Ive been working with Clayton and his team for a long time now. Anytime Ive had questions they have been quick to respond and surprised me with their extensive knowledge of portfolio management and services I was unaware of, in a helpful manner and not a pushy one. They treat you like a person they know, and not like just another customer. I highly recommend giving this agency a call even if you have used state farm before, because this branch makes it their own.

Ive been with this office for over two and a half years now and they have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. These scummy insurance salesmen do NOT care about you as an individual. I had scheduled an appointment to have someone call me by 9:30am and I had to call them at 1:15pm because they just dont care about their customers. All they care about is your money and giving you the run around. They cant take your payment out on the proper date either and when you call to figure out what is going on they just talk circle around you. I will be filing a formal complaint with State Farm Corporate and I will be moving to another branch until I can find a new insurance company.
