So I went to get my hair permed. When I called the lady asked questions cool. I get there and the lady starts to do my hair well needless to say my hair looked the same as when I walked in . Do not go!!

Great service and they managed to get us a same day appointment! And then even called us to let us know that they had a cancellation and we were welcome to come early! We had a time limitation, so it was GREAT to have that kind of respect for our time! Super professional and personable and my daughter got the rainbow hair of her dreams and they got me to work on time! Loved our time there!

From the time you walk into the salon the staff cordially greets you. Not a long wait and stylist was very friendly and acknowledge..Also gave styling tips with new cut. Will definitely return again and try out other services.

The ladies were so nice to me, so I did not want to say anything about my hair, but I was very disappointed. I’ve gone to broadway images for years and I’ve had red dye on my hair before and my stylist was able to get my whole head a beautiful blond and although the hair color I want takes a process it did not even come close to any type of blond and it cost me $185. My mouth dropped inside my head!! My husband said the bottom half of my hair looks like my natural Auburn and it was not even suppose to look that way and the top of my head is suppose to be super dark brown and it’s totally not. I’ve spent 6 plus hours over at broadway images and got beautiful blond hair from a brown and red hair. So I cannot believe the outcome I got with this hair. And believe it or not, I hadn’t dyed my hair in years and there was not that much dye on my hair at all. Sad to say, I have to go somewhere else this Saturday to have my hair darkened at the top and the bottom of my hair redone. I had one angry husband, because he paid for it and he knows that all the previous times I wanted blond that Melissa at broadway images delivered the first time and that if I needed it fixed she would do it free. I gave this place three stars because the ladies were so nice, but I won’t be returning.

Received the most amazing highlights, color, and cut, and treated myself to an awesome mani/pedi. Can’t wait to go back!

NEVER AGAIN! This is my first time ever coming here and I will NOT BE BACK! I arrived roughly 10 mins early, checked in and waited. My appointment was made for 11am (yes I made an appointment and still had to wait almost an hour). A lady checked on me and said she will be with me soon, some people haven’t had a haircut in a while! Umm is that the best excuse you could come up with? Are you cutting a humans head or an animal? There is NO REASON as an experienced stylist/nail tech you can not manage your time properly and schedule accordingly. In all my 30yrs, I’ve never known someone to schedule an appointment and then make them wait almost an hour or so. And if it does happen, call your clients to let them know you are behind schedule today to please come 30 mins later. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful. As a stylist/nail tech you expect your customers/clients to respect and value your time yet YOU CLEARLY DO NOT VALUE OTHERS! OH AND THE BEST PART IS WHILE IM WAITING, she is taking pictures of the customer hair that she just finished cutting! Ugh HELLO, you have a client waiting almost an hour for their appointment, I don’t think playing photography is the best move!Appointment at 11, walking out at 12:34! Still charged me full price of $35 with no apology herself! Another stylist apologized when checking on me but she was at no fault. The pedicure was quicker than my wait! I should of been given a discount as compensation for my time that was wasted and not valued and simply as a courtesy to the customer. My number is on file and would appreciate management making this situation right and hold your employee responsible and accountable.

The ladies here take care of you! The friendly cheerful atmosphere will make you a regular whether you are getting your hair, brows, or nails done. Nothing better than having someone who knows you and can help you with your own personal style.

For mothers day I told my husband that I wanted a pedicure... And I thought he was just going to get a gift certificate at some random place.... I was wrong he found the best place in town.... Miranda was so nice and very friendly... she even gave me some great home remedies that are nonexpensive.. (really just things everyone should already have in their home) to help with keeping my feet looking like I just came from the foot spa.... highly recommend this place to anyone that might be in the market for a good foot rub and your toes looking amazing

Ive been going to Sara for the last two years. Shes fantastic with my highlights & gets them to the silvery level that I love.Well, Ive never lightened my own hair but I got smart & decided I was sure I could do it. In short, I turned my hair GREEN.I went to see Sara, who worked on my hair trying to save my blonde for FOUR HOURS (where my appt had only been blocked for two). We ended up being the only ppl left in the salon by the time she was finished. Ultimately the green just wouldnt leave and I had to go dark. The color is AMAZING and I look like a whole different person. Im loving it!Sara worked hard and longer than she planned to save my hair.Im never leaving.

Had an appointment for 12pm on a saturday for a color and trim with Merissa. Arrived 10 mins before and did not get seen until 12:45pm. She did apologize however her bedside manner was disappointing. I was not offered coffee or water. Instead of small talk, she decided to only talk about my unhealthy, overprocessed hair and laugh at the previous cut. To make a long story short my overall color and trim took 4 hours. Please note that the salon closed at 3pm on saturday and I was checking out at 4:10pm. Her time management and demeanor was unprofessional. I sat for 40 mins with rinsed, wet hair before she blew dry my hair. She meet with 4 other clients inbetween my scheduled appointment. I would recommend other professionals except Merissa. It was my first time there, so I did not request a specific stylist. Good luck. The salon itself it super cute and has everything available, but I dont think Ill be visiting there again... a shame.
