Basil is awesome! He took care of everything. After my original reservation was canceled he inputted a new reservation. Helped me changed and got ready in in 90 mins for pick up.

Good quick service from the desk personnel. The price was better than their competitors and offer service on both ends of our move.

The first UHaul facility we visited to rent a standard cargo van had one parked out front when we got there, on their website it even said it was there and available. The guy behind the counter bluntly just said we dont have any. Rather than argue that he had one out front displaying the price for it, and it makes just as much sense to rent that one out so theres not an advertisement to rent it if it isnt available; I instead just asked if he had any way of finding one at another facility in town available. He looked surprised that Id follow up and didnt just leave to try blindly elsewhere, finally was able to find the facility down the street (by DHS) had one for rent.We hopped on the opportunity to get it and drove their immediately. Again, the only van we saw was the display van with the sign of its price in the windshield. I put the thought that theyd reject renting it as the other facility had and just went in. When we got in, the owner (at least what his nametag said) was in a very dingy outfit, looked as if he were half asleep, and spat out most of what he said to us (no plexiglass barriers to help with that sadly). Rather than ask questions like will it just be an in town use? he phrased it more as an accusatory denial of its only for in town use in a very stern voice as if we had implied it would be long distance.On the bright side, aside from the rude customer service and sloppy presentation of the staff (at the facility nearer DHS), they did rent is the van that was on display and we were able to get our move done; but that does raise the question of why the other facility denied renting to us when we were allowed to rent the same van in the same scenario from a smaller facility. The lack of empathy really stung though, and the denial and non follow up was just bad business practice in my opinion. Ill definitely look into another rental truck service next time I have to move, U-Haul has been a thorn in my side for too long to deal with them any more than I have to.

Terrible customer service. I made a reservation for Saturday morning. They mistakenly put it down for the day before, so no trucks were available when I arrived. Didnt even apologize.

They were able to get me in earlier than my appointment called for. Everyone was very nice. And a job well done.

Allowed my brother to break in. Also rented me a trailer that the tire blew out and one that very nearly caught fire due to bad wiring.

I was helped by a super nice guy named Basil. I have never pulled a trailer and had no idea what I was doing. He set up the hitch. Showed me how to do everything and made it a great experience.

There was a line, but they moved through it efficiently. After hours drop off also went smoothly. It gets a little chaotic in the pickup line but all in all, it wasnt bad at all.

Staff is super busy all the time but I got great service and everything went smoothly.

We called at 11am to find a box truck, we where in and out within 30 mins. Awesome service!

Usually quite a wait in line for service here but their storage units are monitored and somewhat fair priced.

Expect to wait. Understaffed as are most U-Haul establishments.
