I came in 30 minutes to close and Dominic and his team squeezed me in. I had to get an oil change and they had me out within 20 minutes! I appreciated them for vacuuming and cleaning my windows, I had no idea that was a part of the service, but it is a nice touch! I highly recommend coming to see this team in action.

Went for an oil change on Tuesday, June 29th. Was met by two very professional and kind young men. One took my car the other opened the door for me and escorted me into the waiting room. Shortly after, I met Dominic Perry, new manager. Dominic informed me that I did not need an oil change due to the fact that the last time I was at this store for an oil change, my sensor light had not been reset. Therefore it came on before my actual time for another oil change. Thank you Dominic, for your honesty. He could have not said a word about it and changed my oil and took my money. You have no idea what it means to me to have been respected like that as a customer. I will be back in 2000 miles for my oil change at it’s required time. I came in to get an oil change. First of all the guy that helped me acted like he had no idea what an oil change was when I pulled up? He might have been being sarcastic but he was not professional at all. He asked me to get out of my car and hand over the keys and he pulled up my car. Everything was fine except I paid $90 for an oil change. The next day when I was driving I kept noticing something scraping when I was driving. I pulled to the side & found out later that they did not even put the part on after they had changed my oil. Not only that, when I had someone go fix it, figured out that they had lost the screws that kept it in place. I will not be coming back for an oil change here. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

So, after posting poor review, they provided me with customer service number. The lady says for us to take our car to a third party and if it is determined that Jiffy Lube is at fault then we will take care of it. REALLY??? BUYER BE AWARE!! NOT only is that not a Resolution, they are trying to get out of their RESPONSIBILITY to provide the service we paid them to do! We paid them a lot of money to fix our brakes, they didnt fix them, and now trying to get out of the responsibility...

We paid Jiffy Lube a lot of money to replace our brakes, and our brakes sound worse now than before! We informed someone at Jiffy Lube of the issue, and their response was, I dont know what you want me to do about it.. We took our car back, they said they fixed it- still horrible! We will NEVER use Jiffy Lube again!!!

Went for an oil change, which includes a multipoint inspection. However, I didn’t find out about the multipoint inspection until I was handed the invoice. I think they could make new clients happier if they had told me “we’ll do a free multipoint inspection with that oil change you asked.”Service is quick. Prices compare to dealer prices. You get great treatment. They don’t open doors for you at the dealer. Oil change was $91 for full synthetic.I really like that you don’t need to make an appointment to get fast service. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes to get on the bay. I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes while they’re servicing my car. So I’m always in and out within 25 minutes.

Very fast. Friendly service. They offered a tune up, found that they didnt have the parts, and told me rather than doing an incomplete job. Appreciated the honesty.

While leaving Nashville to head back home to Ohio, we blew out a tire on the highway. We stopped in and although the werent able to patch the tire due to where the hole was, they did help get our spare on and look up some places nearby to purchase a tire.They were insanely helpful and friendly.

I am so happy with my service here! They never try to sell me something that I don’t need. I requested an oil change and a new air filter. They took out the filter and showed it to me to show me I didn’t need one right away. I normally come in by myself with my two small children. The employees engage and talk with my children and are super nice. Great service with nice conversation! Keep it up!

Went in for brake service, and assumed I was due. They gave me honest feedback that my brakes could go another couple of oil changes before replacement. Very honest outfit and highly recommend.

If theres no one on the rack you can be out quick.

The guys there were very helpful my car was having some transmission problems and they helped me and my wife they allowed uto stay in the lobby and cool off while waiting for my brother to come and tow my carThey even helped get my car on the trailer I just want to say that they were some great guys

My tires were low so I stopped by because I thought I had a nail, chad aired them up and checked them all, luckily no nails! He gave me a coupon book and was super nice and friendly, I’ll definitely be back!

I thought it was a little fast to do what was said on the receipt. It was not all done like the vacuum and windows. $90 for a tiny vehicle. I do not like to spend my money on jokes. I feel this way, if there is one lie on a receipt, I cannot trust any of it. For 3 literal minutes and $90 i should have gotten all that was said completed. Sorry I cant go back. I am worried about my car now. I was the only car therr so everything should have been done and done right

Let me tell you how great these guys are! Yes, the oil change is a little pricier, but they are so worth it! Not only are they super fast, but their customer service is the best hands down. I never feel like they are trying to scam me or sell me anything. In fact, they have sometimes recommended waiting on a service just because it was the right thing to do. I would say these guys are honest and the best you could ask for.(Also, I have been stranded a couple of times with bad tires or bad brakes. I pulled in here and these guys helped with no questions asked and didn’t even charge me for looking at it. That right there will make me a loyal customer for life.)

I wish I could give them negative numbers. I went to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I was told they could not do the rotation because my 2013 Yukon XL was too heavy for their lift. This was the Hermitage store. So.I called the Goodlettsville Store were I had this service done the last time. Only to be told they could not lift my vehicle either. I spoke to the manager and he verified the service and tire rotation had been done. I asked how my tires had been rotated if they could not lift my vehicle. His goofy response was I dont know but it wasnt me. I asked how I was going to compensated for the work that was not done. That cant happen because I used a discount coupon and basically my rotation was free. Well what about my tires that have now been on the my car for 20,000 miles now without rotation. This is a business that provides maintenance services dont do them. Dont alert you they are unable to perform these services and thinks this is an acceptable practice. I was able to get the same services performed at Firestone. They were actually done because I could watch it happen. Used a discount coupon and it was cheaper than Jiffy Lubes discounted price. I think this is pretty pathetic. Wonder what their corporate office would have to say about this. I am district shop manager running 9 truck shops in 5 states. I use places like this because with traveling extensively I dont have time to do it myself. I would not have a job very long allowing my shops to do this kind of work.

I really do not recommend that you bring your vehicle to this location if you dont want to spend more money fixing their mistakes and wasting time. This was our second time getting an oil change at this location and they claimed our bolts on the skid plate had been rounded off by the last person to touch them, well this location is the only one to ever change the oil on our vehicle. After having us wait for an hour they tell us they cannot remove the bolts. The only way they could remove them would be to drill through and then they could not reattach the plate after. They then said the only certified mechanic would be in on Sunday without a guarantee to fix their previous mistakes, all the workers looked to be under 18 on saturday and stood around for about 20 minutes while we waited an hour for them to give us the bad news. Dont waste your time.

Today I visited...The new management made sure myself and the rest of the customers waiting was well taken care of...I have watched this location change staff often...hopefully this courteous and prompt group of individuals are able to stick around.

They quickly changed the oil and air filter on my car. I was very impressed by how quickly they had us in and out. We were done in under 20 minutes from the moment we got there until we left. Once the service was done they even gave me a coupon book for future service.

Best managed Jiffy Lube I have been to, hands down. They care. Way better than the one on Gallatin Pike, which is a joke. Dont know if ssme owners or not, but this location makes me very happy.
