I needed a alignment done very bad and called around every auto store in Elkhart, Mishawaka, and South Bend. And they all were 70-100$. Then i remembered my retired grandfather worked there for over 30 years (Don) and figured why not call them and ask. $58.50!!! Definitely a win. Then we also had them do an oil change, replace a tie rod, and inspected the rest of the car and fixed the little problems all for $221. You really cannot beat that!!

Got my truck aligned here. It was quick and I think the price was very reasonable. They are easy to work with,very friendly.

If youre tired of getting ripped off or lied to, go visit Dougs Alignment they have always treated me right. 12 years ago my tire and rim separated from my vehicle and passed me on U.S. 33 while I was doing 55 mph. The tire crossed left of center into oncoming traffic, then bobbed and weaved between 15+ vehicles before hitting the curb and bouncing almost higher than the utility pole. It came back down and rolled in circles for what seemed like an eternity finally stopping in front of the Dougs Alignment shop. Now sitting on 3 wheels and a rotor in the street, still stunned, 2 mechanics ran over between cars, jacked my van up, and had me ready to roll in under a minute. It seriously felt like a Nascar pit crew. I didnt expect the place to be quite that amazing when I stopped by a couple months ago. However, the upbeat environment and easy going staff left me no doubt that IT IS the Same Wonderful Establishment! Grace and peace guys, I still appreciate you.

Sent our daughter to have her Dodge Status worked on, it was making a grinding noise in the front. She dropped it off on Tues. evening, they worked on it Wednesday, she picked it up Wednesday at closing. On the way home it was still making the same noise. She returned Thursday to have it re-checked and the service manager drove around the parking lot with her. He told her that the rear struts most likely needed changing, it wasnt an immediate problem to drive it around for about 30 days and re-evaluate. My husband (a mechanical engineer and in his history a mechanic) checked it himself and didnt find any issues with the struts but the ball joints were showing damage and most likely were the problem. They would have been seen when the bearings were changed. Dougs charged our daughter $330.00 dollars to misdiagnose and not fix the problem and then wanted her to come change other parts without a proper diagnosis that could easily cost her $600-$1,000.00 + dollars. We get the feeling they were taking advantage of a young woman that didnt have much mechanical experience and when called on it were unwilling to compensate her for at least the labor costs. Very frustrating. We would NOT suggest trusting them with your vehicle. Look for someone more reputable.
