My insurance company assigned this company to me for towing at 6:14am with an ETA of 50 minutes.7:17am they changed the ETA to 10 minutes7:21am they changed the ETA to 30 minutes8:01am they changed the ETA to 30 minutes8:37am I called to verify they were coming, they said the driver was on their way.8:38am they changed the ETA to 30 minutes8:50am I called back and they said the driver couldn’t find me so they turned around.8:56am they changed the ETA to 30 minutes9:30am I canceled the service to have a new company assigned.This company never once called me to find out where I was when they “couldn’t find me” and when I did call them to get any information on the actual ETA and they were rude and gave me no information and hung up while I was still talking.

Responded quick. He was so nice it was raining so he allowed us to sit in his truck while we did the paperwork.

I was 6 miles west of Golden and out of gas. They wanted 100 dollars to bring me gas. Then they said they will get someone out to me in 25 mins. After an hour I called and they said turns out Im to far out. They didnt even call me to tell me. So stupid. Call anyone else but these people.

VERY RUDE. The man who answered the phone was unhelpful, wouldnt give me a solid price, and talked to me as if it was a complete waste of his time to be DOING HIS JOB. He let me know I wouldnt be able to find another plow so I better just take his service. Luckily I was able to get ahold of a local plow to help ( Eagledirtwork ). When I called A Always towing back, the same man answered- I let him know I found a professional to help me. The man replied by scoffing at me and telling me to call him back when they couldnt get my truck out.Very rude. Very unprofessional. Would be willing to PAY to avoid this company.
