Im a little Salty that my xhusbands car got towed in middle of the night as he was breaking sad news to me and the kids but they did give me time to pick up the car when normally its closed on weekends. Really salty about that tow because he wasnt even at the house an hour before the car got Towed.

Towed my car away even with the parking permit displayed on window.... Ive read some of the reviews and ppl are saying this has happened to them and had the parking permit removed by the tow company this way they are forced to pay... This has to be illegal

Its hard to not walk in upset when your car is towed. But if you dont be disrespectful they will work with you. My apartment complex wrongfully had them tow it and they were just doing their job.

Very expensive they charge $220 for 3 days impound fee just because it was parked in an apartment building and the sign said it was only supposed to be $75 for Towing and $12 a day impound fee they lied! And overcharged me.

Well, I unfortunately had my car towed last night. Went in this morning. I was treated professionally and quickly. I just now read some of the reviews. It’s your fault your vehicle was towed not theirs!! Yep, it is in an old house so what. You got your vehicle back. Shame on you,you should only be mad at yourself. With that said. Got my car towed Friday Night, I was not aware of permit parking when we were visiting family, was not there long at all. Called the number, guy answered and said to call in the morning at 9:00AM to set up appointment pick up. Ive been calling since 9:00AM. It is now10:30 AM and NO ANSWER. 😡

What I can’t wrap my finger on is, I get towed in my 3 day old apartment for backing in. Which I had no idea we couldn’t do.... now every weekend, I’ve had someone park in my spot, which a pay $12 extra for a month and THEY NEVER SHOW UP! Great service, for my vehicle to get towed and charge me CASH only $130. But can’t show up when I need them to tow the car in MY spot. Plus they never answer the phone!!

If I can rate this place no stars then I would. my car got towed for no reason on Saturday 10/17/20 when I called to see what my car was towed for that answered and then put me on hold and didn’t come back to the phone😒. I then proceed to call again and the answer machine said they were closed.

Staff is mentally challenged. The only answer they have to everything is “it’s our job” and “we don’t work for free”. We went in with an open mind but the fat guy in charge showed us that all the bad reviews are true. Unprofessional scammers with no souls.

Maverick towed my car with my apt complex sticker on it. Refused to bring it back to me. Was very rude when I called. The manager continued to tell me it was my fault because my sticker was on the right side driver windoe as instructed by my apt office. There is no contact information for the owner. So I had to lyft to work and too the the tow yard without any compensation, because they felt my sticker was in the wrong place per the lot manager. They are trying to rip people off. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general.

Towed for being backed in, in a complex that has people double parked or parked in a fire lane literally all the time. If you got me for backing in, maybe you guys should come back sometime when people are actually parking like idiots instead of someone who was trying to keep their blown out back window under cover while they work on getting it replaced. I wouldnt be writing a bad review if they werent so many people parked in fire lanes or double parked all the time at the same exact place.

We went there because my daughter and son in laws truck was towed. Our apartment manager has at least 2 tow companies on payroll, and 1 of the owners of one of the tow companies lives in the complex.Maverick Towing was professional and helpful. I called and asked wth? Of course I was very upset but I didnt say that. The man who I talked to was giving me the cost of the weekend vs Monday pick up.Hopefully well never cross paths again.

It is a scam company run by nasty and greedy people. They do nothing but abusing regulations to hunt for money in cash. I will file a claim against them.I parked my car in the visitor parking area of my new apartment, since I haven’t got the official permit yet. Instead, I put the temporary one at the front window. This company towed my car, at 3:00 am on Saturday, WITHOUT THE APARTMENT MANAGER’S NOTICE, and charged me an extra day storage fee since they don’t open on weekend (but they don’t mind working hard looking for vehicles to tow.)

So nice, I read the reviews about this place and expected the worst. They were so nice, do not believe what people are saying, if you respect them, they will respect you.

The place looks sketchy as anything, like someone’s run down house, not much of any signage. But the guy I worked with was very nice and I was able to get my car in short order and no damage was done to it. A lot of bad reviews just seem to be because everyone is pissed at getting their cars towed but I blame the business that called them not these guys.

They claim to be 24 hours and they never answer the phone even during business hours someone was parked in our parking spot and had no where to park.

Place should be put into a actual business property. At first I was thinking and yelling my wife not to approach the house until we called and they came out. There is no sign to see if they are a business. It is a old house and the inside is not professional. The back yard is huge but with cars aligned up. It needs a major upgrade.

This towing company will tow your car at 3am during the weekend but their office to retrieve your vehicle is only open Monday through Friday and they close at 6pm..

Its a bad situation when you have to go pick your car up here. But the staff on duty was extremely nice and extremely respectful! Never want to go here again but if I have to I hope to get the same staff members do to the courteousness and understanding of my situation.

First time I have dealt with any towing company in over 10 years. I was in a reserved spot but there was no way to know since the apt complex was doing renovations and no numbers were put in the stalls. I was livid because now I missed work. Maverick towing and the arroyo office got me my car because they understood the full cruddy situation with it. Seriously so so glad they are honest and were willing to work with me.

Unlawfully detained my vehicle. Has no after hours contact. We will see how they handle making right what they did so wrong. There is no onstreet parking from 12 am to 6 am and they towed my vehicle at 9:50pm. Registration is good, no tickets, insurance paid so no reason for them to lay a finger on my vehicle.

Total scam! Tow from appartment complex with no numbered parking, no do not park signs and implied they had been removed after. Would not show picture of any parking violation. Apparently Phoenix apartment complexes and these guys are in a scam together. They picked up the car in a reg parking space 5 min after parked at 9:40 on a Saturday night and the manager was going to let us get it as he agreed it was an illegal tow. Come Monday after a great deal of hassle they refused to show picture they say they provide on every vehicle towed, got into the vehicle and removed the sync device and charged us $142. The place is an old house covered in barbed wire, they literally locked us in while we waited to get the car. Lot filled with cars they illegally towed. Temps 110 left us waiting for 15 minutes at the door. I think I should have called police to escort me as It’s completely shady, I can’t believe they are able to get away with blatant lies and stealing cars

Had my mothers car towed from my complex on a Saturday night before Mothers Day when your website clearly says closed!!I can live with that, but now Ive been trying to get ahold of someone to get her car out but its telling me wait til Mon 9am open, which is complete bull that you would take a persons car but not give them access when theyre ready to pay...? If your going to be a tow yard be professional about it, at least. People need their vehicles, especially when theyre ready to pay!

I work at Starbucks on 32nd St./Lincoln where we have an issue with hikers parking as non-customers to use the hiking trails located nearby. The property manager hired Maverick Towing to enforce the illegal parking and they have surveillance and “spotter” cars with Go-Pro cameras to record illegal parking as evidence. I parked my car at 4:22am on Sun, 10/29/17 and went into work at 4:28am for my opening shift. When I went to my car at 7am on my break, to my surprise, it was missing. I first thought it was stolen, but had already heard many rumors, in the short two weeks I had worked at this location, that the parking enforcement was strictly regulated. So I called the number on the signs in the lot and spoke with a rude rep. who said he had video evidence of a female (I’m a 6’0” tall male with a long beard) leaving my car at 6:30am to meet with a male in another car to go hiking. When I told him I was an employee and tried to offer any evidence as proof, he simply said he didn’t believe me, and that the video evidence (which he said he couldn’t even access) showed otherwise. He never did anything to even try and verify that his company was in the wrong, even after speaking with my supervisor and the property manager. This company is up to some shady tactics to begin with; surveilling empty lots on Sunday mornings—towing the few potential customers they might have on a Sunday morning in that area, simply looking to get a hike in, before or after visiting one of the businesses there. They also said their office was closed on Sundays, so even if I was to get it released, it would have to be the next day, at 9am at the earliest, when they were open again. I had to be back at work at 7am though, so I had to Uber to work, then Uber from work all the way to the other side of town at 3:30pm when I was off to get my car, which should have never been towed in the first place, and which they wouldn’t tow back to me no matter how much I pleaded with them. It finally took my district manager getting involved, and they still made me Uber 15 miles to the impound lot, located in a bad neighborhood, to release it to me, and never even offered a simple apology. They were obviously admitting fault by releasing it to me without charges (they normally hold cars until full CASH payment is presented), but would still never admit fault. When I asked to see the video they said I could see it in small claims court if I wanted. Then they brought my car out with fresh scratches and chips in the paint. Then upon entering my locked vehicle, which should have never been entered, I noticed the seat was pushed way back, the windshield wipers started going—because the right lever was all the way up, and my registration/insurance papers in the visor were obviously askew. As of yet, I haven’t noticed anything missing, but there is no doubt that someone illegally entered my vehicle. I’ve never written a review for anything before, but I must warn even the unlawful parkers to beware of this company’s shady tactics.
