We drove 3 hours to Indiana for my 16 yo daughter to buy her first car (with her hard earned money). Even though they were booked, Justin took time to look over the car and found a lot of issues that would have quickly totaled close to $5k. Thank you for being a great guy and for taking the time to help us out. She didnt buy the car and we are going to keep looking.Grateful for people like Justin. Highly recommend these folks. :)

Ive known Doug since he was the counter guy in New Paris. Always has been friendly and knowledgeable. They have work on several diesel pickups Ive had and Ive always received good work at a fair price from a quality staff.

As a young woman who knows absolutely nothing about cars, I completely trust the Pro Motor team whenever my vehicle needs serviced. Charlie has always managed to squeeze me in last minute when I need something looked at, he keeps me in the loop while my car is being worked on, and he never tries to sell me something that I dont need.

By far the worst business I have ever been to. Had a 9 am appointment. Two guys at the shop seemed more interested in doing nothing then helping a customer. They then told me at 9:15 “our service tech is sick we can’t do it today”.In the auto industry how you stay in business like this I have no idea. Looking for a good shop go to Montieths. Almost directly across the street and they know what they are doing. If I could leave a review with negative stars I would for this company.

Meet with Charles there and he was very informative Brought to my attention small problems that I was already aware . Nice to have that extra set of eyes looking at the equipment and coming up with solutions. Awesome group of people.Did not try to upsale me on anything.

Took a block and head in to be cleaned, and to have the head rebuilt, along with new bearings in block. Head job was fantastic, looked brand new again. Block wasnt great, they missed a few bearings and didnt clean off the deck of the block. The honing they did was alright.

They have been there for me whenever I had car issues! Recently my car wasnt running well & Charlie took time after it was closed to check my car over. HeThought it was a bad tank if gas & gave me an additive for my gas tank to clean it out. It helped & saved me more needless worry! Thanks so much Charlie.
