They did such an amazing job!! This was exactly what I asked for and I’ve never been happier with a set of nails! I’ve been going here for 4 years now and this place has never dissapointed me!

Jenny does such a good job and is very sweet! Be sureto call ahead she gets very busy because she is SO GOOD! 🤍 These are my real nails and she makes them look amazing!

This was my first time here and I went for a simple manicure. I didnt even want polish. She cut me in two different places, did not use any cuticle oil and no massage. $18 not including tip and my nails look worse than they did before I went in. To add to it she was on her phone numerous times. Very unprofessional. Needless to say I will not be returning. Very unhappy.

I came earlier today what a sweet woman who took care of me she shared with me about her beautiful daughter and family and treatede so well I was nervous because it was my first time getting my nails done and they are beautiful Im never going anywhere else this is were going

I came in for a refill and to change color of my nails.. The lady who did my nails was really nice but she wasnt really experienced I could tell she was new and needs a lot of practice. She cut my cuticle skin and would catch my finger In her nail machine. The nail polish was on my skin and the design I told her to make was very sloppy but she did try her best. The nails already were starting to lift in 4 days. For a refill that was poorly done they charged me $40. Lady mentioned how I got a design and a top coat thats why its $40. They r a rip off I wouldnt recommend them.

This was the third and last time Ill go there. The weight is always very long which is fine except for the problem that they rush you through your manicure. My nails look horrible and theyre all rough I have to file them all when I get home there was polish all over my hand and this very very young girl took a emery board and filed the color off of my hands. Ive given them three chances and its just not working $45 later my nails look awful

Came in early afternoon and we were told to come back later in the day. We called to make and appointment and after waiting 25 minutes we asked how much longer it would be and we were told to come back tomorrow. AWFUL customer service. If you are busy, say so. Dont make people drive 30 minutes to your salon not once, but TWICE, and then tell them to come back another day. Not only does this salon have awful customer service but their color options are very slim, it is a very unorganized, and dirty. Wont be returning here.

So me and my friend had went in to get acrylic nails and I got a full set with cat eye polish and they were typical coffin shaped. Not only did I have a slightly inexperienced Male doing my nails, but he was rough and cracked my bones. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional! Not 5I mention they used dirty equipment and were over priced. Ended up paying $110 for 2 sets

I showed up for my appointment and I wasn’t seen until over 30 minutes later, then she rushed me through the process because they were busy. I was never asked what length or shape. My nails aren’t even on the ends and the polish is messed up on the ends of a few of them. She even handed me the bottle of cuticle oil and told me to do it myself because she was busy. I would not recommend this place.

Sub par service and quality of the manicure or pedicure. Was there a total of two hours and my twelve year old sister could have done a better job. They pressure you to do the most expensive things they have. I was asked on 6 different occasions if I wanted thedeluxe pedicure and I said no everytime. Also just wanted a basic manicure and she rolled her eyes because she wanted me to get the 50$ set that I didnt want. Then they laugh continuously and talk, pretty sure they were making fun of us. Would not go again

They are really nice to customers but my nails are not painted all the way on the side but I will definitely go again

I looked online for information and they dont update their website. I drove over during their normal posted business hours and they were closed. No current business hours were even posted on the door

I got my nails done & a week later they all came off. I paid 70 for two sets & it’s definitely not worth it. They up & leave you in the middle of working on your nails & they go to someone else & make you wait til they done w the others. She wouldn’t fix my nails that SHE messed up. They was dis angled bad! Never will I go there again!

I went here for the first time with a friend. They rushed through my pedicure and left nail polish all over my skin. They weren’t busy when we got there, and it seemed like they forgot about my full set. The lady that did my manicure was doing like 3 clients at once. She rushed through doing my acrylics. Made my cuticles bleed and left acrylic on my skin too. She got lint in the acrylic and just left it there. I fixed the shape by myself when I got home cause I didnt want to tell the woman I didn’t like it. Plus we were already there for over 3 hours. She charged me 65$ for the acrylics even though she saw the blood and did “ombré” even though they were just white.

If I could give them zero stars I would, they’re just trying to get in and out customers to get money. No quality at all. Everything’s in a rush. Will not come back.

They did really good decorating my nails, but she complained the whole time and told me she wasnt going to do it again. The nails themselves were very rough and awful looking. And to boot she put a nail so crooked there was no way she didnt know! I will never go back. She charged my boyfriend 75 dollars.

Feet were more rough after I left then before I went in. Rushed. Nail design was extra rushed. A lot of acrylic on skin/ cuticles. Although they were all very nice and friendly.

Ive never left a nail salon embarrassed with the product until now. I asked for a relatively simple design, they tried and literally could not do it, and then was charged almost triple for leaving the salon with blank nails. For reference, a fill is $18, I believe an added design is $3-5 per nail. I left with NONE of my nails having any extra designs because they were not capable and was charged $45. She also stopped in the middle of my set to start someone elses which caused her to miss spots of top coat and entirely leave out any oil after treatment so my nails and cuticle beds are dry and cracking.

Quick and easy. Peaceful. Good people.

I was hoping this nail salon would be a so much better experience than I anticipated. As a licensed cosmetologist who has been trained in doing manicures & pedicures properly, the services were not done properly is all I can say. I suppose you get what you pay for $27 for a 30 min. Pedicure thats rushed and two of my family members who joined me were cut by a nail file & got their toe nail cut way too short on the sides of which the nail plate grows in the nail groove (shes got a nail plate that is prone to ingrowns) So now as the nail grows she will be at a risk of an ingrown nail. Not to mention the nail tech who cut my other family members toe, did not discard that file and that same file was used on my sister in law. My nail technician was sweet and kind although without examining the bottom of my feet first before going in to buff she went in hard right at the arch of my foot which typically in most people does not has the most callus. So yes it hurt like hell and i let her know. My sister in laws nail tech who I believe is the owner was rude and kept telling her to put her feet in the water after the water was scorching and that was said multiple times, and she proceeded to tell her how her toes were dirty and also said it to the nail tech working next to her who was with our family memeber as well.Overall, id say sanitation is not up to state boards standard, this place unfortunately is awful, and from todays experience it seems as though they are trying to get every single customer they can in therefore creating extremely unpleasant experiences for their clients. Sad that its a typical nail salon that does not hold client experience as a priority. Not to mention the owner scolded the nail tech Maria multiple times in front of everyone. Extremely unprofessional & rude.Also that same techinician Maria buffed my family members heel so carelessly she broke skin and now is raw. Paint jobs were also awful. Several toes didnt even have the same amount of coats and edges were not cleaned.My family member who had Maria as a service provider felt that she was a sweet person overall, just didnt know what she was doing. The owner was rude from the beginning until we paid all of a sudden she was nice. My nail tech who was I think an indian lady was sweet too i will say & id like to say the young lady with the blonde hair who was doing a nail service next to us was extremely welcoming and the three of us appreciated her.

Asked for a pretty complex design and jenny outdid my expectations. Maria as well on my toes to match. Very clean. Very friendly! Will definitely return, and I live 45 mins away.

Made an appointment for 2 PM for my mom, sister, aunt and I to get manicures and pedicures got here about 5 minutes early just to have to wait 40 minutes! Also they had a young girl who I assume was the owners daughter paint my toe nail... is that even legal???? On top of all that the women who painted my nails missed the side of almost every nail and when I pointed it out to her she said it was fine it was just a little. At that point I said fine leave it and left. Altogether a bad experience and i wouldnt recommend this salon unless u like excessive waits and less than mediocre work!

My wife and daughter went there today for a mommy daughter day. My daughter wanted a pedicure and acrylic nails. My wife wanted acrylic nails. My wife paid for what they wanted and all they got was painted nails and nothing else. It is very disappointing. My wife and daughter will never go to this place again.

I was there getting my nails done beforehand re my brother’s wedding with the bride and a couple other bridesmaids. They were pretty nice, I got shellac, but the lady made my French tips way to thick for my length of nails. And not even a week later they are chipping!! Without really any different deferent work then I’ve ever done with other shellac’s. Normally they last close to 3 weeks for me, but from this place not even 1. I’m very disappointed!!

I love the dipping powder! Jen does an amazing job. Yes, they haven’t been able to find more nail techs, so you may have to wait if you don’t call ahead; however, the nails are worth the wait!

Very poor quality. Old nail polish still visible and not all of my nail is painted on one finger. I got my nails done Friday and for $50 I have nails lifting already. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.

Only put one coat on toes and no top coat on any of the toes except the one with the design. They started chipping within 3 days. For $26 we should get better quality. Nice people though.

I walked inside and the OWNER told me to go somewhere else... I was like okay, a white lady walked in right before me and she didn’t say anything to her, other women were getting their nails done and even questioned her on why she told me to go somewhere else! I felt embarrassed and I left, I walked back inside told the owner she’s a racist and that I couldn’t wait to put a review up on Google!! She only serves white people, if you’re black, the owner makes up an excuse to not serve you! I will be filing a claim with the FTC on discrimination of this business! I’m in shock as to what just happened to me!

I was a regular customer and never had a problem until now. I had my nails done for the 4th of July and wanted a french manicure. Usually the owner does my nails, but another woman had done them. She talked me into a pink french manicure with a glitter tip and a line underneath. The owner yelled at her for putting on the line that I really didnt want and I felt so sorry for her that I gave her a really good tip. That night, one of the tips just peeled off, by the next morning five more had peeled off and the nailpolish on the base (which was very thin) is also coming off. My nails looked HORRIBLE for all of our 4th of July festivities. I called the next morning and left a message and no one bothered to call me back. I called a few days later and the owner told me to come in so she can look at my nails. I went in today and she looked at my nails and told me that I was too rough and there was still some polish on and actually yelled at me instead of apologizing for the crappiest shellac job and manicure ever. I understand that people make mistakes -- but yelling at your regular customer instead of trying to fix the mistake is not how to keep customers. Had she fixed the problem - I would have never given her a bad review.

I love having my nails and pedicured done here and I will continue to go. The people are really nice and do exactly as you ask.

Went in for a full set, shellac polish, and ended up getting a design on my ring fingers. She over did it on the acrylic, hurt me, didnt get the polish all the way to the edges of my nails or the acrylic for that matter, and did the opposite of what I wanted for the design. The price is too high in my opinion, it jumped from $28 to $48, just because of the shellac and to put a little flower on my nail!! And my friend got her nails filled and shellac polish that jumped from $18 to $35! Definitely not going back! Terrible work quality!

Awful dirty place . Went way up on prices

Went there for the first time and had my nails dipped. They looked ok, but not great. Over the next couple of days 4 of them had cracked or chipped. I went back in, they fixed them for free and redid the others. Nails look great and no issued with breaking or cracking since. Not sure what happened, but appreciate them fixing their mistakes. Pedicure was great.

I came for a fill. I was extremely dissatisfied. I picked out a color for my nails. The color was very thin. They put about 5 coats on my nails. I went to the dryer. The nails felt dry so I paid and left soon after my nails were completely messed up. No one told me how long to stay under the dryer. I went to another salon. They told me parts of my nails did not have acrylic on it. Some of my acrylics were not even the finger nails. I ended up spending an extra $46.00 to get my nails corrected. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

I had my nails done here cost me $40 for a full set of acrylic nails! They r bumpy and are so obviously fake because she didnt smooth it thinner coming from my cuticle! They r already loosening up from my natural nail! I hate them I have had people notice the flaws to! There were two girls rolling skating all over the store! She cut my fingers from filing the corners so bad!

Went in for mani/pedi and they did a pretty nice job (not super) on both. Love the massage chairs while you are soaking! She talked me into shellac and results were good. Polish stayed over 2 weeks. Tried getting it off on my own, and that was a mess. Planning to go back although I will bring what I want for an undercoat to help my nails, and just going for polish this trip - no shellac. People were super nice and clearly doing their best to satisfy the customer. Drawback was the language barrier - I have yet to find a nail place where I can understand their English; I am just not good with anyone that has a heavy accent (from any language).

I went in for just a pedicure but the woman PUSHED and PUSHED and freaking PUSHED until I agreed to the shellac.....for the low price of $50. Its been 1 week today and they all PEELING OFF!!!!! This is not the quality I was promisedWhen she pressured me into this! Never going back!

I moved to Northeast Indiana from Chicago and have YET to find a 5 star nail salon. Do not come here. I paid $83 for a pedicure and full set, which should have cost no more than $75. The quality of work was terrible and you do not get 1 nail technician servicing you, but 3 or 4 people who switch and pick up where the last person left off. They did not clean up the polish around my toes or nails and the shaping is absolutely terrible!!! I came here once before and left because of a long wait - I should have NEVER come back.
