Went a couple weeks ago and my nails came out great

I only went to this place, because my normal place wasn’t open on Mondays. My appointment was July 16th.I can’t remember the lady that I had, maybe an owner, anyway she was answering the phone, checking people in and out, doing my nails kind of in a rush. The nails were very thick, some of the nails were a little big for that nail, had them on 3, maybe 4 weeks. I couldn’t remove these, so I went to my shop and saw my girl, they were in shock when they saw my pointer fingernail. The owner of the shop had to remove the fingernail, he did partially, it was still attached at the skin. So he left the nail on until it starts healing. It was very painful, it was bleeding. After he wrapped my finger, I continued my service. If I could give no stars, I definitely would give no stars. I will not ever return, I am consulting with some attorney’s.

I got my nails done a week ago and they look so tacky. The lady missed spots painting. I asked her to fix it and she caught an attitude. After 1 week my fingers should not look like this. We wont even get started on my toes!

I first visited yesterday. It was the best experience Ive had in a nail salon. I made an appointment to go back in 2 weeks and Im beyond excited to go back. They are very friendly, professional, and keep the place very clean. I found my new nail place. I highly recommend this place

Im new to town. Wanted manni and peddi.. came here and was told my cuticles were too soft and she couldnt perform nail service. Pathetic. Very nasty attitude.

I went in today, first time ever thinking I had at least an hour before my Lyft came (the app said it was that long of a wait). I needed gel removed and a manicure. I explained to Rose the app had updated to tell me I only had 15 mins! I wasn’t expecting miracles so I asked if she could just remove gel and a clear polish but Rose went above and beyond! Not only did she remove the old gel, trim my nails but she also added a nail polish of my choosing! And did a great job even though time was super short. Honestly, I would have been happy to just have gel removed. I will be going in again and ask for her next time!

A few days ago, I went to get ombré French tip full set acrylic. My FIRST time getting this done & my FIRST time going to this salon. My nail technicians name was Jean and let me tell you ladies!!!! SHE WAS THE BEST nail tech I’ve ever had in about 12 years! Hands down THE BEST!!! My nails look amazing and are exactly what I showed her in the photo. She was extremely polite and paid attention to every detail. She was sure to match my color so it wasn’t too pink (I’m not a fan of pink and am extremely picky) it took her two tries before she had me absolutely I love with pink! I’ve never had so many compliments on my nails and had so many people ask me where I got them done! YALL GO SEE JEAN!!!! If you want it done right, quick and have a great experience GO SEE JEAN AT ACE NAILS!!!! I have found my forever nail tech! Go book her today!

Tony is amazing he’s been a nail tech for 18 years. It shows I am very happy with my nails. I’m an older women so my hands are very sensitive. Love the art work music notes and piano keyboard. I highly recommend Tony!

Got a manicure and used regular polish. Didn’t even last one day without chipping all off. I did expect it to chip considering it’s not gel but when I paint my own nails they last longer than that. Sad.

They do a great job with nails just be sure to know exactly how much what you want costs because they can become pricey. They will always push for you to get gel nail like they dont have regular polish but they do. In the EXACT color of the gel polish. Gel costs more to get AND take off versus regular polish. I would love them if only there wasnt a hidden agenda to get you to pay the most for your service. They gave done this to me and Ive seen them do this to others as well.Also, hold them accountable for setting an appointment with you. Monica set a appointment with me for 4:45 and I waited until FIVE for her. Two of them went to get her and when she FINALLY came from the back, she was licking her lips and fingers talking about she was on lunch. UNPROFESSIONAL. Then had the nerve to suggest I not have my baby with me because he became fussy because he was hungry. Had she done my nails on schedule she would not have ran into his feeding time. Ill go back in the future, I just know how to handle her. Mama Bee was kind the time I went after Monica. The other ladies are nice as well.

They cut my cuticles on both big toes and three of my fingers. My nails came out bulky and my polish took almost an hour to fully dry. I got bumps on my face from the eyebrow wax.

Stay away from the guy at station 2. Doesn’t listen. Most of my nails are pointing in different directions. I politely asked for them to be fixed 4 plus times and each time he filed more and more on the wrong side. I came here to get my nails redone from a different shop that did what they wanted as well. I left furious and in tears. The gel polish came out lumpy and pooled in areas. He didn’t want to redo them.

It was my first time having my feet done and my lady was awesome! I didn’t catch her name, but she took her sweet time and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Really made it a awesome visit and I’ll definitely be back!!

I know people are scared of this COVID 19 but if I call and set an appointment and you dont mention I have to wear a mask. I get there sit at a chair for 20 minutes and still dont mention a mask. Then when she finally sits down to do my nails tells me she forgot I have to have a mask and I need to buy one from her. I fused. There is sneeze guard up what is a mask going to do. She did my eyebrows and touched my face and used same stick in and out the wax. But cant do my nails because Im not wearing a face mask. #illgowithout #tellmewhatigottado #idontlisten

My dip polish started chipping after the 2nd day

Very dissatisfied with the service I received today from nail tech Kathy. She did not give me what I asked for and I told her and she still couldn’t fix it. She needs more training or something. I always come here and whenever I’m with other nail techs I never have an issue. Not only did she not give me what I asked for she kept laughing as if it were funny. And upon paying her she received payment from hand to hand but upon receiving my change she lays it on the counter instead of handing it to me while still laughing. That’s very offensive! Whomever is her manager or the owner I hope you see this review and make some improvements. I’m to the point where I would rather go somewhere else. She was the same lady that also did my daughters nail a while back and it started to chip after a few days. Will never let her touch my nails again IF I decide to go back here.

Ms. Loan is amazing. She took her time during my pedicure and manicure while holding a conversation with me. I felt like i was talking to my mom. I had to give 5 stars because most salons I’ve been to don’t take their time and seem like they actually want to do a good job. Thank you Ms. Loan!! ❤️

Absolutely worse manicure ever. I wanted to cry when I left. She cut my nails so short. Polished my nails which were awful. Charged me $37.00. I will never go back there again.I should have let my 7 year granddaughter do it.

Bad business! I went there to receive 2 services and walked in there at 6:10pm with the impression they close at 7:30pm. The lady asked me what I wanted done and I told her that I wanted a full set and pedicure. She told me that they only could do one service and could I come back tomorrow to get the other done. I asked her why was that and she said because they close at 7:00pm. They were not busy and had 3 people in there already with no one sitting in the pedicure section. I was very upset because it was such an inconvenience for her to even offer such thing and also shows horrible customer service. I will not go back there again!

Terrible job with polish. I had a male technician, I asked him to do the polish over. He did with an attitude and the polish still looked horrible. I was very vocal about not liking the polish on my toes and the other technicians just starred, did not try to fix the situation. $29 for something a toddler could have done. This place did not deserve the one star.

My girlfriend went in a got a full set of Gel nails. To begin with the person doing them was rough and forceful with her adjusting her hands. She refused to pay the first time because of how aful they looked. Then the second time after getting them redone there were even more bubbles and the nails were too thick. Now only only 3 days later they are falling off. Complete waste of money would not recommend to anyone.

I was pleased with my visit at ACE Nails and Spa. I was greeted when I walked in, they asked what I needed and sat me down. Monica was my nail tech very pleasant. She did a great job to my satisfaction. I will be making my appointments with Monica from now on.

Would have given no stars if possible. I could have saved 25 dollars by cutting my own toenails and putting lotion on my legs. No exfoliation or massage. Then she had the audacity to come back and charge me 5 dollars for removing my polish. Im not even sure I was there for a whole 10 minutes.

I have been going here for a couple of years. I have tried other places in the area, this is my favorite. Great service, nails last, always clean.

Got tip put on and she glued my skin to the underneath nail bed. Ive got some thick tips and some thinner ones. Uneven and the Polish job my daughter does better. I will have to pay someone else to fix. But the girl that gave my a pedicure was good therefore 2 stars instead of 1.

Love it. I always snooze in the massaging chair while my feet are being pampered and my hands are looking beautiful feel like a Queen for a Day!

Theyre lucky I have to choose 1 star! My daughter went in for an eyebrow wax and came out with NO EYEBROWS! She showed the lady a pic of exactly what she wanted, and left with pencil lead for eyebrows! Wont be returning!

Would definitely give no stars if possible me and my friend went in and got them done not even a week later it looked like they were already pulling up. were removing them and it is a terrible terrible hard process due to the fact of how they decide to do are gel nails it cost both me and her $85 to get our nails done together and it was horrible.They dont listen to anything you ask them I asked for oval nails and they left my nails squared my friend showed a picture of exactly what she wanted the paint was a different Color and the shape was not what the picture showed the nails were ovel in the picture and she got squared nails

This was my first experience here and I love it and will be back. I got pedi and mani. I got the gel nail polish on my fingernails and still looks great. Received a lot of compliments on my nails

I follow my nail technician wherever she goes, which has most recently led to Envy Nails. Clean, new massage chairs for pedicures. Friendly employees. English is a second language for everyone I met on my initial visit, but I didnt witness anyone having difficulty communicating with the clientele. $43 for a mani/pedi

I waited for an hour to get my nails done and I still didnt get them done because the wait was just stupid. They were having conversations with the people they were handling at the time, but when they were done they just continue to talk as if i wasnt waiting. And my favorite part is that only one person knew how to do what i wanted but i felt someone could have started my nails until the person who could finish them were free. Waste of my time and energy. Never again i will always go to my favorite place this is while you dont go to a back up nail spot because the best one is kind of far but i never had an experience like i had with ace nails with the place i usually go.

Great people, great customer service, they do everything to keep customers happy and I’m always satisfied with my results!

I went into wanting a toe nail polished & repair on big toe it wasn’t done correctly an when I ask it to be fix the right way I was told they don’t have the time! After letting them know I’ve been in this industry for 20yrs an I talked to them about customer service then someone came to assist me ! I’m sadden because I was passing through the area from Savannah & thought it was going to be simple service 🤦🏾‍♀️

I observed while my friend got her nails done. It was painful while the guy was doing her nails. And while they looked mostly ok except for a crooked nail when he was done, the nails didnt last the way they should have. We will never go back. They looked dingy after just two days. And, quite frankly, she shouldnt have left with one poorly shaped nail. We didnt notice it until it was too late, but the professional should have noticed and done it right the first time.

Horrible service. Will never go here again. My nails immediately looked like they were cracking underneath, within two days they looked like I never had a fill in and I paid for a gel fill in. Within a week they were peeling up, turning yellow, cracking, and getting caught on everything. Called the manager and told him I was not happy and that I wanted a refund. He told me to come back so he could look at them. I kept telling him I was from NC and out of town. He finally yelled at me, told me I not come back, I not call him again. Was told by my bank I cant even dispute the charge because I did pay for it and left that day. Dont get your nails done here.

Highly unreliable and dishonest in their business dealings. Twice I have purchased gift certificates for my wife and mother. The first time they charged my mother additional fees on top. Chalked it up to poor communication.Went in yesterday for Certificates for wife and mother for Mothers Day. Spoke directly with the Owner/Manager regarding pricing. Manicure + Spa Pedicure $35, Gel polish on nails $6, Gel polish on feet $7 Total =$48, confirmed twice by Owner. Bought two $50 Certificates.Both ladies go in today, charged $48 for Manicure & Spa Pedicure, Gel on fingers for $48. Specifically told by Manager/Owner that Gel on feet would be extra charge.This shop is blatantly dishonest in their business practices. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Mr. Nguyen did a great job considering my acrylics were a month old and I go to the tanning salon, so they had yellowed a little. He repainted the French tip and they were as good as new. I had gone to T and N nail salon across the street but they turned me away and said come back in an hour, even though no on was waiting in line...I went to Envy nails and they said it was a 7 minute wait. On his way out a customer tipped them and said Thank you for your hard work. This place does a great job and is very customer friendly! HOO-YAH Envy nails!

Ive been going there for about 5 months. Always a good experience until yesterday. I wear my own nails just gel polish never acrylic tips. The gentleman @ station 2 did not take the time everyone else does to soak off the polish. He used the tool thats used on acrylic nails &even asked me were they my own nails. My nail bed is now destroyed &so weak. My nails are breaking off & bending just trying to get dressed or do regular stuff. They hurt because they are breaking so far down. If I do go back hell never be the one to do my service. Ill wait hours on someone else. I was noticing what was happening & he says whats wrong with you several times. As if he couldnt see he was destroying my nails. Say no to gentleman @ station 2!!!! Horrible horrible horrible

Great job dealt well with all of my pet peeves. I hate thick acrylics and my finger being glued down. However, he left glue my hand and ruined my nail bed.

Horrible horrible customer service, and the salon is Filthy!!!!! took my daughter for a child manicure, this very rude woman seemed extremely annoyed, and scolded and screamed at my four year old daughter for moving her finger and smudging a little bit of the polish, wich ruined what was supposed to be a nice experience. Do not go to this place!

If I could give them no stars I would. The worst pedicure Ive ever had in my life a waste of $25! They charged my mum to cut her nails down a little bit $3! Hers was 38 all she got was gel polish! They are ridiculous I will NEVER go back or recommend it!

First and last visit.....when I got there, no customers at all, was able to get serve without waiting, only good experience. The nail tech was a, older man, very rude. Rushed the pedicure...did not scrub feet well at all, I asked him to make sure and scrub heel, he got an attitude. Rushed with my gel manicure...in spite of the rudeness....I was going to leave tip.....but as I was putting my card away and in process of getting cash for tip, he looked at receipt, walked away and did not even say thank you.....so I left....I believe in tipping, even if the service is not all that, but rudeness...unacceptable.

Horrible experience. The polish on my nails looks like a 3 year old painted them; my nails areally crooked and not even; the nail tech cut my thumb and my pinkie finger. I will never go back to this nail salon... now to try to fix this train wreck of a polish job

First time here and the service was horrible I asked that my chipped toenail be fixed with a little acrylic they literally put acrylic on my whole entire toenail aside of that my toes weren’t shaped the way I asked the nail tech was very rude when I asked her to shape them square she stated that she did it the best was she knew how

Pedicure (twice) and brow wax. Both pedis have jagged edges, paint on the skin, and blotches in the paint. Brows had lots of stragglers- pointed them out but only were partially corrected. Boo.
