100% better, the office was clean, and the dentist is working on fixing a new crown that was improperly sealed in one of my back teeth. As well as finding a crack in the tooth behind it, which will be fixed next week. Never a mention of thus at Picasso and its clear as day. And the cleaning was great! Highly recommend 👌

I cant tell you how easy everyone at Prime Dental made it to get what I needed done; I went in for a wisdom tooth that finally needed to be extracted along with a deep cleaning and the experience was awesome! Dr Patel and all the staff were very helpful in making us all feel comfortable with it all while my son got his wisdom teeth out. He was a bit nervous but they were very good at explaining what to expect and how he should be feeling all throughout the procedure. Even post care, they were very patient with all my questions and multiple phone calls to clarify what I needed to do.Very grateful to have been referred here for his wisdom teeth extractions. I found Prime Dental on Google as my last resort. After countless visits to over 10 dentists for tooth and nerve pain, i lost hope. I was not expecting much but Prime Dental over exceded my expectations. After the first visit, i finally felt relief. They definitely heard me and understood me and the pain i was feeling. Great dental place, they sent me a text to remind me about my 6 months appointment, already had forgotten, what a service ! I had never had such a great experience with dental clinic like I had here. At the end the young lady took her sweet time to floss my teeth and I realized that I have been doing it wrong for so many years, and she explained everything why she was doing the movement with her fingers to get the best flossing done, Im amazed by the way these people Attentions and their prices are very reasonable, I hate dentists places, but this one, I can finally say, Im very pleased.

At first I can here after my tooth ache. I got quick appointment which was great. I did couple of Root canal, teeth extractions, implant and teeth whitening. It was all great experience. I had a tooth extraction today, very quick no pain during the procedure whatsoever. I was worried about feeling the water hitting my nerve even while being numb, but I felt absolutely nothing! The Doctor’s and Dental Assistants are so kind, caring and very professional!!! They make you feel very comfortable here. Had my tooth removed and a deep cleaning that needed a ton of work at Prime Dental today. My Dr was professional, friendly, and mindful throughout the procedure. All the staff were welcoming and explained all costs, the procedure, and time allotted for my appointment. On top of that all paperwork needed prior to my visit was filled out at the convenience of my home and all I had to do was simply walk in and go right to my appointment. Needless to say this will be my dental establishment of choice moving forward as I was thoroughly impressed at each stage.

I very recently visited the office because of an unexpeced condition in my mouth. My usual provider was closed on Saturdays. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and took great care of me. I hate dentists office, I get anxiety and start crying thinking about it. Woke up this morning in so much pain I could hardly see strait. I searched open dentists and called a few. This office worked me right in, Cecelia was so sweet and helpful. During the procedure I started crying and having an anxiety attack and Beatrice was so calming and reassuring. Dr. Patel was amazing. So quick and gentle. And I dont mean just when doing the procedure, everything about him was very gentle and understanding. Nicest dentist and staff Ive ever encountered. If I could give 10 stars I would. I was able to do everything without gas, something that does not happen with me even during teeth cleanings I flip out .. amazing office, amazing staff. GREAT PLACE! I visited Dr. Patel for wisdom teeth extractions and it has been the BEST experience. I don’t think anyone would use that phrase for extractions 😆 but Dr. Patel made me feel very relaxed and ready for the procedure. I didn’t feel ANY pain, I didn’t even realize the teeth were out, and they were not simple extractions. I can’t say enough good things about this office, without making me sound like a paid sponsor 😂 I highly recommend Dr. Patel and I can assure he will make you feel as comfortable as he made me feel.

I have to say I was very skeptical returning after my last appointments here . But I gave in and scheduled my routine cleaning. It was like night and day, the office was bright and warming. The front staff was amazing, very knowledgeable explaining everything. Cody was so helpful making sure I understood everything that was included in my visit from start to finish. I just started going here. I took my children last month and my husband and I went today. I can’t find one bad thing about this dentist. Everyone from the moment you walk in, is extremely nice. The young man up front, he is always in a great mood and actually talks to you like a human not just a patient. Everyone is so sweet and constantly check on you to make sure you are ok. They explain everything to you and don’t just judge or pressure you to do the work. I highly recommend this place. With my insurance at other places, I paid a ton out of pocket. Here I feel like my insurance dollars go further. These awesome people are not out for your money; they actually care and get to know you. Give them a try; I promise you won’t regret it.

It was a wonderful experience I was welcomed when I came in, It was a African-American young man that help me with all my x-rays he was the assistant to the dentist he elaborated a little bit on my x-rays, every question that I asked him he told me everything that was on the X-ray black spots were cavities ECT, an he was just helping me to calm down cuz you know how nervous men get at the dentist office and when the dentist himself (Dr Patel) came in he told me exactly what the dentist assistant has explained to me the x-rays and what he could do,he let me know Im in good hands and after I left I was satisfied and now I have a primary dental office I can go to so I recommend prime dental and implants.And the AWESOME THING THAT MAYRA DID WAS LOWERING OUR DENTAL COST BY FINDING OUT WHAT MY INSURANCE COVERED AND DONT COVER. I called Prime just a couple of hours before closing, almost in tears because I was in agony from a cracked molar. They were able to get me in that night. After verifying the tooths condition with x-rays, they went ahead and extracted it right there. From the scheduler to the dental tech to the dentist, everybody I encountered was super sweet, compassionate, and comforting, and Dr. Patel made absolutely sure I wasnt feeling anything before he began the extraction. Like many people, Ive had some bad experiences with dentists in the past, enough that between that and the pain, I was visibly shaking in the chair. But everybody helped me calm down and made it the best experience possible under the circumstances. I will definitely be visiting Prime for all my dental needs!

Wonderful Dental Practice on Sublett in Grand Prairie. Me and my wife had our teeth cleaned here on Saturday. Blanca, our Hygienist did a wonderful job and was very knowledgeable. Dr. Patel was very nice and had pleasant bed side manner as well. They also did a great job of communicating with us related to our upcoming appointments which is much appreciated for those of us with busy lives.

Called Prime Family Dental for an emergency situation with my 10-year-old and from the start of the call to making it to the office they were eager to help and did so with great care and professionalism. The front office staff answered all questions over the phone and when I arrived I only waited about 5 minutes after completing documents before being called back and my son getting taken care of. It doesnt seem that many dental offices are open or close early afternoon on Fridays. Im glad the staff at Prime Family Dental was open and available to help.

Got in same day great professional staff. Very attentive and reasonable and repeatedly asked if I was ok during procedure. The x-ray tech was kind as well as the dental assistant. After a long search, it looks like I have found my dentist. Went in yesterday for a check up after about 4 years and it was truly a 5-star experience. From the assistant, Ms. Blanca, to Dr. Manish Patel, I found everyone as very professional and humble. Everyone was an expert at their job. Ended up with three wisdom teeth extractions and it was awesome to see everyone work together so professionally. Billing and benefits were explained clearly and there was no pressure at all. Next will be getting Invisalign braces from this doctor. Definitely recommended.
