Was an hour late picking up the uhaul. Came in to pick it up. Still had to wait an hour from original pick up time. Asked what they would do for compensation. They said we will extend your time to this time. I had to pay for movers to help and was out that time yet I have to just get an extended time even though the last hour wasnt even my problem but theres. Horrible service.

Went to pick up the trailer we reserved. It was not available. Manager did not think it was necessary to call and let us know ahead of time. Manager would not help us get a different one. Manager did not want to help us at all. Cashier was nice but without the manager she could not help either.

Prices are toward the top of the average storage places however they are well kept clean and maintained.

Helped a friend move some things out of his storage locker. Good security in the place.

Customer service is the key. Thank you. Gee kinda spendy for 52 mile plus the gas was not full when picked up. I made sure it was when dropped off though as I paid 69 dollars plus 19 something for gas. No discounts for 65 and over. My husband had to pull it to the cleaning station for them. I thought he was gonna clean it for them as well. He has always worked hard all his life.

Got a email yesterday stating I have a outstanding balance, upon investigation its for a toll. Says toll road was used, when did a toll road get installed between grand junction Colorado and rifle Colorado? If I dont pay it in 7 days it will be 30 +dollars, it has nothing to do with how much it is, its the principle of it, there is no toll road around for 200 miles from where I rented it at.

DO NOT USE UBOX! We were moving across the country and decided to use ubox. They gave us a “guarantee by” date and then called us on the day it was suppose to arrive and told us it wasn’t there and they didn’t know where it was. They use a third party, Central Transport, to haul it and use them as a cop out to avoid all blame and avoid issuing any sort of compensation. Basically all they did was say “sorry, maybe it’ll show up soon”. Very very disappointed. Moving is stressful enough, dealing with Uhaul made it 100x worse.

It has taken me a little time to write this due to recovery but I wanna say a huge thank you to the people working here on January 3rd I was headed to California when I wrecked my car just on the edge of grand junction I completely totaled my car and I was alone and I had only enough to get to Cali I was a few short on money to rent a U-Haul to continue my journey but they helped me anyway and made up the difference a kind lady I don’t remember her name gave me trash bags for free to clean out my wrecked car and helped me bag everything up to put into the U-Haul I cannot thank these people enough for doing what they did it really made a huge difference they were not only helpful but caring about my well being considering I had just got in my first wreck and I was in a lot of pain also considering I wrecked my car and now had no place to put my stuff I got a month of storage for free this helped me in more ways then I could ever tell you and you guys made the heartache just a little bit better I wish I could remember there names but it was a nice young man and a older lady if you see this you know who you are thank you so much -bri

The vehicle and rental process is easy, but the customer care is lacking. I had went in on 11/13 to reserve a 10ft truck for 11/27. the 27th rolled around and apparently I had no reservation, luckily they had an available vehicle. When I returned the Vehicle I noticed a note with all my info on it with the dates 11/13 and pick up for 11/27 in a pen holder. I had also rented out furniture pads and the workers did not even check them before sending me off, they were in my car and if I wouldve kept them no one would have known. First off my phone, name, and email where there for anyone to see and this was proof that they had my info but never input it into their system. That following Sunday I rented a 8 ft flatbed online and had to give the same info I put online to the worker (is the online reservation system useless?). On top of this the worker was all over the place and was not wearing a mask per state guidelines. These services are nice, but the customers services at this location are a bit to be desired.

Ive used this facility for multiple rentals and for storage. The people are friendly and helpful and the storage center is nice. The folks here go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. Good vibes.

Kelsey young was absolutely delightful over the phone and very helpful with making my reservation. Did not have the size of truck I originally needed, so I decided to call the other U-Haul location. After calling the other store (2949 north ave) and getting horrible service over the phone, I decided to call back this location because of Kelsey’s great service and problem solving with me to find a truck that would fit our needs. Thank u Kelsey!

A bit of a nightmare! There was an issue with our reservation in their system. We needed a truck and auto transport. While the trailor was in their lot they couldnt assign? It to me at the time... we were told we could come back after we loaded the truck and that they would have it sorted. They did not. Finally almost 2 hours after closing they were able to get it squared away... we paid the $20 fee for assistance hooking up the trailor and attaching the car... he hooked it up and said ok youre all set. However he did not give us directions to, or personally chain the car to the trailor in addition to the tire straps. Imagine our surprise upon returning the trailor, literally halfway across the country, when they realized he simply didnt do any of the chains and we were none the wiser!Thank goodness nothing happened along the way!

Basil, the manager, started our conversation off with we dont take trailers here, in a very matter of fact manner despite my one way contract having this address, the fact that I had already unhitched, and confirmation and instruction from a different employee to drop it off in the parking lot the day prior. He then told me to hook it back up and move it to a different place. Yeah, no. This dealer is in an abandoned Kmart building and operates as you would expect. Told him I would be notifying corporate and he said it didnt matter because he would get the complaint anyway.

Just waited almost 20 minutes rang the bell multiple times and tried to get someone to even come to the front. Could hear people working and open sign was on just no front desk people at all.
