Bea does my pedicures and she does an excellent job and also has a very healing touch.But everyone* at this shop is very good and also very pleasant and I feel comfortable here.

I have been going here for 3 years never had a problem with them until today.When I made an appointment for a pedi with Chris I asked if he could repair a nail (didn’t do my nails here) but he said yes. When I got here he asked where i got my nails done I told at this place on north Ave.He said for me to have them repair it there because they didnt have the right colors there. (they have thousands color on the wall )lol he said he charges $ 5 I then said I would Pay it he said no.anyway I mentioned I used to do them there with Michelle And he laughed and said she died which isn’t true he said he was just joking .wow who does that! who jokes like that? He said if no one could take a joke he didn’t care.I just lost my son in Jan ( of course he had no idea) but still and I left there very upset.I will not return by the way I never give bad reviews.

They were absolutely amazing and they did exactly what I wanted I will definitely be going back there again 10/10 recommended

I have been seeing Jane for about 3 years and I would not go to anyone else. I’ve been to just about every salon in the area and she is the only person I have gone to that I don’t feel like I have to worry about shaping my nails odd or leaving bumps. She is also amazing at designs and will try just about anything you ask for. Definitely recommend making an appointment to see her or Chris.

I love this nail place I do not go anywhere else I paid $50 and the rose is 3D I have a broken finger and she was so gentle with me ❣️ I recommend her but shes always booked up so call 3-7 days in advace

Jane has been doing my nails for more than 3 years now. I am a 26 year military (retired) wife that has had my nails done all over the world. Jane quite simply is the best nail tech I e ever had. Her and Chris are attentive, and balance professionalism and fun perfectly. I feel important to them, not like I’m a number, or just another dollar in the till. They make you feel welcome, even when they are busy. I highly recommend them, and I’m so happy that they have their own shop! Great job!

Guy messed up my nails and cut 3 of my fingers. Nails were crooked. Paint job look as if it had been done by a 3 year old. Had to return to the shop 3 times. Third time simply asked for my money back so I could go to a different salon and was told they have a no money back return policy. Asked to see where this policy is posted. She said its not posted. Seems to me if thats your policy you should have it posted! I spent $150 in their salon only asked for $50 back so I could go get what they messed up and couldnt get right fixed. Super disappointed in their lack of customer care.

Took my daughters here and the ladies treated them like they were their own children and did a absolute gorgeous job!!! The lady Jane there her artwork is phenomenal and she can do anything 🤯💕💕

Awful service! I am very disappointed I spent over 50 dollars on nails that have already started breaking off after only having them 5 days!! They were so poorly done and I paid with a debit card that got ran for more than I agreed to pay even after tipping! I definitely wont be back into this place and I will make sure to spread the word. This is by far the worst gel set nails I have ever received.

I have been going here forever! We are talking over 10 years, and I have lost possibly 4 nails in that time due to hard work. They have always stayed on, and I worked with my hands a lot. I tried Kathys and diamond nails but didnt have the luck I have had here at first nails. I want my nails to look pretty, but I have to use my hands, so I wont go any where else.

Went in to get a clean up for my eyebrows, just a clean up. I had nice arches and very good shapes. After I went in I came out looking like chola. My eyebrows are so thin now. I do NOT recommend this place for waxing your eyebrows.

Great friendly people and service! My nails look great and Philip was very personable and made sure I was comfortable I would highly recommend him as well as the pretty woman with the young daughter!

My wife needed a fill and new design, and they told her they dont do the fancy designs? So what, just basic? She said why be in business? We left before they could get started and went to Fancy on Rimrock. Bye!

Looks like my first grader could have done a better job. Lot of talking going on between the two people, and he had no clue what he was doing.

I have been getting my nails done here for more than 2 years. Staff is professional, prices are reasonable...

The ladies were really nice, but the quality of the nails is not good. They work way too fast and left bubbles in my nails. Used way too much glue and the glue has stuck the underside of the nail to my skin. The nails are not shaped well and I fear they will break off really easily. I will not be going back here again. I will be going to Kathys Nails from now on.Stephanie Hargis

Got a full set with gel nail polish for $50. Decent price I guess. Shape of the nails is slightly off but theyre smooth. Didnt do a very good job of cleaning them up before or after. They didnt take my cuticles or hang nails off, and theres leftover glue and acrylic junk under my nails. So 4 stars because they do a good job at plain full sets but not so well at gel nail polish. The people dont talk at all there unless asking you a question about your nails. If youre a talkative person this might annoy you, but if you just want to get your nails done with none of the chit chat like me, this would be a good place for you.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I tried this shop twice and have been extremely disappointed both times. The first time the tech would not make my nails short as I requested. She said no. I left and just couldnt tolerate them that long so went back and another tech shortened them.I went in today to get just a fill and color tip change. The tech didnt even bother taking the other color off before putting the new color on so the previous color showed through. And he didnt file them as I wished. He just did what he wanted. He was rushed (as they all were) because they had appts waiting. I knew if I asked them to be fixed Id be waiting a very long time. And then the other tech that did my pedi was trying to scrub the skin off my feet!To top it off they overcharged me. A fill was supposed to be $20 and I was charged $35! Outrageous!I left and went to Signature Nails and they did an outstanding job fixing the other salons mess.

Awful! I guess they dont except walk ins? They would not give us pedicures when we walked in, and I dont think there is any Ventilation in the building... It smelled TERRIBLE!

I would never suggest going to 1st Nails to get your nails done,they are terrible,they did a terrible job like 100% not worth $52 💯I could have done my own nails better than they did them.
