Very rude experience from Vickie. Did not seem to care about my needs or questions at all. Actually hung up on me. Felt this was such a poor experience from someone who seemed to have been in the business for a while that it deserved a review.

Absolutely horrific experience! Had insurance with this provider for over 5 years, I never received any discount, was spoken to incredibly rudely and condescending by Vickie personally. Also, they randomly cancelled my car insurance without contacting me by phone or email. They mailed the notice to the wrong mailbox (even though they had my correct mailing address for all my bills) didnt even bother to call even though I had paid them thousands of dollars over the years. When I called to complain about the fact that I was unaware that I was driving uninsured (for almost two months due to my letter being bounced around because of the wrong mailing address) Vickie rudely stated that they called me once and said my phone was disconnected. Untrue, I even called my cell company to verify that there was no time during that period my cell was disconnected. Extremely poor customer service, DO NOT RECOMMEND whatsoever!
