Went for a bad CV axle on my 2015 Ram. I thought I was gonna have to leave it over the weekend which I was fine with, but nope they had it changed in a couple hours. Then they found a bad differential and got me on the schedule for that to be fixed. They only had my truck for a day and it was fixed and ready for the road again. I will definitely be taking it back for any other issues I have with it. The service advisor Griffin did an amazing job at keeping me updated on it and took all my concerns in to consideration. The mechanic also did an amazing job. Im so pleased to say that this by far the best shop. Thanks guys.

I’m 20 and this was my first time taking my car to get repaired on my own. They made me feel very comfortable with the process and showed me they were very professional and knew what they were doing. They are very personable and remembered my name, even when I would call to check up on my vehicle. Everything was done on time and they actually were able to diagnose my car earlier than they thought they would. Prices were reasonable. Daves Auto Repair really earned my trust and my business. They gave me a free second opinion( after I had been quoted by another repair shop -$1,500 to fix my AC, and told the part would take 4-6 weeks). They fixed it within just a few days and saved me $1000 (when compared to the quote I had received from another repair shop). They all were so helpful and courteous. Tyler, Griffin, Joel and the owner all gave excellent customer service. I drove an hour to from Sturgis Michigan to have my AC fixed by Daves Auto repair, and I will continue to travel that distance to use Daves for all my auto repair needs. They even let me have a loaner car for a few days while they were taking care of my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Daves Auto Repair.

Griffin always takes the time to answer all questions about repairs no matter how busy the shop is. He even takes the time to quote any other additional items you may want to add and or improve on your vehicle in the near future i.e. wheels, tires and etc.Ive been taking my vehicles to Daves Auto since 2018. I travel all over the U.S and have appreciated the excellent service and repairs Daves has provided. When accumulating high milage on an SUV added attention to wear and tear and preventive care is very important.This service center has been great at those attention to details and at 400,000 miles I travel as soundly as though things were new.Great communication. Always seeks the customers satisfaction. Fairly priced and excellent service. Trustworthy, and as a woman, I am extremely thankful I have not been broke down on the road and that no matter how far away I am, they are a phone call away to consult with. (Ive had times I went in for an oil change out of state and someone tell me I need more to try to rip me off.)

Ive come to Daves a couple times in the last year for an older Saturn that in the past has been tricky to repair. Each time Im in, they have been conscientious, the work has been reasonably priced, and when theyve recommended additional maintenance, its been in a helpful way (never pushy, just informative). They even rushed a repair for me when I said I was needing to drive my car on a longer trip. I cant recommended them highly enough, and will certainly be back.

This is a great place to go! Fixed a lot of things at a very affordable rate, they got me in the same day I called and it was done the next evening. This place is like no other car mechanic shop Ive been too. They are super informative. I went in for a transmission diagnostic, ended up diagnosing some other stuff that was wrong. They werent pushy at all for any services. Best place Ive been too in a long time. Will definitely be coming back!!

Every time Ive been here Ive had a good experience. They are friendly, personable, prompt, and honest. They do a good job with whatever you want or need and they even have loner cars to borrow while yours is being fixed! I would reccomended this place to anyone. Took in my 9yo Accord w/ 218k miles to have it worked over as Id never done anything to it. A ball joint on each side, all new brakes and all new suspension and it drives like new. I was very impressed with the way they kept me informed on what was going on and let me see for myself what they found, rather than just telling me such and such needed replaced. Definitely recommend this shop!

Had a great experience with this shop.Good down to earth management, and excellent mechanics! Developed a radiator leak going down l-40 on my way to Indiana, and stoped in around 10:30am. They changed out the radiator and had them do the water pump and AC pump. While l was waiting they let me borrow a car to get lunch, and watched my dog while I was gone! I was back on the road at 5:30pm the same day. I give this shop one hell of a big thumbs up!!!

Had vehicle towed to Daves bc of good ratings. Was not disappointed. They called less than 24hrs later with an estimate. They also have curtsey vehicles.

We cannot say enough good about Dave’s auto. We are from out of town and had a appt with our trailer the next day, when our truck’s brakes started locking up. We called snd explained our situation to Griffin. He was able to squeeze us in and correct an on going issue we have been experiencing. They were even going to stay late to finish the job so we could be sure to get to our appt on time. This is a company that takes real good care of the customers, local or out of town. I wish we could convey just how happy we was with their service.

BEWARE! Wife took her Jeep in for an oil change. While there, they told her she needed rear brakes (stated at 25%), new oil pan (rusty), brake fluid flush (dirty) and transmission fluid flush. They were recommending additional services to all customers while she was there.We had just had brakes done elsewhere within the last 6 months, so we got a second opinion from another shop. Result: None of the additional services recommended and quoted were necessary - brakes and fluids were fine. They did fine on the oil; change and were very friendly - hence the single star rating, but well not be returning to Daves.

I brought my van into Dave’s. I had an issue with my muffler, and still had a couple jobs left that day. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They fix the problem, and it hasn’t been an issue since. I will be using Dave’s for my auto repair in the future!

While I dont like having to have work done on the car, this place made it really painless. Excellent customer service, work done quickly and explained in detail before it was done. Gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was done!

I needed a new place to have some TLC done on my car. These guys are great! Above and beyond, really! They took me out in the garage and showed me what was wrong with my car, which I really appreciated! (even though I didnt know what most of it meant) My family will definitely be bringing all our future car needs to these WONDERFUL people.

I was stranded out of state in Goshen due to transmission issues. Our mechanic at Daves was quick to diagnose (other shops werent even able to see us), gave us a car to use while ours was being fixed, helped us get financing for the repair, explained everything in very clear detail, replaced my transmission quickly, and followed up after the repair to ensure the vehicle continued to run smoothly. 5 stars is not enough. Highly recommend!

All work was fully explained. They even text pictures during their diagnostic review for my approval. Friendly knowledgeable staff! Beautiful lobby to wait in also.

Just took my sons 02 F150 to them that needed a misfire fixed, exhaust issue, gas tank replacement, rear bearings replaced and rear pads. They did awesome, communicated extremely well and kept me updated through the process. Did not try to nickel and dime for more. Excellent work. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Daves Auto helped my husband and i a year or so ago when his car was having a lot of trouble and helped with finances as well. i took my car in and even though the bill was a lot, their confidence and the work done was amazing. i worked with Griffin (sp?) and he was very professional and helpful. He gave honest opinions and was honest about the work. He even drove me to work after i dropped off my car. I love the fact that they text you about all of the work they have done and you can approve it from your phone or computer. I also really appreciated the loaner vehicle. Like i said, the bill was expensive but part of that was my own lack of car on my car. I would recommend them to anyone and appreciate their work and honesty.

This was our first time taking any of our vehicles to Dave’s. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient (especially Griffin who I had talked to from the very beginning of the process). When they noticed a couple of other issues that needed to have some attention they let us know. Their prices are SUPER fair. They got the job done in a VERY timely manner. We dropped our vehicle off on a Sunday evening so that they could start work first thing Monday morning. I received the phone call from them that our vehicle was ready on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. I have no doubt that we would have been able to pick up our vehicle on Monday if it hadn’t been for the fact they needed to order some parts for the job. I will definitely be keeping them in mind when I need any other repairs done to our vehicles.

I had brakes and rotors changed here, and an oil change. Im from West Virginia, so finding a place that did very nice work was a blessing. The staff are great people, too!

Good shop, unfortunately they didnt enforce the mask order so my husband had to go outside to wait for the oil change when another customer came in after him not wearing a mask.

I have a 2018 Hyundai with only 37k miles......I went into Daves with a whole bunch of questions and they took their time giving me detailed and honest answers! Id feel very comfortable bringing my car their when it needs repair......Its now about 2 years later.....Ive had a front end fixed (much cheaper than the dealer estimate), oil changes (with appointments) and just walked in one day to get my tire pressure checked(no appointment).....Always great and friendly service!!!

Great place to get your vehicle fixed! The team at Daves provided me with an in depth diagnosis of my vehicles issues and it left very little question to what needed done. The diagnosis included excellent pictures and details sent straight to my phone!

On Thursday, April 9, 2020 I called them about a bad leak with my car. I called at 9:30 a.m. and was assured they would call me back. No call on Thursday, so called again on Friday with the same results - NOTHING!! Today is Monday & still have never heard from them. I called another mechanic & within a half hr they had a mechanic at my house who explained the issue to me. I now have appt with them tomorrow to fix the issue. I have found a new place to get my vehicle worked on!! Thank You Byrons Car care!!!

I have done a fair amount of business w/ Daves Auto Repair over the few years, and they they are a great repair shop. Here are a couple points if interest:1. Great communication. Griffin runs a great service desk. Too many shops have a goober running the phone. Griffin is not that. Hopefully Daves stays committed to putting strong communicators on the phone. 2. Generally good work, with a warranty. Mechanical work has been top notch thus far. 3. They have some temporary loaner vehicles, which have been a life saver. 4. Their work shows up on carfax reports! Wish more repair shops would do this. 5. And the biggest reason I only gave them a 4 star review, they are expensive. I had them quote me some work, and it came to ~$1,000. A couple other shops came in around ~$700 for the same work. But in many situations, you get what you pay for.

Daves auto has been amazing for us! We bought a car from them during tax season. Its been a great running vehicle. It needed minor repair work this past week and they got it done super fast. It wasnt expensive and they even gave us a FREE loaner vehicle while the car was being fixed. The technology they use to show you whats wrong and the estimates before repairs are done is a huge help. Amazing customer service and friendly faces every time. Thank you Dave and team for all your hard work.

I could not be happier with the service provided by Dave and his associates. They communicated the issues found on my car in a timely manner and never pressured me to spend more than what was necessary. They were all very friendly and helpful. These guys are awesome!! I stopped in right before they closed just to ask really quickly about scheduling an oil change, and they pulled my car in right then and had me on my way 15 minutes later. They were super nice and friendly, and I especially appreciated that I didnt feel pressured to get a bunch of other things done when all I wanted was a quick oil change. Highly recommend Daves. While visiting family from out of state he reassured me that the air flow panel which came lose, then was pulled off, after hitting a large chunck of ice, did not cause my engine light indicator to light (which came on 20 miles after the incident). The engine light was indicating a catalytic converter issue. Helpful and professional free advice was given. Thank you!

Visited Daves Auto Repair and was totally satisfied with their service. Had an older Chevy Malibu that needed numerous repairs and they did a fantastic job in a timely manner. They also provided a courtesy car to use during these repairs. They were very honest and upfront with these repairs. I highly recommend them.

I was travelling with my daughter and dog through Indiana when my alternator went out on me. It was 4:30 and Daves auto repair closes at 5 pm. Griffin told me to bring my van in. I stopped spur-of-the-moment and got in immediately for an oil change and tire air check. Within a few minutes they took my vehicle, and while the mechanic worked on it, Griffin offered to also check my air filter, having just changed a very dirty one on an identical model. Indeed, it needed changing and he ordered one which came the next day. When I arrived he popped it in and off I went, again within minutes. Service was friendly, time efficient and I had a real sense of competence and trustworthiness about Daves which is why I plan to return regularly.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!Stopped in just to get a bit of info, knowing my van needed a bit of work done... In causal conversation, I mentioned I was taking this van on vacation in a few weeks. As soon as I mentioned this, they wanted to do a complete inspection, free of charge, to ensure the vehicle was safe to drive. Not only that, but I was offered a courtesy vehicle to go home so I didnt have to sit and wait while they did the thorough inspection. The work was completed in 2 business days.Will definitely be back!!

I had a small emergency while on my way to work 10/2319 that would have stopped me from going to work that day. None of the other auto repair shops in the area would help. The owner Dave saved me from missing work and got me on my way. He was willing to give me a loaner car if I needed it just so I can go to work if the repair took too long. No one does that any more.. Quick and inexpensive synthetic oil change.

We took our 95 Saturn in first for just oil change. Found 3 leaks, all fixed it drives great with new tires. Service was great. Took our 2011 Ford Escape in for oil change and the transmission flush. Found 3 leaks as well. Had Daves Auto fix everything at 1 time. Turn around time was pretty reasonable with what needed done. His team is very well prepared to work on the job on your car. I had alot of vehicle issues they isolated the worst ones first and sent me estimates and allowed me to decide what was fixed first and did an excellent job of explaining why each thing needed fixed and what I could hold off doing for awhile. Very honest and reasonable price. I checked around at other places for cost and they have a very good value for the work. They provide free loaner cars also which was highly important for me.

Weve been using Daves Auto Repair for years and have always had good results. This time we took in our Grand Caravan with noise in the engine. He diagnosed the problem as a bad water pump bearing and also found several other problems that needed to be fixed. He got our van back up and running in good time at a reasonable price. I recommend him as an honest and dependable mechanic.
