Dr. Wiesse’ bedside manners are amazing! He is very thorough and informative; all while making you feel like you are the only patient present in the office. You definitely leave there knowing and understanding your plan of care! Everyone was so professional and polite from Joe and Jackie that greeted me from the moment I walked into the facility to Monica and Carine who handled my care in the back (and everyone else that I encountered that I may not recall the names for), kudos to you all! It makes the environment a very welcoming one! Thank you all for the pleasant experience!

By far my experience at this office is nothing short of exceptional. I’ve been a patient for about 4 years. Dr. Weise and his staff are always professional and courteous. What I truly like is the Dr. has a fantastic bedside manner and really knows his business and his patients. He takes the time to explain to you step by step of any procedure you may have and addresses any concerns. He is also available by phone after hours for emergencies. I have called him a couple of times after hours and he is. Always caring and worked me in immediately for treatment. Front Office Staff are great. Joe handles billing and goes out of her way to ensure all financial matters are addressed and properly billed to insurance. Love this office.

I took my four year old here for a cleaning today. She was very apprehensive and anxious about what was going to happen. The hygienist, Amber, was so sweet and patient with my little girl! Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior by front desk person, Jo. She does not identify herself other than by stating she is the one to speak with when I asked for the practice mgr although does not confirm she is the mgr.This employee took a valid billing question interaction/request for imaging CD copy (for my medical records & continuation of care after deciding against their plan of care) and escalated it to yelling she was done with my abuse and I could come get my CD and they were done with me and hung up. This was in response to me pointing out confirmation I was never informed they were out of network with United. Previous to this, she insinuated I was lying when I told her I was not informed.I arrived approximately three hours later to pick up my CD after work, I called the number on front door, Jo answered, I asked to please speak with someone else as I did not want to have further interaction with her, she again begins to yell and states You know what, I am just going to bring your CD out and we are done with you. She comes to the door and sets the envelope ON THE GROUND in front of the door as I am standing right there. I told her she was ridiculous/extremely unprofessional and that I would like to pay my balance, to which she replied you can just send it in the mail and if you do not leave, I am going to call the police and closed and locked the door. Inside my envelope was a discharge letter from the dentist. I have no issue with that, I did not plan to return due to the extremely elevated cost but not one person from that office called to speak to me to ascertain the issue and this dentist, who did an amazing job with my exam, as did his assistant with my care and explanations regarding care for TMJ, has only the information provided by Jo regarding our interactions. The wonderful work up was completely wiped out by the atrocious behavior of Jo. You literally have toxicity in this office being taken at face value, whatever she is saying is clearly gospel.I have since done additional research of online reviews and found Jo and her behavior mentioned by name specifically in at least two.In addition, six of my neighbors on the NextDoor app have come forward with similar stories of less than transparent billing concerns and ill treatment by this same employee, one even remarking, I am a current patient of them and love my dentist but Jo is rude and I dont know why he allows that. What a horrible indicator that patients are not primary here.

Staff is wonderful friendly service

Ive been a patient of Dr. Wiesse for many years and I have always received excellent customer service from the front desk as well as from the doctor and his staff from the back. I am always greeted with a smile when I come in for my appointments. I love that they always call and send reminders out for my appointments! I don’t know what these negative reviews are talking about! They must have gone to the wrong office because my family and I have never had issues here since we’ve started going ! The office staff have become like family to me!

My family and I have been seeing Dr Carlos Weisse for 5 years now and we have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. The staff makes a point to acknowledge each of us by name from the first day we went there. They are very nice I have never had a problem reaching them by phone at anytime except their lunch time rightfully so. Im appalled by the negative comments because I have never witnessed any rude behavior or luck of respect for any of their patients and I have been there a lot for my personal visits and for my family. I personally recommend this office for their professionalism, friendly and the doctors expertise.

FINALLY SOME RELIEF!!! I dont know why I waited so long, I have only had my initial appointment and have felt so much better with my temporary mouth guard. I cant wait to go back and finish the process of correcting the damage that has been done because I have been ignoring the popping and locking in my jaw. I am so excited to continue with this process!!!

I have suffered with TMJ for years and now I have found Dr. Wiesse. I have felt better wearing the temporary nightguard. I am excited to begin changing my bite and my jaw. I cant wait to be pain free.

I had used this dental office when I first moved to Texas for regular cleaning and fillings this was 2 years ago. Over the period of time work, kids, life was always in my way to see the dentist. One day I visited another dental office due to convenience, for regular cleaning and was told that I needed a filing. My teeth was not the same since then I felt pain, the bite was off, so I decided to take time off work and see Beautiful Lake Ridge Smiles and thank goodness I did. My teeth feels better. The staff was really good. Not only do I get my teeth done but they also have a Paraffin wax which makes my hands feel so soft. I really like this place and go back.

I want you to know I write this in the hopes that the issue is corrected. I do not believe in bad reviews but in this instance I have to step out of my comfort zone to share my experience. I am disgusted with the customer service and lack of respect with the staff over the phone and in person. As a professional in customers service and retail I understand everyone can have a bad day. Without going into further detail, I would never recommend this establishment to a friend or colleague. I am just appalled that this behavior is accepted with no attempt to correct or resolve the issue so far. Please use caution and compare local dentists before settling for one that does not appreciate nor prioritize customer service.

Due to the current pandemic with the virus Dr Wiesse put a lot of safety features in place in order to protect his customers and staff. I felt safe and comfortable while Dr. Wiesse cleaned my teeth the real old fashion way to protect us. I went into the dentist thinking I would need a crown on a front tooth. Dr. Wiesse was able to do a very nice looking filling that blended perfectly instead. Great Dentist, wonderful staff and modern dental technology. They do the best pain management out of any dentist Ive been to. Most likely because they also take TMJ patients and understand mouth sensitivity and nerves better than most.Ive been a patient for several years now (even when they were out of network!) They are personable and care about your dental health, you are truly a patient, not just another buck in the bank to them.

Today I had to have two fillings replaced and a crown on one of my teeth. The two fillings needed to be replaced because of poor work by my previous dentist, the crown was needed because that same dentist never did the work nor did he tell me I had a cavity on that tooth. Dr. Wiesse is by far the best dentist I have ever been to and i would highly recommend him to anyone. The fillings that he did if i didnt know that there was work done you would never know and the crown is only a temp one for a few weeks till my permanent one comes in. The best part of my experience is the staff they truly treat you like family. I wish you could rate with a 10 star on here because that is what he deserves.

The staff and doctor genuinely care about the patients! Youre pampered. Parrafin wax treatment for your hands, I even received a rose and a card for my birthday. They make sure youre comfortable during your procedure with all the latest equipment available It was painless and Im a coward during dental visits. Very friendly but professional. Theyre GREAT!

The doctor was very good with his patients but he needs two things. 1. He needs a new billing personnel, she is rude and basically doesnt know what she is doing. 2. Keep up with patients payments and services. When you pay upfront for ALL services you shouldnt get billed more later. Yes, I know my name is attached to this and I hope the doctor does contact me.

We went here one time and all they wanted to do was sell us on TMJ and sleep tests. We canceled our following appointments. Suddenly we have received threatening phone calls and emails stating we owe money. This is the first we heard of the balance. We have insurance and made payments at the time of service. The threatening caller cited our credit history, social security numbers, and our recent purchase of a new vehicle. I feel afraid and threatened by this company. I dont understand this type of business practice. I do not recommend as they obviously dont take kindly if you choose not to return to their practice.

I had an emergency on a Thursday night. I called and left a message. Dr. Wiesse called me back early Friday morning. (The dentistry is closed on Fridays). He then met me at the office and did the repairs within an hour. He was kind, efficient, and professional. He did everything by himself without a dental assistant.I had other visits during regular dentistry hours. The office staff and other dental professionals are always very friendly, helpful, and caring.

This office is so hard to get a hold of. They never answer the phone. All I want is to make an appointment. That’s it. When finally getting in touch with someone the staff was rude. The lack of customer service is pathetic.

My Visit at Dr Wiesses office was great, I had My teeth cleaned today the Hygienist was very informative and gentle, Dr explained all of my treatment needs, and he acted as though I was the only patient in the office, very caring and warm, he has a great group of ladies that are very knowledgeable and works well with him as well, I look forward to my next check up..P.S Did I mention that the office was very punctual as well.

We found this dentist via a web search for Myobrace. They were incredibly informative, helpful, thorough and not in the least bit pushy. I truly felt cared for on several levels. They were extremely patient with my four young children and took the time to comprehensively look at each of their mouths. They worked with me financially providing affordable care for my family.We live about 40 minutes away from this office, but it is definitely worth the drive. I look forward to beginning the Myobrace journey with them.

I was planning to do cosmetic work done before a work trip to Cali so I decided to go with Dr. Carlos and his clinic. First of all the deadlines and estimates were not met and Iexperienced a total disregard to patient’s concerns. Doctor and staff have bad attitude. They are cold rude and dismissive of your concerns. Lack of respect.

This was hands down the best dental experience I have ever had. The staff was very accommodating and patient with questions that I had about what exactly I was having done. It was very nice to come in for an appointment to enjoy good conversation while I enjoyed freshly baked cookies and Orange Juice. I was able to get work done by using their wifi connection to set appointments for after my appointment! This was a thorough, and convenient way for me to still be productive while getting my MUCH needed dental work done. Thank you Dr. Wiesse and staff, I actually ALMOST like going to the dentist again.
