A gentleman worked on my nails. He didn’t a great job. I would go back but I live in UT we were juts visiting. I had a great experience and they did an awesome job.

They did a fantastic job Im a breast cancer survivor and she even did my nails with the breast cancer ribbon on them

I was taken care of by a very rude lady who barely spoke to me and really rushed the process. Definitely will not be coming back especially when they talk bad about their customers in front of them...

I love having my nails done here! Anna is who usually does them for me. She told me once that she loves to do nail care and that makes a difference and it shows!

Very rough and burned several fingers badly. Just a refill and I am kicking myself for not going to Bellisimo (guy there is fabulous). My nails now are very thick but several edges feel thin. They look awful and will have to go to another salon toMorrow to have them thinned out. Wish I had of read the reviews 🙁

First time ever....it was fantastic

Took my daughters to get our nails done for their birthday. Out of the three of us only one of us walked out with good quality nails I got gel nails but they didnt use gel polish just regular nail polish my nails started to chip off after 9 days I went back to get my money back, the whole time we were there they talked in their language that you cant understand and they continued to make several phone calls while trying to do my nails they wanted to fix my nails when I came in but I dont ever plan to go back at least they have me my $40 back Ill go to Kathys nails

If there was a no star option I would choose that instead of 1. If you really care about taking care of your nails etc... DO NOT GO HERE.

My gel polish lifted and peeled on two of my fingers after two days of having them and I paid 40$. I don’t even live in junction and I had to drive an hour and half back just for them to fix them. Big inconvenience. The guy had also cut into the sides of two of my fingers with the e file.

They don’t wash there hands and they charged me $60 not $50 and a lot of there color tips are old and I don’t think they ever change them out and they take forever they had 3 people working and they don’t clean anything they use after use it the person before you.

The lady sat there drilling my finger and texting and then burnt my finger. It hurt very bad she burnt me multiple times and I was bleeding in 3 different place and all my skin was ripped up.. she was also on her phone the whole time and my nail polish is chipping which it shouldn’t be.. they were very rude and dis respectful. I do not recommend this place although they look not bad, it was very un Pleasant and me and my friends got separated. And very painful and annoying when they would scream across the room at eachother.😒

I just moved to grand junction and wanted a pedicure so I came here and my feet look so good !!! The designs I asked for turned out super cute . The guy who did the work did an excellent job, not really sure why there are bad reviews. Id go back here . Price wasnt bad either .

The one that had a tattoo on his right arm did a horrible job on my nails. i wanted them to be matte and they are not. they are also bumpy, they have bubbles in them, and they are crooked. right after he was done it already looked like i had been wearing them for about a week and they needed to be filled. i simply asked him to redo the paint and gel job and if he could make them matte. when i went back they didn’t look like they had changed at all.

Horrible experience!! My daughter and I walked out of there spending $100.00 and are bleeding, full of cuts and gouges! The nails are crooked! They need to slow the heck down! Never again will i go there! Im updating this, and literally two days later the gel was falling off!! Never go there!!

Worst nail place in town. I had a simple fill done and i was back the next day with 3 broken nails she fixed them for free but she put them on crooked and refused to fix her mistake. Now i only go to spa nails they are amazing!! Nail focus is Awful

I went in to have my eyebrows waxed & received awful service. The woman who worked here was rude and very inconsiderate. Almost all of my eyebrows had been completely waxed off. Due to her being in such a rush. Customer service should be take much more seriously. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. I never will go back in.

I went here with my 3 daughters and have never had such a horrible experience in a salon. They rushed thru all our pedicures and were very rude! Then the gal wasnt even gonna cut my nails then when i asked her to make them short she only did one side and they were so croocked. I ended up walking out before my pedi was even over I was so upset.

Very rude and unsanitary salon and so over priced who charges for the length of your nails! She was rushing and cut almost every one of my fingers. I will never go back to this salon!

It started fine, I showed her what I wanted, then she began prepping my nails. She went and came back and began gluing nails on, after almost finishing my first hand she tells me that they were out of what I had needed. These nails are for my brothers wedding! What can I do!? She has already committed my hand to the wrong nails!. She adds an inefficient sparkle, then begins weirdly cutting the edges off like bat nails for Halloween or something! I was charged $51! She knew I was unhappy with her. She half-assed filed them leaving clipper angles and weird edges.I told her I would just fix it myself. I have pictures of how bad they are on my facebook. First pedicure ever. They water down the barbisol, now I have toe nail fungus that after 4 years still cant get rid of. Tell them and they will SELL you a worthless nail cream. They said no big deal.

Overpriced, rude and I felt so stressed being there with them screaming and rushing up the service... go somewhere else! i won’t come back! awful experience!

This place is Unsanitary, Rude, Unprofessional, and Overpriced. I Will NEVER go back!!!! The whole experience was terrible and made worse by incredibly rude staff!!
