Spur of the moment (fall) pedicure. Just what the doctor ordered. Located in a smaller strip with lots of Little Caesars pizza traffic. Q Nails was tidy and they used a liner on the pedi bowl. There were 3 techs working and multiple services were being performed. I would definitely return for another visit

I have 3 nail salons near me and I always choose Q nails red bank road location. I have only had to wait 1 time. Every single technician does an amazing job. Its always the same techs so that is nice and reliable. I highly recommend.

I think we found our new nail shop. My daughter and I got pedicures and she got a full set. They were very efficient and did great eirk! Best of all it didnt take all day. We were in and out within 2 hours! I highly recommend them. Great job Q Nails

I went to replace my dip polish. Instead of soaking them off they put my Hands in a bowl of remover back and fourth and used the drill to remove it. Which left gel residue on my hands I asked is she could fix it she said soap and water then lotion will remove it. Still on there. I told her my tips were rough she said no they were fine and I was done. Will never go back there.

Came in 10 mins before a group of 3 women and they made me wait over 30 mins. But the reason for the lower score was because they took the 3 white women first and had me (as well as another black woman sitting waiting for service) NEVER AGAIN!! Then finally get in the seat and she says they don’t take credit cards after I changed my mind about getting a fill done. (Glad I didn’t spend my money here and would suggest none of y’all do)

Just got my nails done here for the first time. There was a bit of a wait, 45 mins or so, but it was worth it. Friend and professional staff did a great job on my nails. I also got my eyebrows done here. The facility is clean and comfortable. I intend to go back.

I was originally very nervous going into the salon. The reviews are iffy, and I’m new to the area. I had Wendy as my nail tech and I got a beautiful full set! My nails are even and not lumpy like another review I saw. The color is a perfect match for what I was looking for. She took her time and made sure I got exactly what I wanted before I walked out the door and had amazing customer service. I’ll definitely return!

Had a very nice time getting my nails done today. Wendy did an amazing job not sure if I’m spelling her name right probably not. But she was fun to talk to and love what she created for me.

I live in Augusta Ga but found this place last year while visiting family.I went on a Sunday afternoon and got a manicure and pedicure. My tech was friendly and did a great job. They gave me what I needed and were not pushy with upselling. LOL.It is in a convenient location if you dont know your way around too.

Awful. I went in with a set of acrylic nails from my usual place but since one had lifted away from my natural nails a bit, I didn’t have the time to make an appointment and tried here instead.First of all, she said my nails were “too thick” to be filed down into a SHORTER shape....uh, what? I get that done all the time. So then of course she proceeds to inform me that it will now be the cost of a full set even though she’s still doing a fill; okay, whatever, I don’t have the time to keep shopping around.Then the nail that has lifted away, which needs to be SOAKED off, she tries to pry off of my nail with a tip - ouch?!! I very gently told her I really need it to be soaked off because it’s painful. She then says I have a “sore” under there and she can’t soak it? There is no sore on my nail. It’s perfectly healthy and hurts because you’re trying to rip the top layer of my nail off.I told her I really didn’t want that and she now gives me attitude saying that if I’m going to be that way, she can’t help me. Uh, obviously you couldn’t help me at all anyways, you’re lying to make money or just have no idea what you’re doing. Either way I won’t ever let anyone I know step foot in here. I’m astounded.

New to the area. I have been struggling to find a place that’s not just an in and out type ordeal. Everyone was super nice, the place was clean, the pricing was unbelievable for both a pedicure and manicure, and I’m beyond pleased. I have definitely found my go to spot.

They do a good job. A little slow, but they do great nails. And I love that they use the bags in the pedicure bowls to ensure sanitation.

I go to college an hour away and I come back at least once a month just to get my nails done. I’ve gotten my nails done by almost everyone in there and they ALWAYS have my nails looking AMAZING and they last a long time. This is my latest full set it’s a glitter ombré and I am in love!!! I didn’t have a picture to show her, but I described what I wanted and she made it happen. Definitely worth your time and money. Thank y’all 😍🥰

WOW rude was an understatement. I was there a total or 3 minutes before I knew I was not spending my money there. Dont know the quality of service because we didnt stay long enough to find out. To many places to go, to get a simple fill-in to have to be treated such a way.

Great Service and Quality

I walked in at 6:20pm today for a pedicure after seeing on their front door that they close at 7pm. As soon as I walk in the door, instead of greeting me, the woman in front on the right immediately says their closed. I asked how theyre closed when the door says they close at 7pm. She responds by telling me they want to be out of there by 7pm and not accepting any more customers.. Thanks for saving me a headache! This nail salon will never see a penny of my money.

My mother comes into town and this is the only place shell go to get her eyebrows done. She said its very calming, relaxing, and reasonably priced. Very professional and one of the best salons shes been to.

IF YOU HAVE HEALTH PROBLEMS THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO! PLEASE READ!My mother had open heart surgery 4 years ago and she is on some medication and stuff that effects her body in different ways. One of them makes her feet kinda rough and dry so she gets pedicures. We’ve been patrons FOR YEARS now and only one person (LEE) will serve her. Everyone else will deny her service and have told her “You need to do something with your feet before you come,” WHICH IS SOOO RUDE. If she could do it herself there would be no need for her to even come here because she used to do THE BEST pedicures on herself and me before her surgery. ALSO keep in mind my mother is a VERY good tipper and a very sweet lady and for them to just refuse to even do her finger nails (except LEE) is RIDICULOUS!And to Ms/Mrs LEE if you’re reading this,thank you for ALWAYS being sweet and kind to my mother, and making her feel like the beautiful Queen she is. You may not know this be she really enjoys YOUR SERVICES. You are really the best thing that’s happened to this shop in a while ❤️❤️☺️

Worst experience ever! I think I must have worn my invisibility cloak today because I was completely overlooked. I walked in with a friend and filled out the sign-in sheet. Two other ladies come in separately after us. My friend was served, and the two ladies behind me were served. I was never asked if I needed help nor was I greeted. The gentleman even walked passed me to go smoke. After 25 minutes, still no acknowledgement. I will be taking my invisible business elsewhere and would definitely not recommend to anyone.

Every time I go here it takes forever to get serviced.i will not be coming back. Then when they get to you they work very slowly. I dont want someone to rush, but I feel that if you know your job it shouldnt take you forever to get it done. No one spoke to me while I waited and I felt that was rude and unprofessional as well.

My favorite place to get my nails done in the Charleston area! Reasonable prices, customer friendly, and they know what they’re doing and how to do it! 10/10 recommend!

Went to the salon today with my sister. Had a relaxing time. Friendly staff. It’s under new management and a wonderful place to go. We had pedi’s, and we will be going again. Wendy has always had the best customer service and why I will only go to the salons she has. And I come from Ravenel. Thank you to the staff for taking great care of us!

Q Nails is a WONDERFUL choice. Johnny is the best nail tech in Goose Creek, so good that I travel all the way from Summerville ! The quality of his work is excellent, and he wont send you home unless youre satisfied . I recommend everyone go this nail shop . You will not regret it!

Today they went from a 5 to a 1 with customer service. I went in to get my gel nails tips off and I wanted a gel manicure instead. The Spanish lady in the front said it was $20 to take them off and $35 for the gel manicure. I simply stated my opinion that im not going to pay $35 to get the manicure if I have to pay $20 to get them off. One of my nails was already off on top of two of them loose. She directed me to the Asian lady who was going to soak my nails I told her that I wasnt getting the manicure I just wanted them off. I asked her if she could cut the loose nails first but the Spanish lady at the front got totally offended by my opinion and she told me I CAN LEAVE. I responded with I KNOW I CAN LEAVE I WANT MY NAILS OFF MATTER OF FACT YOU DID MY NAILS LAST MONTH. She responded IM NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU. I SAID IM NOT ARGUING WITH YOU. I sat there for 2 minutes only because they are close to my house and they really do a good job but after I wasnt serviced I left. She wasnt nasty the first time I went but today she has an attitude so I simply left and took my business somewhere else. I respect my money too much I found another place which is just as good and respects my business.

The stars are for Ieesha! I came to get my nails done. The manager was very rude when I asked about the prices. Ieesha asked me to come back in, and her and another nail tech took care of me while the manager sat in the pedicure chair on her cell phone! Ieesha did an excellent job! ...she would be the only reason I patronize this business. Maybe the manager should get some customer service training from the people who work for her!

This place is TERRIBLE. Not only were the nails ugly, but they do not sanitize their pedicure bowls. The lady.closest to the window, was extremely rude, yelled at me and called me a bi$%h. Please do not waste your time.

I wish I can post a pic. The lady in there was rushed and not calming at all. She was rubbing my toe to get the calis off and rubbed to fast and hard. And it is still bleeding and its been three hours. Rude as all get out. Worst place ever! Prices are good but quality sucks.

Ive been to this place before. Service was okay. I came today and they want to charge me 55 for my real nails. For a fill-in. They out their dam minds. I will never ever come here again. Not good service at all

I went to go get afull set and i wanted a simple tapered square shape, but instead he gave me more of a really skinny tipped coffin shape. I used to go to pro nails who do a great job and they make you satisfied and i thought let me give them a try, but all it left was pain and dissatisfaction. When he was taking my nails off he ripped my nail off until it started bleeding and all he did was put some nail glue on it. I kept expressing how i wanted that shape but he wouldnt listen. Then he over charged us, also everyone else before me and the people i came with . He gave them all a discount for the wait but he charged my sister 30 dollars for a gel manicure when their price board says 27 dollars. Ill just stay at pro nails.

I went in today to get a fill-in and the lady was so rude for no reason at all. And Ive been in there a few times so I know she knew who I was, idk if she was having a bad day or something but that def made me not want to go back. (She was literally talking loud and as if I was her child)
