I find it appalling that some would leave negative reviews. Im told most are from people asking for a diagnosis and pricing over the phone, which you simply cant do most of the time. Alonso and Alma have been nothing but honest, professional and caring. They go above and beyond everytime. Wouldnt trust my car anywhere else. When you find a good barber, you keep em. Same with your mechanic.

Alonzo and his staff do excellent work. Repairs were done fast and prices were fair. I like how after evaluating my vehicle that the cost estimate was right on and up front with no hidden charges. Im aware and ok also with the fact that that once mechanics get into the repair they may find something else that needs fixed. Alonzo is up front on this and tells me if the repair needs done now or can wait.

This place is absolutely amazing. 10 stars for the amazing hospitality, kindness and quality work this shop has.We were passing through this town and smelled a very strong gas smell coming from the car. All the shops we called were very busy and refused to service us. However, this shop said no problem we are busy but we will take care of you. Got us in right away and were done within an hour. They checked over the car and only charged us for the oil change. Highly recommend this shop.

These guys tried to turn an $85 repair into a $1000 plus repair. Price gauging at its worst when i went in for a standard maintenance check. Luckily I have a perosnal mechanic friend who was able to discover their findings and get me back on the road more efficiently, and less expensively.

My wife and daughter were driving through Glenwood to meet up with me and experienced an issue with our vehicle. I searched online and called and spoke with Alonso, he said to have them bring it to him and he would take a look even though he was very busy. He was able to get the car fixed and back on the road the same day for a very reasonable price. I very much appreciate the great service and him taking the time to care for my family so they were not stranded. I would recommend him and his auto repair shop to anyone. This is a great company!

If I could give 10 stars, I would!! The staff at in and out went out of their way to help me while traveling through Glenwood with my infant. My vehicle unexpectedly broke down on a road trip and when I showed up near closing time and when they were short staffed, they did not hesitate to help me. I was blown away at their kindness and also the quality and efficiency of the work done. I had a serious problem with the engine and they were able to quickly identify and repair within 1.5 hours. My son and I were back on the road in a safe vehicle. I cannot thank them enough!! I only wish they were located in my hometown so I could have them as my regular shop!! Thank you again!

Great people, car broke down on the way home and they see me right away after working out a way to squeeze me in with the mechanics. I strongly recommend!!! This is a pretty great place! They stayed later than they had to, to get me back on the road same the day. It would be 5 stars but I still hate that ALL auto repair shops charge double for parts. I got the part quoted from NAPA the exact place they had it delivered from. All and all I guess its better than being broke down.

I have never been to Glenwood Springs until this past week. Our single adult daughter just moved to a town 45 minutes away, but works in Glenwood Springs. Her truck needed repairs badly and she could not afford to be cheated. She sleeps on an air mattress and gave it to us to sleep on while she slept on the floor. We live in a neighboring state and have driven over 20 hours back and forth and back and forth so that our daughter could spend the holidays with family in between work schedules. While my husband sat in the car trying to find an open sports bar to watch a football bowl game, I decided to take a walk. I discovered In and Out Automotive. One of their mechanics was walking in and we struck up a quick open conversation on the way to the lobby. Their parking lot was full and Alonzo was busy with two customers. Alonzos wife, Alma, saw me come in and immediately came over and listened to my needs. I dont know where the mechanic went because the transition was seamless. Alma told me their tight schedule and I told her we needed to get our daughters truck repaired before we could go home. She was clear about what we needed to do, in order to get that truck repaired before they closed for the New Years holiday.This may sound weird, but Alma and Alonzo run a shop of angels. There is no doubt a guiding angel led me to them. We needed someone with high integrity to help us. I never looked for any reviews for any auto repair shops and I did not check out any reviews on this shop after finding them. I knew they were good because I felt it during my conversation with Alma. Alma and Alonzo are good listeners!! Their shop is astute, efficient and competent. They are just plain smart, kind and humble.When I went to pick up the truck, Alonzo had discovered that the truck needed an oil change. We said nothing to them about needing an oil change. Without asking they just did it and did not charge my daughter!!!! Who does those kind of things???? Who meets you at the crossroads, walks the mile with you and then walks the extra mile to help a vulnerable stranger???I will NEVER forget Alonzo and Alma Puga. Ever!

In and Out Automotive is the only place I will take my car. The auto technicians are very knowledgeable, helpful and very timely. I was able to shop while I waited because of the free shuttle service they offer. I highly recommend!

Called to get a estimate of repairs. Lady that answered the phone gave me the run around as to why my car shouldnt of broke in the first place. Giving every reason the car should still be running if I had done all maintenance and acted as if she knew the cars history.
