These people are the absolute description of rude. The owner is the most disgusting, foul human being. I cannot even believe the way he treated my fiancé when she went in to only have her outgrown nails removed. A SIMPLE task and this man had the audacity to yell at her in front of a salon of people for no reason other than the fact she had a local artist already scheduled to do her nails for our wedding day. Do NOT go here. They also don’t follow any safety protocols, especially in regards to COVID and their salon is filthy. Buyers beware.. seriously go anywhere other than this pitiful excuse of a nail salon. The owners first question to my fiancé is “Do you go to an Asian salon or an American salon?” What kind of question is that?! Horrible, horrible place.

My experience was amazing, not only did my nails turn out beautifully but i felt so comfortable and welcomed in the environment. it was amazing and i would 100% recommend going to Hollywood Nails in Goshen IN!

Ive had a pedicure done here before and it was always good. I went to get a full acrylic set. My appt was at 6. Didnt get seen til 630. I felt like the guy John was doing a good job until he painted my nails. They are so uneven near my cuticle. It looks very unnatural and hideous.I didnt have time to say anything because I would have been late picking up my son. I called and when I suggested maybe the guy was rushing, the owner went off on me. He wouldnt let me get a word in before he said he cant help me and hung up. He was very rude.

Sure the owner has a big mouth, but at least hes funny. I think if you take yourself so seriously that you cant joke with Han and his wife, you need to evaluate your own miserable self. Han knows just about every customer who walks in his door. Not to mention the best nail game in the area. Never had a chip, never had a break, never had a bad paint job. Nothing but perfect nails from this place. I wear some long, ratchet nails too. To never have a single one chip, crack or break off is pretty amazing. If you cant handle jokes, thats your loss. This is the best place around for high quality nail care. Period.

I know a lot of people complain about the man that works there, but, he’s actually an amazing nail tech and very nice plus I’ve never had a bad experience there with any of the employees. My nails always turn out great, and I get so many compliments on them. I’ve tried a few other places and they really messed me up. So this being said 10/10 will never go anywhere else but Hollywood nails.

I take my girlfriend here every two weeks for the last three months. They do great work, and the owner is a good time. Makes jokes and is straight forward some my not be able to handle it. They are fast,fair, and provide great quality work and deserve nothing less than 5 stars.

While its not for everyone the owner isn’t bad i have gone for a long time now he does have a big personality but is supper friendly even kept the deal he had with one of my best friends sisters who is autistic that if he couldn’t remember her name he would do her nails for free and followed through only charging for me and my friends nails and even asked to see how they turned out came back about a month later and said i seemed supper familiar and told him i came with my friend the month before and joked as he did my toes

I called made appt. and when I arrived on time I was refused service and he claimed i he didnt have me down for appt. 🤦

This place does not even deserve 1 star. I got my nails done in Mishawaka yesterday with a friend (who invited me!) I didnt care for the way they were painted but my friend invited me so I didnt want to be rude and tell her I didnt like them. So I called Hollywood nails and was going to ask what they would charge just to repaint them. The man who answered the phone was VERY rude!!! He didnt let me explain the situation he said you take your money somewhere else I not fix your nails and hung up. ARE YOU SERIOUS! They could have done a great job fixing them and gained my total business! I could have been a good word of mouth for them! But instead he wanted to be that rude to me!!?? Wow, I will make sure to remember NOT to recommend them!

Got a pedicure and my daughter got a full set. Made an appointment, glad I did. They did a great job. Very friendly, excellent service and clean shop. Drove 30 min as everything in my town is closed on sunday. Glad I did very pleased.

5 days after a pedi and dip mani. My toes (which already looked like my 7 year old painted them) had half the polish off. My dipped nails were peeling off because they don’t use a color dip, they dip them in clear then paint them. The owner is a disgusting and unprofessional with his language. I’ll make the drive to Warsaw instead.

Went to go get acrylic nails...on the menu it explicitly reads “26 dollars for full set acrylic” I get my nails done & the guy doing them tells me it will cost extra for a certain shape (even though no where on their menus does it explain that particular shapes would cost more) At the end of my session he stands up and says “45 dollars” my nails were supposed to be 26 dollars. There is no way that shaping your nails would cost you 19 dollars. I stood up and told him I only had 35 dollars. He quickly says “that’s fine” takes my money and leaves. He didn’t even bother bringing me to a register either. After all this, the paint is visible on my skin, the nails are unevenly shaped, and they already are beginning to look grown out before a week.

The owner has a spunky personality and that bothers some people but I find him to be honest and genuine. The place is often crowded so call ahead and make an appointment. I thought he might be drunk!My nail tech was great ..thats the only reason for 2 stars.The owner was swearing and making very inappropriate comments.Without him I think this place would get good reviews.If you can handle vulgarity and inappropriateness this would probably work for you.

I went in yesterday with my friend and honestly this place dont even deserve one star. The man at the desk was very rude and racist. My friend was pregnant and he was making very rude comments about pregnant people. The ladies that worked there were nice but that man should not be there. He had a mouth on him too with kids present. And he was cussing up a storm and yelling over nothing. Very unprofessional if you ask me. He even said that the nails I wanted would not and did not look good on me. I am very upset I had to experience this. Never going there again.

Just left, I had BB, very nice lady, will be returning since I love the professional service I received. Today was my first time there, as I walked in Hahn remembered me from over 35 yrs ago when we use to roller skate. Hahn has always been a great person and seeing him after all these years it did not shock me to him as a successful business owner. I was lucky to walk in right when they opened but I do recommend to make an appointment since the phone was ringing off the hook and many walk ins and people need to understand an appt made takes priority over a walk in. Loved the atmosphere, services and prices. Hugh dont ever change, you have always been a great person!

I go here twice a month for shellacs and once a month for pedicures. If I get a chip or break a nail before two weeks is up, I simply stop in and someone will fix it. Yes, the owner is brash and loud but if you dont like it dont go there. I go to Hollywood Nails to receive quality nail care at a price I am comfortable with.I have read many of the reviews and most negative ones are regarding the owners personality NOT the quality of service. If you are easily offended, dont like jokes, or have a boot up your butt, this probably isnt the place for you.

He mentioned very loudly that if you dont like the way he talks, get the hell out of his shop! He said this several times in the hour I was there. He swore constantly. Disappointed. the nails were amazing but the owner is awful. completely inappropriate. he was speaking loudly to the entire shop saying swear words left and right. he sarcastically told a very graphic story about gay sex and joked about cheating on his wife. like i said, the nails were great. actually some of the best i’ve had in a while. but the owner is insane.

I went there last week and witnessed very distasteful and rude comments made by the owner on the first day. He was watching a program on tv that had a man running naked in a hotel for most of the show. There was a little 4 or 5 year old girl there with her mother. He finally changed the channel when they were ready to leave.I went back the next day with my daughter. I treated her to a set of nails too. The second visit was a disaster. The owner was obnoxious and rude to everyone he came in contact with. He had a problem with me sitting or standing by my daughter so that I could talk with her. Then he made a sexual comment that I could sit on his lap... He made sexual remarks to a lady that came in and sat next to me wearing a skort. She was not even getting a pedicure but 6 or 7 other ladies/children with her were. He made comments about looking up her skirt when he would give her a pedicure and crude comments.He commented about a dirty, stained rug in front of me, that looked like it had tar on it. Then he made a loud statement that they were going to have to start mopping the floor and that it had not been mopped for a long time.He threw out a telephone man who came in to look at or fix something, chasing him out of the back room and yelling loudly at him all the way to the front door.Seriously, How does this guy stay in business. I have had 2 business of my own and currently manage a hotel and I wonder how you can stay in business with all this. I wish I would of read the reviews before going in there and spending my hard earned money this week. I am all for people prospering and making a living in America but this guy seriously needs to sell his business.

This place is a joke. Been going here for 7 months and spent alot of money. Asked for flames even showed a pic and i get squiggly lines and its my fault?? I was charged extra $15 for design that looked like my 10 yr old did it!! Never again will i go back!! I shared a pic of my nails and the puc of wat i wanted on my facebook. Immediately when walking into Hollywood Nails we were greeted in a rude manner, and then werent allowed to explain to the angry man in the front what we wanted without him interrupting us. After trying to deal with the situation and tell him what we wanted were told we could not be served due to being angry and that we would have to leave and that he did not want our money. I find it ridiculous that I am being kicked out of Hollywood Nails because, Im trying to explain what I want.

I dont understand why he was so rude. The man at the desk, Im assuming is the owner, refused service to me. I was there over an hour and a half before close and asked for a full set. He said we dont serve full sets to people like you. However a woman came in behind me AFTER I did and asked for a full set and was seated immediately. I tried to ask if there was an issue, and he waved his hand at me like someone would to shoo an animal away.I dont know if it was because he may have thought I was Hispanic or because I have tattoos. But either way he was very unprofessional. I understand you can refuse service to anyone, but this looks like a blatant case of discrimination.

DO NOT GO!!! I Have been going for about 8 years. Always a good job for myself! A couple months ago my sister in law asked the owner if a certain design would look good. The owner started to harass us from that time.. we let it go the first couple of times thinking he was just crazy.. but no It went on. I went with my 3 year old, he let his child run up to mine grab my phone out of my childs hands and drop it on the floor.. he just laughed.. we still went because the people that did our nails did a good job..well we went again we had an appt for 4pm we get in and he said no it was for 4 30. Our sister that Booked it as a joke said hey we were booked for 4 he (the owner) started yelling in front of other customers that we were crazy that he would never make a mistake even though he has overbooked in front of me before. This was the last time we were coming in because I had a coupon and I wanted to use it up . Our appt was at 5. They didnt take us until 6. When I made a small comment that our appt was at 5, he said no sh** that everyone falls behind. I just nodded and minded my own business. This entire time he was swearing and telling very rude stories.my nails were done pretty good, the girl that did them was very rude its some new young girls working, she was ruff. When I didnt hear her she grabbed my hand and said go wash anyways she did them and I waited for my sister the lady doing my sister was taking for ever and when I looked her nails looked terrible and she was about to cry I just made a comment and asked quietly if they can be fixed. The girl that did my nails said something to the rude owner, and in English he said well its her fault she didnt want to wait and kept making rude comments after the lady finished my sisters nails she just laughed and said something and then the owner said ok we will not take you guys again . The owner is very rude, when calling in to see how much it would cost to fix two nails that broke off that I got done at his shop! he hung up on me, never let me explain myself and told me to go back where I got my nails done. LA Nails in Meijer shopping strip is so much more professional and you never wait.
