They are the only auto shop I take my vehicles to. The service is great and they take good care of their customers.

Do not go here they are very unprofessional they rude I had him look at my car he said he would do for free which he did but once he gave me the estimate on getting me leaf springs schakles and rear breakers and rear rotors he said he was gonna charge me 700 dollars to fix my truck I then asked him if I was to buy my parts and just have him put them on he Declined my service and said if was not get my parts from him he couldn’t fix my car at all i feel like he was trying to get free extra money never the less I wouldnt I repeat do not go here.

Not a good place.. my car was in worse condition when i got it back from having a few things supposedly fixed. Also they will call and say something else needs to be fixed and charge you for it but not really do the work.

I have been dealing with him for 14 years. He is one of nicest people in have met. He is very knowlagble about his craft. He will call the parts place right in front of you so you know how much the part is. Ask for adam

Worse car service I have ever had. Did not bleed my brakes and got mad at my husband because they told him one price and then had my truck for 5 days for brakes and brake line and now I have to take it somewhere else to get the work fixed they messed up. And they Broke a lug on the brake line and did not even tell me about it and they did not fix it. Just called my husband talking about more money and when he said no that he already paid they got mad and did not fix the rest of my truck. I would never in my life go there

Owner or whoever big Adam is was a friend of my dads who just passed. I originally asked him if he wanted to buy my truck and I told him that one of his employees told me it was my intake manifold. He didnt want to buy it but offered to help by fixing it and letting me pay $300 on weekly payments of $50. 2 days later he told me yes it was the intake manifold but later that evening he called my cell phone from Im assuming his cell number and asked me to go with him to Syracuse when I told him no he asked what about later and I again declined! He then said he was just trying to see if I wanted to hang out with him again I said no.. Monday morning they tell m my engine is locked and it cant be fixed! How was this not known to them prior to him calling and asking me to hang out? Also that should have been known when they knew for sure it was the intake manifold.. lesson learned!! Such a rip off and most of the good reviews listed here are their family and friends!

I am needing a new tire and they have racks of tires for sale there. Trying to find the right size has been hard and I had a thought of calling these people to see if they had a tire, and then I remembered what happened last time.I went in cause a tire place down the road had broken a bolt off so my tire was only held on with 3 bolts and lugs. I had the lug, just needed one bolt put in. They had other work they were doing for me, which was the wheel bearing. Well, they told me not to worry about the bolt, cause they were sure they had one. I had the bearing pressed into the hub assembly by a friend who owns a shop and just wanted the wheel hub and assembly and the bolt done at the same time. Bear in mind, it was just replacing the hub assembly, the bearing was already pressed in. the price wasnt bad for the hub, I paid that no problem, but on the bill I noticed they charged me for 4 new bolts for $35.00 and when I asked she said thats just what she was told to bill. A man came out and said they had to do it...basically, sorry but not sorry, pay your bill or no car.I agreed to have over $100 worth of work done and I provided the parts....it really cost me a lot more when you factor in what i paid for parts and to have the bearing done and I guess cause it was over $100 I wouldnt notice that the bolt they said not to worry about ended up being 4 bolts for $35. and I couldnt do anything. Till now. I will get my tire somewhere else.

I go in to fix my heat, I left my car overheated first time ever, took it back changed my thermostat, took it back out overheated again, took it back then they say I need a head gasket. Kept my car for a week and paid them $150 in advance and they didnt put my down payment towards my final bill so I gave them $150 for free. Will never go there again if my car depended on it and you shouldnt either

Great customer service and very great work!

First they tell me they are going to look at my car and then they say we cant figure out let us keep till monday. Thats when they told me they was charging me too look at it. Then they try to charge me 200 for used parts they put on after I told them not to touch it cuz I had warranties. Wouldnt recommend anyone to come here they are a rip off!!!!!
