I love them they are super caring. Clean environment and easy to feel relaxed here. Pedicure was phenomenal. First time ever getting one and they were very helpful with knowledgeable options that better suit me.

I go to Glamour Nails faithfully after trying all the nail salons in town. The owners know me by name and I noticed that they always greet people who walk in. My dipped nails last 2-3 weeks. One time I asked Tonya to paint all 10 of my nails a different color and she was happy to do it. They can be quick, but personally I am grateful because I don’t want to be there forever. I’m really surprised by some of the negative reviews. One review didn’t like how they worked with more than one customer at a time, but I think the teamwork I see is lovely. I will not be going anywhere else to get my nails done. They have a faithful customer in me.

I went to this place on Tuesday 2/23 for tips & pedi. The lady did my nails while I was getting my pedi... dropping shaving & acrylic dust all over my clothes (odd right?) Because she was in a hurry to leave. Its been 10 days, I went back today to ask for a discount on a new nail set (is doesnt hurt to ask, right?) She started talking about there is no guarantee because we dont know what kind of job you have, working with chemicals or whatever.

This place was awful!!! I went to get dip nails taken off and new powder put back on everything was rushed and looked terrible. truly they don’t even deserve one star at all! i had dip nail powder all over my hands. i was told to scrub it off and the owner dug her nails into my skin to scape it off. just a no for me. my appointment was so rushed it took her all of ten minutes to do my nails. NO! it is way overpriced for the quality you receive do not waste your money.

No bueno! I wont go back. They are nice but my toe nails arent cut right. The nail polish is on the skin around my nails and half my nails are not painted. Lol. Oh my. They should only charge 10 bucks for their pedicures. Sorry guys but you dont do a good job. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

ZERO STARS. I went to get dip nails and it is easily the WORST nail job I have gotten in my life. Charged me $25 extra for tips without my knowledge. The nail color is spotty, some places are transparent and not even coverage. Some sections of my nail are not even touched with powder and completely bare, have to touch them up on my own. On top of poor coverage, the lengths and shapes are all different and the tips (that they charged $25 for) are not even touching the nail. $60 for the worst nail job.

ZERO STARS!!! Went to get nails and pedicure last night. Horrible nails!! They had hardly any acrylic on them felt like just the plastic tip nail on there. Pedicure was really quick. You would think after paying 30$ for a pedicure, your feet would be nice and soft!!! Not the case!!! Long story short, daughter got 15 minute pedi and just a polish on nails (13 years old), I got a 15 minute pedicure and a full set for $130!!!! Only to go to Goshen Nails to have them removed and new set put on this morning!!! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!

I normally don’t come here but I wanted some pampering and my usual place was slammed. I Spent $50 on a super deluxe pedi. An hour after I had come from the salon most of the nail polish hadn’t dried and was easily rubbed off with paper towel. Huge waste of money!!!

I would give this zero stars if I could. I called to see if they had time to do a set of dip. When we got there the lady rushed. I had dip powder all over my skin and she wouldn’t clean it off. I sat there for 15 mins while my daughter got her dip done picking it off my skin. My daughter now has to spend 15 mins getting it off her skin. Sloppiest work I have ever seen!!!!!! I wouldn’t waste your time or money. This place is trash.

I went here a while back for acrylics. He was in a big rush not paying attention to the way he did my nails. Instead of soaking my other broken set off he just took them off very painfully with another nail. I decided not to go back there for acrylics. But a few months later try a pedicure how could a pedicure go bad? But I was overcharged and it wasn’t even as good of quality as the other place I go which is cheaper. The gel was peeling by the second day! Not to mention she mis heard me and was being rude. I will definitely be going to nail fiend instead!

Went in on a holiday weekend so it was busy. I waited for about an hour and a half after I was told ot would be about 30 minutes. I requested pink and white solar. I only needed a fill but apparently they cant do hombre. Ok. So I sat for another hour having the awesome set I had soaked off. This lady was SO FAST. It was BY FAR the WORST set of solar nails Ive ever had. There were white spots on just about every nail. I asked for pink and white and got clear, but whatever. Not that important. But I paid $60 for quality I probably couldve done myself. I also left with almost every cuticle bleeding. I actually shouldve refused to pay but Im not that kind of person. I will NEVER go back to this place. Very unprofessional and seriously poor quality.On another note: I was watching her do another ladies nails. When she was done filing them she brushed all the dust and nail bits right into this womans designer handbag.And yet another Note: The pics are a week out from when they were done. (Ive been busy.) If you look at the tips you can see the white above the tips. Thats what it looked like before I even walked out.

The owners were extremely nice but my nails look terrible. Honestly ive never had my nails done that badly. So many dips in the acrylic and a honestly shity color coating & very sharp. Dont waste your money like I did!!!.

Nail color is great but he definitely rushed my visit and the quality of the acrylic is not good, my nail is separated from the fake nail and he just applied acrylic and went on... compared to what I usually get other places this quality is terrible ... Sorely disappointed.UPDATE 4 DAYS LATER : Ive already lost one of the thumb nails because it wasnt properly applied or glued and Im absolutely ticked. I paid $30 for terrible quality. Pictures dont do justice for how bad they are. Seriously 🙁

Its a great looking facility and they do pretty good pedicures. However, for my experience, the acrylics were steeply overpriced (not the base price but ANY feature you want costs extra and its too much for the quality and amount of care received). The first time I went there I was just getting a full set of acrylics. They had 2 other clients getting acrylics and they only have 2 technicians that do acrylics. So they were really trying to rush through the processes and they seemed flustered. And instead of dealing with one client at a time, the 2 technicians kept cycling back and forth between us 3 clients. So one of them went and got the color I requested while the other was prepping my nails. He also got the color for the client sitting beside me at the same time. Then the man tech did the application of tips, and trimming. Then the lady tech did the rest. But right before she started painting I asked if that was the right color and sure enough the guy had switched our colors. Then the whole time she was working on my nails she was rushing and giving no attention to the smoothness of the surface of the nails and she barely did the shaping that I paid so much extra for. She barely filed the edges of my nails to create a straight line. For the quality of ACRYLICS that I received, it was grossly overpriced. However I returned once more with a friend of mine who really wanted to try a pedicure here. We just got regular polish pedicures which include sitting in a delightful massage chair, and receiving a foot and calf massage from a tech. This experience was priced more fairly and I had a much better experience with the ladies that do the pedicures. They didnt rush and they paid attention to detail. The quality of my reg polish pedicure was actually better than the much more expensive acrylic set! So i wouldnt recommend this place if youre looking for acrylics but if youre doing anything non-acrylic and foot related I would recommend coming here.

I loved the salon. Really chic. Quality of job was sub par. I honestly could have got a neater paint job from my 11 year old. and they over charged me after I tipped generously. Not cool.

Was argumentative and charged me to fix a nail SHE broke. Im never going there again. She argued about EVERYTHING

They were pretty rough and quick and it led to the nail techs fingers being stuck to mine at one point. i got glue on my skin and it cause a burning sensation for a while. end result came out streaky

Great place to get your nails done. I get a pedicure there and I’ve always been very pleased. It’s a very clean place to go.

Got a pedicure and I was the only customer at the time. He rushed through it and just slapped on the nail polish. Barely filed them and barely worked on the cuticles.

Went there after work today and it was so nice! Spa-like decor, beautiful. I was appreciative that the TVs were not blaring like so many other nail salons Ive been to. They were quick and efficient but gave me plenty of time to relax. I will absolutely be back!

The worst pedicure I have ever in my life had!! Cant even tell I got a pedicure. Most places include like and feet rub. Here is called Deluxe and they charge $10 more!! There was 3 of us no other customers and they rushed. Shortest and worst pedicure ever!

By far the worst pedicure I have ever had. They charge extra for a process that is 9/10 times included in a pedicure anywhere else you go. There was 3 of us and we were the only ones in the building and we were completely rushed. I will never go back there again

Horrible. Paid $40 for dip, they were very uneven, lumpy and poorly shaped. The edges of my nails and part of the tips were missed completely (on most nails) and on the others, it was all over my skin.They were so careless when using the drills on my real nails that they cut into my skin.They rushed through them even though they were not busy. They do not pay attention to detail. Will not be returning nor recommend to others.

Used a cheese grater on my dry heels causing them to develop bleeding, sores, and pain. The owner said O you be sort for couple days! Not acceptable when you dealing with feet. I will never return

You guys... I hate giving bad reviews. The mani I just got is really bad. I had green dip on before and they didnt get it all off so there are green edges around my new red mani. There was no cuticle clean up, no clean up after the file so these just really look undone. It’s a bummer to pay for something that you’ll likely take off in a day or so. Won’t be returning here in the future.

I went to do manicure and pedicure today and I was not happy with the nail shape. I explained what I want and he did the way he likes. I stopped him and tried to explain again but he said something and left and someone else come to finish. She shaped the way I wanted but nails becomes to short. Not done they moved to do pedicure. French tips was done bad. The corners of the nails were not painted and the clearcoat was all the way in my skin. The pedicure was done bad

I took the time and made an appointment a week before with some of my family members. Got there they did our toes fine, but then more people came in and she was rushing to get everyone done the she did a terrible job on our hands. I was even charged an extra 5 dollars to have the gel removed and she didnt even remove it all and just painted over it. Didnt even take her time to make it look nice. Never coming here again.

I just left from getting a mani/pedi. Pedicure was fine, he did a good job. I wanted an acrylic french tip for my nails. She did 1 top coat over it all and its not even covering my whole nail on my thumb, and on another nail theres too much on one side so its on my skin. She wasnt paying attention while filing my nails, theyre not even at all on some nails. Plus I paid WAY too much, will NOT be coming back.

Went in to get mani pedi for myself and grand daughter. I wanted dip nails. A big group came in and suddenly we were getting the bums rush. I didn’t let them finish. I didn’t want a sloppy rushed job. I was not happy!

So shocked by the mixed reviews. I went to a place down the road that was unclean, very busy, and I was barely acknowledged when I walked in. Glamour nails is beautiful inside! The staff is friendly, and their establishment is clean. I’m from Nashville, TN, where nail shops are “a dime a dozen” - this place is up to the par I am use to back home. My nail technician did a fantastic job on my Dip/SNS nails. I will 100% be back and recommend that others do as well! HEADS UP: cash tip only!! Make sure you bring cash for tipping 😊

I took my daughters there to have a girls day and I have NEVER had my nails done worse! I got white tips for myself and all my nails have spaces under them and the nails don’t cover my nails like they should! My oldest was charged an extra 10 to get her nails cut a certain way and the paint job was like a kid pained them! I won’t be taking my money there again.

Not personable and very rude and condescending tone. If it were possible to give no stars then that is what this place deserves. Very poor customer service. Very sloppy work. Nails were all shaped differently. Very bad work. If you want to be treated with respect then I suggest you find another salon.

They all work hard and quick, given their small amount of employees. Pedicures are always relaxing and amazing.

Shellac only lasted three days, it began peeling off. I’ve gone here for years but was very disappointed in my last appointment. They were not busy at all but she rushed when painting my nails. $33 for my shellac mani to last three days is ridiculous.

When I got a regular full set of acrylic nails they were perfectly fine but when I wanted a different shape and design they sucked. I wanted coffin style and they weren’t that shape and I wanted one checkered nail and I was crooked and paint was streaked.

Horrible. Im visiting from out of state. Nail polish is uneven and lumpy. Cuticles werent done. You can see my real nail on the sides. AND ITS EXPENSIVE. DONT GO

Extremely rushed staff, answering the phone, handling money, selling gift cards...all while trying to do my nails. She never washed her hands and was doing several other clients at the same time. She filed my nails and they are very uneven. She never asked me to wash my hands and I have nail dust in my polish leaving them feeling sandy. She also missed at least 5 edges with no polish and it’s very noticeable. Also, the station was very dusty and extremely unsanitary. I will not be going back!!!!

They were fast, but shellac did not last very long and they werent very precise.

I come here on my lunch breaks and they always make sure to get me in and they are very quick! I have gone to over 4 nail salons around here and this place is by far THE BEST! I never have any type of complaint. My nails and pedi always looks fabulous and lasts me 3-4 weeks. My pedi lasts even longer. They are kind hard working people. Their kids even come in and they help. Its not easy being a business owner. I dont get why people have nasty things to say. You dont like it here, go somewhere else. Didnt welcome us when we walked in and ignored us. There were people behind us waiting to get in so the woman rushed our nails and tore mine up to the point they broke. She refused to wash my nails before putting polish on because she was in a hurry which is terrible service. I stopped her from finishing my nails and walked out. Never had such terrible service on my nails in the 20+ years of getting my nails done!

Horrible experience. Every time i go in here I leave disappointed. The customer service is horrible. The owner literally left old polish on my nails being too lazy to take it off even after i brought it to her attention. She then got an attitude saying the new polish will cover it. I always spend 60-70 dollars in here and it seems like they treat some people better than others. Coming from New York and living in other bigger cities getting my nails done i think this place is a freaking joke.

As I am visiting goshen I decided to stop and get my nails done at this place. I walked in, nobody acknowledge me, I greeted this girl that was doing someones pedi & she barely even opened her mouth to answer back, it was exactly 6:30 PM they didnt care to take care of my sister and I. Really felt like this was a racial issue and I felt extremely uncomfortable. Let me tell you the owners in this picture were there and the guy was obviously upset because of the time of our arrival. He even said, what are you doing sitting down go pick a color. Simply the worst service ever!

Pedicures were good but the manicures were awful. They were doing the mani at the same time as the pedi, which is ridiculous. Not the relaxing experience its supposed to be. My nails were cut unevenly and they looked really scratched up, i could have done them better at home, which i shoukd have done. When we asked to have them redone they refused until we said we wouldnt pay if they werent done right. They still looked horrible afterwards. Definitely not going back.

I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon at all. The workers there are very rude. I went to get a pedicure and a full set. They used dirty towels for my pedicure, I spoke up about that, and she changed the towel only because I said something. I waited before I said something to see how long she would use the towel, she knew it was dirty, she didn’t care. Complaint #2 I go to get my full set and it was a rush job, it wasn’t nothing great, the wife done my nails, the husband painted them, and he painted them awful, I had to tell him several times, “Are you gonna leave that nail polish on my skin?” He would get an attitude, but he had one prior to me sitting down. Also they are a racist family. They hate people of color!! My boys went to school with their son, and their son and my boys befriended each other, and the son said his father paid one black boy to not hang with him. The whole family is racist except for the younger generation. I was told this was true by other white kids that went to the same “private” school as my boys and their son. After I found this to be true, I never went back. But I also heard other African Americans say they were treated badly at this nail salon. What a disgrace and poor spirit to carry through life to hate someone based on skin color. Like I said earlier they used a dirty towel to do my pedicure and I’m African American, and the owner, man, painted my nails horrible, but smiled and treated the white ladies nice, they didn’t hum a word to me. Do not support businesses such as this. It’s low when you treat people wrong. I’ll never go back, as a Nurse what if I refuse to resuscitate one of them, or treat them with dirty or used equipment, based off how they treated me? The owners are lucky I serve a loving God, and don’t possess the dark evil in my heart that they carry. They put on a good front to customers, but inside their hearts and behind closed doors, these are some rotten people.

Steps were skipped in the application process. Ive been wearing nails since i was 14, so Ive given this place a few chances. The acrilycs have always lifted. Its an application error. They always rush you out the door, sloppy work, always charge a different price, & they are rude.

I feel compfortable at Glamour nails as well. I am a fan of Danny- the younger man. I like everything about the place- except they seem to be nosy in peoples lifes.
