I enjoyed my experience here. Simple place, only two people working on this Sunday (husband and wife). I got conversation during my gel manicure and peace & quiet during my pedicure. Very reasonable pricing! Ill be back.

Ok, I read the reviews after my visit. What I gathered is this. This shop has a diverse staff meaning they provide equal opportunity including for those starting out. The owners have true loving energy for others. I came in to get my nails corrected from another salon. He took me in prepped my nails n sat me in the massage chair to get my pedicure. Smart move for a busy salon. The woman I believed to be his spouse was sweet and was very caring with the pedicure. The man finished my nails and they looked much better. I was pleased. One nail was filed uneven which he was happy to fix. He had many customers and is human. Check your nails after any service at any salon. The prev salon I went to was rude and i didnt want them correcting my nails. One thing I loved was that they cater to the elderly no matter the race or gender. Give them a chance, very loving people.

Staff very friendly. But, didnt massage hands or feet just rubbed or clean under nails or side of nails. Just very minimal i guess I would say.

I went in to get a mani & pedi. Loved my pedicure however my manicure was done by an inexperienced young girl who had no type of customer service. She seem pretty nervous & that should’ve been a sign for me to just leave. I wanted the coffin shaped nails however she didn’t know how to do it. I settled for the square shape nails & she fail horriblel nails was Cricket, uneven, & lumpy . The owner asked if I liked my nails. I simply reply no & walked out . Do not go here their unprofessional, & ghetto.

I have been to this location 3 times New to this side of town so was looking for something close to my home. This last experience was horrible all my nails have lifted in 3 days and I dont do strenuous work i type on a computer all day..2 of the nails chipped while typing and one came completely off. I have an event tonight so I went to them to repair 1st was told 30 min wait after waiting over 45min I left and I will not be back. This was done by the owners.

I have going to his location for years and I must say that the quality has gone way down the last 3 visits and the last time they were just rude all together! It is a shame since I hate having to locate another nail technician but for the price I pay and as often as I go I should not have to come home and file the sides of my nails for another hour to fix sloppy work!

The staff was very nice, they were keeping CDC complaint but I would not go back. I had hangnails, weak nails from over filing, the polish was too thick and pealed off 3 nails the next day. Im sorry to say that. Again the man who did my nails was kind but I cannot recommend the work.

They were professional and courteous. Reasonable prices and prompt service. I didnt have an appointment and they got to me right away.

I walked in at 6:30pm today for a pedicure after seeing on their front door that they close at 7pm. As soon as I walk in the door, instead of greeting me, the man in front on the left immediately says their closed. I asked how theyre closed when the door says they close at 7pm. He responds by telling me they want to be out of there by 7pm and the girl across the room yells to me that they take their last customer at 6:30. I look at my watch and see its now 6:31pm. Thanks for saving me a headache! This nail salon will never see a penny of my money.

I used to go here for years. Since then, they keep changing the prices for the same services I get done to my nails. In addition to being a long time customer, I heard Long talking about me to another customer and I hadnt even sat down to get my nails done yet! Whenever I go here, I am quiet, play a game on my phone and wait my turn to get my nails done, I am never rude. He was very rude and disrespectful. I dont care if you are having a bad day, when you have a customer, let alone a loyal one who travels past many nail shops just to come here, you should leave your attitude at the door. My nails were filed and cut sloppily so he could push me off to the next person. I had another nail tech named Brittany do my nail designs (which she made up her own prices that she wanted to charge to do the design for). I wanted a colorful design, since Im paying for it...I asked for black,white, yellow and blue, and she deliberately LIED and said she only had black, white, and gold. When I began to question her, she came back over with the colors I asked her to do my nail design with in the first place. I have never had such a horrible experience with a place that I had been going to for over 7 years. I can spend the same amount of money elsewhere for better service. I would NOT recommend this place to any potential customers. Here is some advice...Go somewhere where they dont change their prices and are not RUDE! If I could give them a ZERO, I would.

I went in yesterday for a fill and the girl that did my nails was very nice but she said she had only been doing nails for 6 months and she didn’t need to be put on the floor with such little experience she had. She was very rough with the drill and on one of my middle finger nails she almost ripped the nail off because of how rough she was. The acrylic was too thick at the bed of the nails and she had to ask another nail tech for help with the mistakes she had made. I got gel polish and she put on a different shade than I asked for and it was applied very sloppy and clumpy in some areas. I then went back and had to have a different tech fix the mistakes and he still didn’t do that very good of a job. My cuticles are torn up from the drill and some nails don’t match my initial shape I wanted

This is by far the WORST experience i have ever had with a nail salon!!!! I was expecting good service because of the good reviews they have. The man who did my nails was very rude and aggressive. He didn’t listen to what i wanted at all and did whatever he wanted. He also dropped a nail tip (which had nail glue on it) on the floor and then proceeded to still put it on my nail without even dusting it off or anything! First and last time i will ever go to this salon!!! DO NOT waste your time or money.

I’ve been a customer here for about a year. Best nail shop I’ve ever been to by far; always consistent with prices and quality. Down to earth atmosphere and realness; I LOVE Long and Brittney. They always got me looking right + they’re way cheaper than anywhere else.

Nice people, but the worst pedicure Ive ever paid for. It was maybe a step above what I could have done at home. The pedicure hurt at times and too much clear coat was applied so some nails have a lot of air bubbles in them and the polish fell off of one nail maybe 6 hours later. Now seeing the reviews of all the people who have gotten fungi has me scared.

1st time I go there, great job. weeks go by, I go there 2nd. not good job. 3rd as today, I went again to give a chance. WORST job ever I see. and PLUS I only see 2 license on the wall, there were 7 staffs there, only 2 up on wall, rest of them must be no license! Still failing their jobs on my nails. 2 different kind shapes on my nails, I will not go back there, ever again! no stars at all... wasted my money. I kept telling them my nails are not THIN, why keep file my nails to thinner! I told them I can see my own nails!

The first time I went here I got a Fungus in my nail. So I was told to go see a different person who worked here and I paid 80$ and my nails didnt even last 2wks and 2 popped off. Never again will I go to this place.

Holly just completed my toe polish change. Not only was everyone welcoming and sweet, Holly did a fantastic job I am in love with my design. Great experience reasonable prices!!

I do not recommend this place at all!! my nails turned green and infected with the acrylic, when i took the nails off it took 3 of my nails completely off and turned yellow and left a paste. I had to go to urgent care to get one ripped off.

Polite, but not great. The whole place looks a little dirty. The pedicure chairs had a message feature that did not work correctly and looked dirty. Poor ventilation, the door was open but the place reeked of nail polish. The pedicure was okay. The woman I had was a little rough with my feet, especially with the Emory board. I would not come back.

Well the ladies are a lil ghetto, but overall I did enjoy my pedicure from the young lady

Cheap price but only 2 people In that whole place know how to do nails worth anything.

Foot bath did not look clean. Woman did not ask me if I wanted my nails clipped so i had to ask. She clipped the first foot very unevenly and too short and it made me question if I wanted her to work on me. I tried to show her that I wanted them even and she said no and got mad and told me not to touch my own feet. I told her ok, were done and walked out of the salon with wet feet. Simply unacceptable service. Not worth your time if you want a relaxing and comfortable experience.

I came to this nail salon yesterday after work at about 5:20 pm. I wrote down my services needed down & my requested nail tech thinking I could get a full set since they didnt close until 7pm and walk ins are accepted on Saturdays. I sat & waited for about an hour thinking I would be asked to go get serviced anytime now. I was finally asked to come back by another nail tech who I then informed that I requested the other. She informed my requested tech that I requested her and her sharp response was something along the lines of I aint doing no full set this time of night, no maam, she can come back tomorrow. I aint doing it. Mind you, Ive never met this woman before. Simply admire her work on Facebook which was my reason for driving miles outside of Summerville. The look on my face after that was said was something like this 😳...long story short, even after being talked to in such a disrespectful way, we were able to set up an appointment for today at 1pm. Im very understanding of how long work days can affect someone and because she does such beautiful work that I really wanted, I had no problem coming back the next day. To my surprise, she was a no show after I waited for 20+ mins. I was told by the other employees that I should just call her because she doesnt usually work on Sundays. Needless to say, I didnt make any phone calls...I simply just walked out

Worst experience having nails done in my life! First time going there and most definitely the last! They jumped from chair to chair never listening to what I said I wanted. They asked me when I came in the door what I wanted, I was very clear. Two tips with acrylic just to match the length of my others natural nails, then gel polish them. Five minutes later the same person had me sit at station. Starts to work on nails putting acrylic on one nail said he was not going to put a tip on it and didnt even do anything on the second nail. Told me to go wash hands so he could polish them. I had to tell him I wanted a tip on the other one so it wasnt shorter than any other nails again. He acted like it was a crime to tell him for the third time to do it. When I paid he said $26, I paid and he walked away without even saying thank you. He will not have that chance again!! If I could give them less than one star I would!

They were short staffed so they were hopping from customer to customer. The lady who did my nails, while she was filing them they werent straight and she had an attitude with fixing it . She also cut the side of my finger while filing and continued to be rough. In the middle of doing my nails she stopped to do someones eyebrows. There was also acrylic all over my hands that I had to pick off afterwards. One of my worst experiences ever at a nail shop. I was in the nail shop for 2 hours just for a full set.

Just left there. Not only was it a dump, but the employees got into a fight and were screaming and cursing at each other! At the same time another employee lot a cigarette in the doorway. I had to leave before my nails were dry. Don’t ever go here!
