Five weeks out to get a brake light fixed, what kind of service is this? And, for a safety issue. Not even close to good service.

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service department. I scheduled an appointment that took a month for an oil change. Once that date came, they told me I would have to wait 2 hours before they could get to it. Why schedule an appointment in the first place? Decided to get it done down the street. Took 20 minutes. These guys at Bighorn are a complete joke.

So so friendly and done in An hour like they said they would be!!!

You can find better but you cant pay more

I have always liked Toyota but during my recent service appointment, it didnt appear Toyota was enforcing the mask requirement. During my recent appointment at Subaru, it was clear they were taking the pandemic seriously, including wiping down the vehicle and keys before returning it to me. It felt like a safer environment.
