I had a flat tire on my truck. I called around 3:00pm with the hope of setting up an appointment in the next day or so. I was told I could bring it in that same and they would fix it before closing time. So, that’s what I did. I was told Tyler was the technician. The tire was repaired well before closing time. Tyler also aired up all the other tire on my truck. The repair charge was more than reasonable. I highly recommend Monteith’s Best-One Tire and Service.

I ordered tires from a competition and waited for a week, only to be blown off by the owners son, Ive been doing business with this other tire business for 43 years . I guess that is what you get today. Thank you monteiths, you have all my professional colleagues and my family and friends business . I will highly recommend you.

Manager fixes our car usually fast, nice staff kind of cheap prices. But, some issues that wont be mentioned need fixed with this place.Recommend for little jobsTires, brakes, etc.

I would give them 0 stars but it wasnt an option...took my Moms car in and opted not to have the work done after weighing the cost vs age of vehicle. After we got it home the engine cover and one ignition coil bolt was missing. They graciously gave us a bolt but could not locate the cover. Left us waiting in the parking lot 30 minutes while he went to look for it and my husband found him waiting on customers at the counter. I guess we could still be standing there...oh well. Wouldnt go back on a bet.

The staff, including my grandson Tim Hunter and Tanner and the rest of the crew, were professional and courteous and well trained. The entire time was so pleasant and I was promptly assisted.

Stars across the board for these guys! I work for a public transportation company. One of our vehicles went down in their lot with a flat tire. I came to put the spare on our vehicle. They didnt give me a hard time about making the attempt to change the tire in their lot. An employee just came to ask if I needed help, and if not, come see them. Turned out there was an issue with our spare. I went in and the crew were friendly and fast, even in the last 30 minutes they were open. The sold me a tire, mounted and balance. I had our driver back on the road before they were even closed. Id highly recommend to anyone to try their service!

We have our fleet tires serviced by Monteith. They always do a great job.

Spent over 1 and half hours on an oil change, wiper replacement, and tire rotation. After we got home we discovered the underlayment of the car was falling off. The screws were never tightened or perhaps not out on after the service work. . Not impressed 😕. 4 guys standing at counter playing on their phones and not one person actually doubled checked their work. .Edit.They sent out a tow truck to puck up my car. They had it completed repaired within 4 hours and refunded my purchase . They all all apologized in person and by phone. I appreciate that.

They broke a brand new wheel or rim and didnt tell us till we noticed they havent replaced it and its been 9 months since this happened Ive asked the manager to pay for it and they just say no they can have it clay fixed professionally or order a new one but theyve been (trying to get a new one for 9months now)

Another bad experience with the one in Goshen. After tire repair I found the weights falling off the rim. They tell you a half hour and 2 hours later they still are not done.

Many positive experiences with them until recently when I bought new tires and asked for an alignment at Monteith in Goshen. Immediately after the service all the sudden one of the new tires won’t hold air. I bring it back in and they tell me the wheel is bent as to why it won’t hold air. Why did my old tires hold air on the same rim?! If the tire changer didn’t bend that wheel somebody there did...obviously! They eventually agree to fix the wheel...and they tell me they’re not gonna charge me for it when I go pick it up today....How nice of them. Perhaps, had they not put huge gouges and scratches on the face of the wheel now as well. Pictures on Facebook review

I took my SUV in to have nail removed paid 20.00 and the nail was never removed, I went back in to show them the nail in my tire, and they deflated my other 3 tires. I refuse to return for any other service and they never apologize. So shady

First time using there services, very unsatisfied with their service and service person, first appointment diagnosed issue, said it would take 8 hours plus to fix the issue, made arrangements to drop vehicle off, only to be called 2 hours later and told they couldnt fix it only the OEM dealership could. Total waste of my time & theirs. I will not use their services again.

I went to Montieth to get my leveling kit installed for my 2016 Tacoma. Let me tell you, Montieth did a fantastic job. It took about 4 hours, and price was right where it should of been. I will definitely be going back for any future lifts, mechanical work, or tires. Thank you Jason for getting me taken care of quickly. Highly recommend this for any work you can’t do yourself.

Antimaskers both work there and are allowed to frequent the lobby as customers. When asked, they made many excuses instead of simply obey a state and county mandate.

I took my wifes car in for tires.they only had top of the line in stock Shy was going on a road trip I wanted new tires for her. To insure a safe tripp.A couple years later the right rear needed fixed as it was leaking air. I took it back to get repaired. Tyler said he would get me out of there in 30 mins.As I left I noticed the light was still on for low air in the tire. I called them back he said to just drive it should go off. If not bring it back and they would use a tool to force it off.Well Im thinking why didnt they just do that anyway.When I get my oil changed they dont have me come back after I left to reset or finish the job.This place is totally unprofessional and lazy.Think twice befor you use them. Most places will fix your flat for free if you bought it there. They charged me 20 bucks,and didnt finish the job!😡I gave them one star just right this review.Otherwise its a fat goose egg.

Mechanics are very honest and trust worthy. They will not only give you a list of repairs but prioritize them for you when you need to space them out. What they quote is what they charge. No unwanted surprises.

The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! Recently needed a set of ultra high performance summer tires and stopped in to discuss available options. Of course the tires I had in mind were relatively obscure. Lexie worked with their supplier and was able to not only get me a set of upgraded tires from what I originally wanted, but also to get them for a very reasonable price. Monteith went above and beyond expectations by ordering the tires, getting them in stock VERY quickly, and working closely with my detailer to make sure they were able to accommodate a timeline for removal of old tires and then mounting the new tires at a later date when the wheels were back from powdercoat. Thank-you for your diligence, I would 100% recommend these guys for all your tire and service needs!

Not recommended for someone who has a week immune system. I went in last Monday to get a flat tire repair done. Staff were not practicing social distancing nor wearing any masks. The staff assisting me continually invaded my personal space, and had to ask them to step back. Had to use my own disinfectant wipes to wipe down the seat and table that I sat at as it looked like no one has cleaned it recently. Very unprofessional and unsanitary environment. As someone battling cancer, this is not the place for you.

The service was bad my brake peddal was damaged they scratched the interior and one of my AMG rims and all of my tires had the wrong PSI

Tore a hole on the outside of my tire so grabbed an old tire and took it in to be mounted after they finished the guy comes out and says we have a problem your rim is bent and leaking air....now mind you the hole in my tire was in the front and the bend in the rim is in the back. After talking about the cost to repair the rim I said not right now I will just take it home. He responds then you can just have it and crumbles up my bill and throws it away. Which tells me they bent my rim while removing the old tire

The work they do is spectacular. It is done quickly and professionally, however, they seem to charge the customer the fullest price for the parts they use when we all know they dont pay that price at all. So they make money from every part they replace for you plus the usual labor per hour. I spent $1100 on my wifes vehicle before I realized that I could have purchased the parts myself and not spent any more than $800. Next time I know better. Get the parts you need yourself then take it to them to do the work.

Had an appointment for Tuesday I thought I called and canceled it and rescheduled. I received a call on Tuesday asking if I was going to my appointment. I apologized and said I thought I had canceled and rescheduled. The gentlemen I spoke to informed me that I may have called the other store. I let him know I would prefer to go to this one. He scheduled me for 8:00 am on Saturday. Saturday is here and I go in and inform them I have an appointment at 8:00 they say you are not on the schedule here and I offered to leave my car so they could do it when they could since I was not on the schedule he said “I will try to get it in but I can’t guarantee it. Go to the other store since they have you on there because obviously someone called them” I let him know I did and again explained. He then informed me there was nothing they can do. I asked to speak to the manager he said “you can Monday.” Thankfully I still had an appointment at the other store scheduled. Called them and they were very nice and welcoming. I have had great experiences with them except for today.

I took my truck tire to Glens tire to get it patched and they just put in a plug and I’m not a fan of plugs and about 3 months later it started leaking then I took it here and they did it right awesome customer service very happy.

Took my 07 pickup in for an wheel alignment.Some other repairs were done such as pinon arms and other ball joint components recently. I had noticed some other issues as well. Walked in told him about it, knew what it was right away.Got a call from the store manager told me I had some serious safety issues with wheel bearings and steering upper and lower shafts.Very competitive prices on labor and parts. Prompt Service as well! Did a tremendous good job! Manager and staff very easy to work with.I would recommend this Shop to anyone and everyone

I needed to make arrangements for a very particular and unusual tire need from out of town (Michigan). Never have I been so impressed with the attention to detail, service, going way above and beyond what was required, and kindness from a retail store. My friend (local patron) who came to the shop to pick up the tires had the same experience. I cannot give a high enough recommendation!

I called to get my oil changed and they were able to get me in within 45 minutes! I have been to Monteith’s before for tire work but never for an oil change. They were quick, very courteous and answered all my questions in a manner that was not Condescending ! Great jobs guys! I will be back!!!

I got stranded in town and noticed a bulge in the sidewall of one of my tires. Apparently my car takes very odd tires but early Monday morning they were able to get a tire in and got me right in so I could get on my way. Appreciate them very much.
