We were able to walk in and have 3 full sets of acrylic and a polish done in about an hour. The employees and service were great. Each acrylic set with gel polish was $55 and the polish was $10 for a total of $175 before tip. The atmosphere was nice. Beautiful paintings and waterfalls all around. The pedicure chairs and stations looked amazing. We will definitely be back!

No, my fingernails dont grow crooked thats just the nail tip placement. I asked for a coffin/ballerina shape, this is more square. I decided impulsively to get my nails done because it takes me a long time to do my own and I just didnt have that today. I should have asked for them to be corrected but I honestly didnt notice until I had left, and really didnt have more free time to spare.

Beautiful salon. My daughter and I went to get our nails done for the first time. She wanted acrylic with cow print. They are so cute. Sandy did mine they look really good and she was really fast. Definitely best nail salon Ive been to in grand junction.

I come here often and usually get great service . My favorite part of the pedicure is the leg massage. Today it fell way short. I barely got a massage. He spent most of the time rubbing my ankles. Literally 2 minutes rubbing my legs. And only massaged one leg. The best part of their pedicure is the leg massage. I’m not sure what was going on today, but very disappointing! Too bad because they usually are wonderful.

Horrible service, gets mad when asked to fix a mess up, not only cut my nail too short but also got my skin, then sprayed alcohol all over, charged me for a French tip after asking for a full polish. When I brought it up all the employees started arguing with my friend and I, they used the same file on both of us, got mad when we didn’t want to tip for the horrible service.

Probably the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. Very impersonal, acted bored, kept looking around the salon and yawning. He asked if I wanted my fingernails trimmed, had me soak my fingers in a bowl on my lap. When he was done, he dumped the water in my pedicure bowl then set the bowl on the floor next to him. The bad part is, the person next to him asked him something and he reached down and handed her the bowl he just used for me, she added water out of the pedicure seat she was at and used the same bowl on the person next to me for their fingers to soak….no sanitizing it between clients. I assume there are some good employees there, but the unfortunate part is, I got the person who didn’t care one bit about providing a quality service, it wasn’t even mediocre at best.

My wife and I both have been to this salon a dozen times for pedicures and sometimes manicures. We often get exactly the same pedicure including color, and yet they finish working on me 15 minutes before her. They don’t spend near as much time with callus removal massage etc. and yet we pay the same price. So we will be looking for a new nail salon now. They’ve done this to me almost every time as if males don’t deserve the same level of treatment as women.

I absolutely love going here! Even on Sundays they have time for me! Nina is the best!

I felt as if I were in a car wash when I went for a manicure and pedicure. I sat in the big chair and one person attacked my feet and the other took my hands. She had me soak my nails in a bowl on my lap, which sloshed over every time the pedicure person moved my feet. It was 104 degrees outside so that wasn’t a problem. My manicure (no color) was ok but I had to scrub under my nails when I got home. The pedicure was a hot mess; trimming was minimal and the polish was glopped onto my cuticles. Total:$61. Plus side, got a good foot and leg massage. Won’t be back.

It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever been to but not the best place either. Although you are coming in for a service I felt this place was only about $ they wanted to get you in and out and were not the most personal. I don’t think anyone ever said “hi” to me. They were just ordering me where to go and what to do. For me the nail salon is supposed to be a relaxing event and I felt very rushed. And the services weren’t given how they were explained. My feet were never massaged. Only my legs. I won’t be returning. I went hiking and playing and in the woods and my nails were dirty but there’s still dirt under my nails. I felt as if the lady was over it and just gave up. But that’s not what I paid for. I paid for clean nails. Also, today my big toe feels as if I have an ingrown toe nail. I definitely don’t recommend.

Great service from front end lady. She fit in a group of 5 easily last minute. The pedicure I received was nice, first one Ive gotten and it was pleasant. It was my sisters Bachelorette party. She and her friends enjoyed themselves and we all wore masks no problem! Thanks so much!!

I went to LV to get acrylics for the first time and although the environment was friendly and nice, the service was shoddy. I don’t know if they’re supposed to look this way every time, but three of my nails were displaced on my nail bed (enough to where you could clearly see my real nice on both sides of my finger) and two didn’t have full nail polish on the entire acrylic nail. It seemed like a highly speedy get-in-get-out place. Which I understand is good and efficient, just not detail-oriented.

I love this place and I always request Thao, she is the best. Never feel rushed but I go during week.Do not mixup with other salon of same name, they are not as good

People were nice seemed very clean said the fact that they kept dropping implements on the ground and using them. The prices are insanely expensive. My mother and I went in at 6 o’clock and were out before some of the women who were before us were done. We got the most expensive pedicures and were done in a half hour.

Overpriced and felt rushed. The lady who did my pedicure dug into my toes and ended up giving me an ingrown toenail and infection so that I had to go to the doctor for antibiotics. I’ll stick with Signature Nails from now on

Ugh. I normally get a great pedicure here. But today was the WORST. For $45 I got barely any massage, my feet are still rough in places and the man was rubbing my foot in the same place, over and over again. I have never written a review for a pedicure but feel so disappointed from this one. 😱

My gel nails cost me 70$ I was told they would last three weeks and they barely lasted a week and a half and I take care of my nails. Im not rough on them. I couldnt understand them. I had asked for a different color and they agreed to do it ( so I gathered) but it was too late as they had already put on the wrong color. The massages were a nice gesture however, they were extremely rough and rushed and my shoulders were hurting afterward. As an upsale they looked at my eyebrows and insisted i ger them waxed becuase rhey looked bushy which was not professional. I regret my purchase.

I love this nail salon so much! The ladies and gentlemen are so kind and are good at what they do. I refer everyone I know to your nail salon. I see Hi for my fill and gel polish every two weeks. I bring in my 2 year old daughter and they are so accommodating! Hand down best place and the best prices.

My new favorite spot. The place is super convenient and the service is PERFECT. Not fussy. The gel nails and regular pedicures are just fantastic. Cannot believe I was charged $10 for someone to painfully rip off my acrylic nails. I went there thinking they could soak them off with acetone & treat them with better care then I could at home. WRONG. Use to love getting my nails done here. Disgusted with the way I was treated tonight! Could have ripped them of myself had I known I would be treated so poorly!

As a new walk in it was a very good experience! I had about a 15 minute wait and they offered me bottled water. My manicurist was kind and friendly plus did a great job! They do charge $5 more than they other salon Ive been going to for my gel polish but I think it was worth it.

I really enjoyed being there I didn’t have to wait for ever. It also smelt really good. They we they were gentle . We took my 3 year old neice and they were really nice to her . As we sat there we were comfy. Everything there seem like the business was putting there Money into it. But not only that we were satisfied with our nails . Definitely a place I would recommend to someone!!

I has my nails for my wedding done here and had a great experience. The staff was quick and did a fantastic job. My main complaint was that it took awhile to find someone to do an eye brow was, however it ended up being one of the best shapes that ive had. Word to the wise: the proximity to the LV Nails 2 is entirely confusing and half of my bridal party mistakenly ended up at the wrong location.

Do not go here, they are extremely dangerous! I asked for a professional opinion because I had recently slammed my finger in a door and there was bruising under my nail. I asked if I should still get my nails filled and was told yes. My fingernail currently feels like it’s infected because they wanted to make a few extra dollars instead of being honest. Not only did they make a horrible call, but they charged me for a full set when it was just a fill!

My husband and I went in for pedicures and I or a fill. My pedicure was awful. My feet are tougher now than when I went in. My husband got burnt by the paraffin wax. My fill has already begun to lift and it’s only been three days. One nail has completely come off. My nails are lumpy. And this all cost us $170 which is not acceptable to the service we received. Will not ever go back

Very nice people that work here. I did come in recently and the lady that did my nails glued the fake nails right on the tips of my real nail and they all broke off at the same place. Ive never had my nails break off and crack the way they did before. The first time I came in the lady that did my nails did an amazing job. My nails lasted for a few weeks and never cracked nor broke off.

I was visiting from out of town and needed to have gel tips removed from my nails. This spa was nicely decorated, the staff pleasant, nail implements sterilized and individually packaged (a new package opened for each customer). The woman working on my nails soaked them and filed them down layer by layer to my natural nails (so I thought). While the process was messy, with gel left on my hands, I was happy that she was able to remove my tips without prying them off. She painted on my chosen gel color and I was given a bag with the nail file and foam filing block that were used on my nails. Upon reflection later I noticed my nails were bumpy and uneven but I chalked that up to the nails being hand filed. The polish was kind of gloppy toward the cuticle end of the nail. So a week out as the nails grew I decided to remove the gel polish myself to save time when I return to my home salon, because the gloppy part didnt look so good as my nails grew out (I can usually wear gel polish for 2 weeks before a color change). Turns out most of the tips were not removed, as I thought they were, and I ended up prying them off myself. I guess at least I was in control of how much discomfort I experienced in the process. Good thing Im back home half way across the country, because as I paid more than what I usually do for what I thought was a more gentle tip removal, Id be asking for my money back.

My pedicure was done well. I couldve done a better manicure by chewing on my nails. It sucked! No filing. Only the sides of my nails were clipped giving a weird shape to my nails. And the polish! I shouldve just asked my friends 4 year old to do it. Three stars, because the guy who did my pedicure did a great job!

The woman who did my pedicure was so sweet and understanding that the cold creates goosebumps (my hairy legs during my pedi)🙄 they did an awesome job, my nails feel like they have a strong hold and my feet look pretty😊 it smells so good in the salon, it’s clean and I had no wait! It was my first time in and I’ll come back again and again!

Ive been going to LV for about 7 years and in the past 6 months, they gotten really sloppy. They had always done a great job and it was a pleasure going there. Last week I went and requested a full set, new tips and the lady didnt do it. She said my nails were long enough. Then I asked for a certain light glitter gel and she painted my nails white and put glitter on top. It was awful and I did not have time to have them re-done. So I paid and I left. Dont think Ill be going back.

How many times i have been to this place? I honestly cant remember. What i do remember is i am the happiest person after each and every visit. Im the biggest fan of their face and chest laser treatment that gets rid of the sun damage. Last time someone said to me that they dont understand why my face looks different, kind of enlightened, and i just knew they were referring to my spotless perfect skin a week after the treatment! Love, love, love!!!!

Me and my sister went here to get pedicures and the staff was very nice, didnt make me feel awkward about my toes, and took their time painting/massaging my feet. They give you a drink and you get to choose ftom different treatments. The guy who did my pedicure was nice and gave me a great massage! Ill definitely only be going to LV spa and nails from now on.

Terrible experience. The person was so new they did not know how to turn on the hot water. She filled the bowl with cold water for a pedicure. I asked if she can get hot water.. they speak zero English.. no one to tell her it was cold water. Her skills were very lacking. She wouldnt put on gloves and had cuts on her fingers. I asked for her to put on gloves but again zero communication ability. I pointed to gloves and she put on gloves that were in her pack that were used had polish on them and were wet. GROSS. Asked for her to get new gloves. Said no to callus but she pulled out the buffer without using oil or lotion and scraped a chunk off my foot. That it.. done.. I was leaving but they gave me a bill and said I must pay half and get better service next time in broken English.

They filed my nails down into a square shape without ever asking what shape I want. I came in with round nails and strongly prefer them. I got a french tip with a square nail which looks awful. Also they used a super nasty, dirty, and old nail file so now I’m worried about getting a fungal infection from there. I’m never going back.

I can always walk in, get a chair and great service. I wont go anywhere else. Best pedicure ever!

This place only gets five stars because I speak my mind. If Im unhappy I make them fix it. I am very particular about who and how my nails are done. I would never pay them a cent until I was satisfied. All these stupid negative reviews seem extreme and its only because they obviously dont say what the problem is. Last I checked it doesnt say palm readers and nail spa so how can they fix the problem of you dont tell them???. I doubt had anyone said I am not paying until its fixed that they would not oblige. Tell them what you want and if theres a problem insist they fix it. After all we are the customers and we pay their bills

I was recommended this place by a girlfriend and after doing some additional research, reading all the great reviews for Rena and Marina and I finally decided to come in for lip fillers. I scheduled for an appointment with Rena and I couldnt be happier that I did! I was pretty nervous because lip fillers could so easily go wrong... I knew exactly what I liked and disliked, showed Rena my inspiration pictures. Im SO happy with the results, I got a youthful, super natural pout like I had in my younger years, but just got deflated with age. Go without hesitations!! :)

Went to the new location just down the street from this one. I got a gift certificate from my dad for my birthday. I went in got my nails done and I am not impressed.. There was only 1 other person there getting her nails done and then only 4 ladies getting pedicures. They werent busy and yet my nails look so rushed. They are very uneven. The nail polish even has mistakes where he got it on my skin around my nails. They look like Ive already had them for a week or 2 because he didnt clean up the cuticle skin which makes them look grown out already. He didnt even clean up any of the dry skin around my nails. They look like glue on nails I did myself! So upset😝

I’ve noticed out of the times I’ve been there I have a great experience if I end up liking my nails. If I end up not liking how they did it or ask them to fix something automatically they get aggressive, rude, and overall start doing a sloppy job. I asked her to do a set with a holographic ombré and ended up not liking the look so asked to have the holographic powder all over the nail instead and immediately saw a change in her attitude as she started being short and aggressive even though I was nothing but nice and respectful to her. She stopped being gentle with my hands and used the nail file aggressively mostly filing the skin around my fingers which was painful and left my fingers red and scratched up all the way down to first joint below my nail. The holographic powder is patchy with many areas of my nail not being coated and overall looks worse than what I originally had her change. I paid $65 for an unpleasant experience and nails that look like I did them at home because I asked her to make a simple change. Will probably not be going back.

I paid for my grand daughter to get Pedicure and gel nails the same lady did both, she seemed like because it was a young person she could care less. We walked out with Gel all over her fingers that chipped off a day later. Paid for my daughter to get a pedicure, her appointment was at 11:30 sat in foot bath until 12:10 when she questioned, was told dont worry we will get you done. Then the guy who did the pedicure spent all his time talking to person next to them and treated my daughter like she was just a $$. I have had my nails done by Jessica for 2 years but because of my family treatment I will not go back.

This was an awful experience! The guy doing my acrylic nails had no clue what he was doing and kept messing up. I tried explaining my concerns and they wouldnt listen to me. I would not recommend this is a mess. Still here waiting for someone to even finish my nails they stopped half way through.

I absolutely love it there I take my 77 year-old mother every 2 weeks to get her nails done and they treat her like a queen so nice and do a beautiful job on nails always showing us new colors new products new techniques, I know this because I am a hairdresser its clean sanitary and a wonderful place to go get your nails done

This place is truly amazing every time. Staff is always super sweet and the experience is so relaxing. The higher level packages, which are still quite adorable, include awesome perks like leg or shoulder massages, more extensive than anywhere else Ive gone. They always do such a nice job and are nothing but smiles. Youll always be warned if something is an upcharge, no surprise at the bill. Sometimes it gets super busy, but for good reason! I hit this place every time I go to Grand junction, its the highlight of my trip! If you are in need of a mani, pedi, or both - come here for sure!!

I rarely write reviews but I had to give credit where credit is due because I have been using the clove acne oils for years now and its my HG! I have told 4 friends about it and they have started using it as well. It keeps the pimples away, makes my face smoother, and more youthful.I came back from a trip to Italy and broke out on my face. Huge cystic breakouts and I tried so many things and it was just so abnormal for my face to do this. So when I had my first consultation with her and told her what my diet was,she pinpointed it to the Greek yogurt that I started to eat daily. I was obsessed with it and am scared of eating it because it may cause my huge breakouts again.So now my regime nightly are these clove oils. And when Im PMSing and I feel itchy or a bump coming into my face I quickly wash my face, spray on my half water and white vinegar mix, then I put on these oils and I never an issue anymore with pimples/acne!

I went to the new LV Spa on monday, and had a wonderful pedicure. I cant remember my girls name, but have to say that I will be back. I have had pain in my foot and stiffness for years. She got all the kinks out of it and my foot feels wonderful. Think I will be back whenever it starts hurting again. Love love love it.

Not impressed at all The woman that did my nails did not listen to anything I asked her to do I got a full set of acrylics I asked her to do stilettos and she give me short almond shaped even after I showed her A reference picture of what I wanted my nails were uneven and not at all what I asked for after I asked her to fix them she would get up and walk away and be gone for five minuets at a time or longer and did nothing to fix them without an extensive wait and attitude. Very rude and not friendly definitely not worth the 60$

Thanks to my coworker for this suggestion because Ive been here five times! How do I know the exact number? Well, they have a frequent customer punch card, yay!This spot is bare bones and tiny. Its kinda magical that they can fit 7 chairs and have upcoming appointments waiting inside. Theyre always super busy but still manage to squeeze me in when I call the day before or day of for an appointment.All the ladies are really nice, too! Dont expect too much because the prices are so affordable for Hayes Valley. I like going in for a gel mani and pedi, simple and straightforward. Its not the kind of place where you get a drink and get up-sold on other services.

Horrible I spent 4 -5 hours there. Had to redue my nails and toes 3 times still not even or pretty and all bubbly . so they soaked them off. Cut me 3 times . Left with lots of chunks or gel polish on. Horrible horrible costumer service . Never going back

I had the worst experience ever. I came to get my nails done for graduation and walked out with 4 fingers gushing blood. She cut into my fingers while trying to trim my cuticles and it was so bad that we couldn’t even paint my nails. She even proceeded to put a cotton ball soaked in what I know realize was alcohol and held it on my wound and wouldn’t let me pull away. It hurt so bad that I was crying in the middle of the salon. Like I said, the worst experience I’ve ever had and now I may not even have my fingers healed enough to get them painted for graduation.

This place is horrible. The girls literally spoke ZERO English and therefore we could not communicate AT ALL. She ended up giving me gel pedicure when I wanted a regular one and I ended up spending double of what I planned. Not to mention I kept having to tell them over and over I needed an eyebrow wax. Finally when they took me over to waxing room no one offered me flip flops so I went barefoot across the whole salon. Wasnt going to attempt to ask for them bc the communication wouldnt come across anyway. Never going back here. I feel like they are exploiting these poor girls.
