Never go here for eyebrow waxing. I asked for a clean up under my brows and told her my eyebrows were already very light. She completely ruined them. I should’ve known better though she was not very welcoming and seemed like she wanted to get my service done quickly because she was leaving. Will add pictures to show..

The stylists always take ample time to hear what you think you want, explain some options and then ask for your decision. The time they spend educating is very helpful.

10/10 recommend this salon. I don’t usually get my nails done mostly because other places aren’t very clean, but I was getting married so of course I wanted my nails done. Missy did my manicure and pedicure and she was so sweet and so much fun to talk to. Overall I had a great experience and I’d definitely go back to have Missy do my nails again.

First time going to this salon. I usually travel to Mishawaka for my hair but I decided to try something closer.Got an all over color (black). The color is great but I’m not sure about the service. To start off, my stylist (Stephanie) wasn’t the friendliest. She seemed bored with me. I tried to make conversation and I love talking to the stylist when I get my hair done. Secondly, she was very aggressive with the hair brush when styling me that my scalp was hurting. I chose not to say anything and let her do her job. Lastly, she didn’t bother to take off the color off my forehead when we were done so I had color stains on my forehead. I Had to do that on my own when I got to my car.On top of that, when I called in for the pricing of an all over color, I was told it starts around $70. I ended up paying over $115 not including the tip. While I love my color, I wasn’t pleased with her work. Maybe another stylist their could provide a better job.

I love my stylist, Krista. Color and cut were excellent. Haircut was short enough so I could go a while (7 weeks) and it still looked good. The salon is full service. If you want nails done set up appointment a week or more in advance. Everyone is pleasant.

I was so nervous to get my hair colored for the first time; Erica was so sweet and kind and explained everything before getting started. She took a compilation of Pinterest pictures and gave me the hair of my dreams. I highly recommend her to everyone! I am a forever client!

I have never been to InStyle so thought Id give it a try.On February 14, 2020, I arrived 5 minutes early to my shellac manicure appointment and sat for an extra 10-15 minutes or so.My nail tech was super friendly but seemed a bit distracted (texting, on the phone, carrying on conversations with other people at the salon). I genuinely enjoyed talking with her as we had friendly conversation.As you can tell in the first picture, my nails are short as is (working on breaking a bad habit). My nails were filed down shorter, cuticle skin plied until it bled, and digging on the side of my nail beds.I noticed the cuticle pusher and clippers were in a Barbosal disinfectant with floating skin swimming around the bottom. The nail file was previously used, as it was not removed from a new package.In the first picture you can see that the remaining polish was not cleaned up once it was applied; therefore, it was cured and dried on my skin. You will also notice missing gel polish.Less than a week later the gel polish started peeling and flaking; I have had gel on my short nails before and it lasted two weeks. After that, I started noticing red, inflamed, painful to the touch, skin on my left ring and pinky finger. The last picture, with the green/yellow bubble tint is from today (03/06/2020). As you can see, the infection/fungal/etc. has spread.I have been soaking my fingers, using antibiotic creams, and am now being prescribed an oral antibiotic.This manicure was not worth the $27 asking price. 0 star from me.I am extremely disappointed in the sanitation of this salon. I will be calling to follow up on this experience.Edit: The pictures will not upload. Please include an email for me to send these photos to your establishment.

I went in and asked for v cut and left it sooo bad I can’t even describe how bad it was and I also think for that bad hair cut they over price I paid 25 for that bad hair cut, I had to go somewhere else to to get it fixed I really don’t recommend coming here 😡

Libby is great! Hard to find somebody that does a good job on mens haircuts. (She mostly does womens haircuts, colors, etc). I recommend her asks the whole gang at In-Style.

Was looking for a new permanent salon. Will not be going back here. My hair dresser was so rude. She didnt listen to what I asked for, she didnt talk, and she rushed me just so she could squeeze her friend in after me. I was curious about some other services they offered for the next time I came in but she wouldnt give me the time of day to explain anything. Also was told she could do an additional service I requested but spent the time with her friend instead of getting it done. I was going to schedule another appointment for the next touch up color and she didnt even have time to do that she just told me I could call. Wasnt going to tip but then I decided to give her over a %30 tip to show her she lost what could have been a well paying regular. She also stunk like cigarette smoke. Very classy.

We were vacationing in Middlebury and I was desperate for a new look. I called and Jennifer made time for me at 3:30. She did a malibu treatment, double color, and cut and TOTALLY transformed me! I swear, she took at least 5 years off! (I also requested 20 lbs, but hey, you cant have it all) She ended up working on my hair till 7:30 even though they closed at 5. As a full-time working mom, I never get a chance to do something like this. I cant say THANK YOU enough - and I love the color/cut - Im getting tons of compliments!
