I was able to make an appointment the same day I called. I had a deep conditioning treatment and a style done. I loved my hair. The people who work here a really nice. I will be going back for more future services.

I had an appointment at 3 and arrived on time. I was aware of the amount of time it would take for them to dye and style my hair the way I wanted.Later on when they were about to start on me, someone came claim them had the same appointment and decided to attend them instead of me. Considering I arrived first and put off important matters for hard to get done I think they should have attend me first.I will never come get anything done in here. They have to work on doing on what they claim that they do. People cant just arrive expecting to get whatever they need to be done and then not get it done. In my option I think that its seriously unfair and unprofessional.

As a Brazilian I am super picky about who cuts my hair etc. BUT Bella Brazil is amazing. The girls are professional and fun. They are always smiling and willing to help. The place is all clean and neat.. Whenever I need a haircut I call them to make an appointment. No hassle! :) 😃 I will definitely be going back to Bella.

O.M.G! This place is amazing, everyone was so friendly as soon as I walked in. I went to get my hair done with my mother. Cassia was our hairstylist, I went from black to blonde, took 6 hours but it was worth every single penny! I am in love with my hair and I will deff be back again. Thank you Mrs. Cassia!

They don’t sterilize tools! I have seen how they use the same tools for different people with no sterilization.

The manicure and pedicure room is full of unsanitary conditions, the tools are not sterilized after each customer. my sister saw how they use the same tools without any disinfection for different customers. You should understand that you put people at risk of getting infection and do not do it!!!

Cassia is the only hair dresser who knows how to take care of my hair. I love that place!
